Legend tells of an ancient band of heroes who, using their artifacts, valiantly saved the world and restored peace.  It took place a long time ago, so long ago that their tale has only survived by word of mouth, and is told as a bedtime story to young children.

It all began when to world had been put to ruin by a sinister villain who wanted control over the whole planet.  The horrified people cried to the heavens, requesting to be saved.  This is about when the heroes seemed to come out of nowhere, each with their own hand crafted artifact that hid a very special power.

With much hard effort, they managed to take down the villain, ending his terror.  Because their duty had been fulfilled, they decided that their artifacts should be preserved so that the wrong hands would never wrap their grasp around them.

Alas, history is beginning to repeat itself, and a new villain has begun to threaten the peace on the planet.  But there is hope…

Rumor is spread that there are new heroes among us, strong and youthful heroes.  But with the artifacts hidden away, they will have to locate them before they can do anything.  They say the map revealing the location of the artifacts can only be read by the heroes belonging to them. The map, however, has become so worn that it has torn into fragments which are scattered about almost everywhere.  By destiny, the heroes will each find a map fragment, which will create a whole map when placed together.

Alligator.  Snake.  Tiger.  Raven.  Wolf.  Swan.

Necklace.  Bracelet.  Pendant.  Brooch.  Ring.  Tiara.

Theses are the artifacts and corresponding animals.  So which one are you?  Let’s find out!  Listed below are detailed deions of each:

The Alligator Necklace: (Credit to Tld for idea)  This necklace shows a tough alligator, lined with an array of deep green gems.  It stands in a pose of defense, its head raised with alertness.  It's eyes are of two light yellowish green gems, and it is all set in a forest green metal.  The chain matches this metal, thick and sturdy.

The wearer of this artifact will have a high defense, about the same as the wolf.  They have rough skin that is very hard to cut or bruise, though they have a few very sensitive points that give them a bad weakness.  Their attack is medium, but they move rather slow and have a hard time dodging hits.

The Snake Bracelet:  This bracelet takes the form of a vicious snake, wrapping around the wearer’s arm.  It is speckled with glinting gems that are said to change color depending on the wearer’s surroundings, except for its eyes, which constantly glow an ocean blue.  The metal is a shining silver color.

The wearer of this artifact will have increased stealth.  They will be able to slink around quickly and dodge throws very well.  They will have a medium high attack, and quite a low defense making them quite fragile.

The Tiger Pendant:  This pendant depicts a tiger on the prowl, its teeth bared in preparation for an attack.  It has stunning orange gems on it, with black gems arranged in jagged stripes.  The gems used for eyes are a deep emerald green.  It comes on a thick golden chain, which matches the color of the tiger’s metal.

The wearer of this artifact will have a high attack.  They will be able to jump rather well, and attack in quick slashes.  They will, however, move rather slowly and have difficulty dodging attacks, though on occasion they can.  They have a medium high defense.

The Raven Brooch:  This brooch shows a raven with it’s wings spread, eyes staring intently into the distance.  The raven itself is made of black gems and set in a black metal to match.  It’s eyes are compose of two fiery red gems.

The wearer of this artifact will be able to fly, though not extremely well, as this ability must be learned through hard work.  They are about average in stealth, attack, and defense, giving them a good balance.

The Wolf Ring:  This ring shows the face of a wolf, its eyes filled with determination.  The wolf’s face is made of silvery gems that are very lustrous, white gems forming wide bands across it’s cheeks.  It’s eyes are made of two golden gems.  The metal is of a deep gray tone.

The wearer of this Ring will have a high defense.  They can take a hard hit, but this doesn’t mean they are invincible.  They have a decent amount of stealth and can get around fairly well.  They do, however, have a low attack.

The Swan Tiara:  This tiara is made of thin metal, gracefully wound in elegant swirls.  In the center perches a swan, its eyes closed in a tranquil way.  The swan is adorned with tiny white gems that look almost like diamonds.  The metal shimmers in a white tone.

The wearer of this tiara isn’t very good in combat.  They can fly, though like the raven this skill must be mastered over time.  They have a decent stealth, however they are very fragile with a very low defense as well as nearly no attack.  They aren’t completely useless in these areas, however.  They specialize in supporting their team mates, with abilities such as healing wounds.  They can’t heal extreme wounds, though, and they can’t revive the dead.  They can also create barriers of light to shield team mates from attack.  These barriers wear off quick, and can only be cast once every now and then.  They can also increase a team mate’s stealth for a limited amount of time, making them more agile.  This can only be cast every once in a while as well, and only the barrier can be cast on the swan its self.

*Note that the wearers don’t become these animals, and only take on some of their characteristics.  For example, the Raven may sprout wings while they wear the brooch and the wolf may have wolf ears while they wear the ring.

Personality:  Zara is the shy type, and she will often stray from strangers, unless she is really desparate.  She is highly optimistic, and has the determination to reach the stars.  She is easily hurt by words, however, and is very easily swayed to do things she may later regret.  She is more gullible than she'd like to admit.  She is usually loyal to her friends, which she has difficulty making, because she isn't one to start a conversation.

History :  Zara lives with her single father.  Her mother left only two years back, though Zara never made much of a connection to her.  She's always loved to visit the museum, her dad working there as a night guard.

Other:  She is albino, which is why she