Halphas stalked out of his den, eyes and ears alert for any signs of trespa-ssers. He relaxed slightly when all seemed normal. He appeared the be the first one up. Halphas quickly slunk to his Alpha's den, poking his head in. "Calyx." He whispered. "Calyx. Wake up. It's morning already." Not wanting to face his Alpha if he had angered her by waking her up, Halphas quickly withdrew his head from her den and wandered around his pack's territory.

Aine opened her eyes, to see sunlight streaming into her den. She stretched luxuriously and yawned. "Ah, it seems like it's a good day today." She said happily, sticking her head out of her den to look up at the blue sky. "Oh, it looks like Halphas is up." Aine quickly turned her head to the other direction. Halphas never really liked her ever since her latest prank.

Galeru was in the forest, lazing in the trees. "Oh, it's morning already?" He yawned and flew up above the trees, hovering above the branches. "Oh, look! A wolf pack!" Galeru noticed a black and white wolf slinking around the territory, and a white she-wolf coming out of her den. Galeru never really knew how pack life was like, since he was raised with only a mother and a father. Having no interest in trifling with their affairs, Galeru quickly flew down, alighting silently on the ground. 

Calyx groaned. "Morning already...?" She said in an annoyed tone. She slunk out of her den and walked around the Camp, almost everyone was awake. "Looks like i woke up late....." She made a face. "Mabye I'm just not fit to be an Alphess." She sighed heavily. Who had woke her up? She asked herself. There was Nyght, Starfrost, Aine.....Halphas! She knew he was the one who had woke her up. Good thing he did. She thought. She looked back and forth, looking for him. ~Wait! Has the the Morning Hunters squad went yet?~ The bushes started to shake and Nyght appeared. ~Guess so~ Nyght pulled a out a Buck and the rest of the Squad appeared, dragging there kills too the Middle of the Camp. "How was the Hunt, Nyght?" She asked him.

"Fine, Fine." He answered in his no emotion tone of his. He acts if he dosen't care fir anything these days. Calyx let out another sigh and turned away. "What is it now?" Nyght asked. "Nothing, nothing." Calyx teased him. "Sheesh..." Nyght started to pad away. He quickly ran back to Calyx and nipped her tail. "Hey!" She snapped, but he was already out of sight. She smield oto herself and welcomed all the other wolfs. "Good morning~" She howled to everyone.

Starfrost was still asleep in her den when Nyght pounced on her. She yipped in surprise and jumped in the air. Starfrost always slept in and woke up at the wrong times. It was Nyght's duty to wake her up in the mornings.

Aine heard the howl of her Alphess, Calyx. "Good morning, Calyx." She howled back, and walked up to her, sitting down obediently. "What would you like me to do today, Calyx?" Aine asked in her usual soft voice.

"Ah, the Alphess is awake." Halphas muttered, hearing Calyx's howl. He made a brief howl back, and started padding back to where she was. Aine was already there, eager to be given an order. "What a suck-up." Halphas thought, irritated. She always pretended to be the best around Calyx.

Galeru stopped when he heard the howl of a wolf. "The Alpha of his pack, most likely." He murmured. Galeru padded on, then stopped, turning around. "Mmm... perhaps it would be nice to see what pack life is like." He said to himself. When he flew for a good few minutes, Galeru alighted on a rock that hid his black fur while he watched the pack curiously.

Calyx wagged her tail slightly before she swished it over her two front paws. "Nothing today, my friend.' She chirped. "Everything looks Okey-Dokey." She said, giggling. "But there is one thign you could do, but you don't really have too. Nyght caught me off guard, and ran away before I could return the favor. I want to to have breakfast, and check the area for loners. So I don't have anytime to get him back, would you give him a friendly bite to the ear for me?" She asked happily, as she started to pad over to the Kill pile. She picked up a Squirrel, "He should be over by Starfrost's den, waking her up." She told her. She turned around to see Halphas trotting torward them. "Oh hello Halphas." She greeted.

Starfrost snarled. "Don't you dare take my Squirrel you dirty Loner!" She snapped. She looked around, she was in her den, Nyght wagging his tail and trying to keep his laughter to himself. Soon enough he started laughing loudly. "Thats my squirrel!" He repeated, in tears laughing. "Seriously Starry?" He asked, calming down. "It was just a stupid dream." She snapped.

Aine growl-chuckled happily, nodding her head and creeping up on Nyght. When the time felt right, Aine pounced on him, nipping him on the neck. "That was from Calyx, Nyght!" Aine wagged her tail happily.

Halphas glared at Aine as she walked away. He wanted to warn Calyx about her bipolar behavior, but Calyx always seemed oblivious, either she didn't know or she knew. He sighed. "Good morning, Calyx." He repeated. He stiffened. "I smell a wolf that is not from our pack." He growled [Galeru]. "Do you smell a loner in our territory, Calyx?" He asked.

Galeru observed the pack. It seemed rather normal, though he felt rather nervous when the powerful-looking black and white wolf raised his hackles and looked around the pack territory. "Uh-oh. I think he scented me." Galeru said. 

"Yes," Calyx answered turning back to Halphas. "I've been knowing he was here, ever since I woke up." She admitted. "Want to scope 'em out?" She asked. She preked her ears forward. "He's close to the pack." She said, swishing her tail in anticipation. "Well, what are we waiting for? Lets go!" She smiled. She finnaly had something to do.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!" Nyght yipped. He jumped and ran behind Starfrost, who was laughing hysterically. Then he heard 'Thatwas from Calyx!' He noticed that voice, "Aine!" He howled. He jumped out from behind Starfrost and playfully tackled her.

Starfrost's stomach growled, she diddn't have her Breakfast yet. She padded over to the Kill pile. Everything's cold! She made a pouty face. Neh, who cares. I'll just go and catch my own Food. She lowered her head and snuck out into the Forest, completly ignoring an unknown Wolf's scent.

Halphas groaned. He wished his leader was much more adult-like. She reminded him too much of the playful side of Aine. "Alright then, Calyx." Halphas nodded, feeling his claws grow longer. He lifted his head up in the air to sniff the air. "Calyx, do you want to alert the pack about the intruder?" He asked.

"No, I'm just the messenger!" Aine yelped pitifully, but wriggled out from under Nyght and landed square on his back. "Never attack a wolf you can't fight." She whispered to Nyght, snickering.

Galeru twitched his ears nervously. The two wolves seemed to be scouting the area. "Uhh, maybe looking at pack life is a little too dangerous." He told himself, quickly running from the rock to surrounding trees. He flew up the branches, to perch on the tallest spot, the highest branch. There, Galeru felt much safer.

"Is it really needed? They would only worry. Its up to you." She woofed. She just wanted to get this over with. Hopefully this Stranger is friend, not Foe. She looked up in the trees. Seeing nothing, and started to pad into the Forest. She stuck her nose to the ground and started to stiff. "I got its scent..." She said, her happy tone gone. She started walking torward the scent.

Starfrost quickly jumped up a tree. Crap! Its Calyx....I'm in trouble now! No...She can't find me.....Her scent was hidden my the tree's. Calyx was still coming near, sh jumped to another tree and knocked into something furry, and warm. She yiped in surprise and fell off the tall tree...

Nyght chuckled and shook Aine off of him and sat down happily.

-Fail-

"Its not like they'll worry about me." Halphas muttered unhappily. "But only if you say so. This loner may have powers too." He looked back at the territory, where a few wolves were already up and wandering around. "I smell the loner too." Halphas snarled, curling his lip and showing rows of teeth.

Galeru growled instinctively, scrambling down his branch. He stepped on a fragile point, snapping the twig. "Ugh." He groaned, beating his wings and swooping down to land underneath the falling wolf. "Ow." He moaned. "Get off me."

Aine leapt off Nyght when he started to shake her off. "Well, I see Starfrost has gone." Aine observed, looking around for her packmate. "Where did Calyx and Halphas go, anyway?" Aine started to look around the territory. "Halphas is like her guard now. Always so overprotective." She snorted in disdain.

Starfrost yipped in surprise, Who was that?! She heard a groan and she looked beneath her. She quickly jumped off of the Stranger and started whimpering. 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Her pelt burned with embaras.sment. "I'm sorry." She repeated. "T-thank you," She stuttered. "Wait a minute.." She got a good look at the unfamiliar wolf. "Who are you?" Starfrost asked. "I've never seen you in this area before...."

Nyght tilted his head. "Now that you think about it......Where did she go?" He asked. He looked around for Starfrost. "Oh, I guess Calyx and Halphas are missin' too....." Frankly, he diddn't care for them. Nyght smiled, "Yea, I guess you could say that 'bout Halphas."  He thought about it, Halphas was kinda of a  Body guard to Calyx.

"You don't know that yet." Calyx woofed. Calyx turned around and stared at Halphas. "Why would you say that?" She asked. " I'd worry about you." She turned back around to the scent and yipped. "I think I see him." She got a closer look, "Them." Calyx corrected. "I see them. Starfrost is with the Loner?"
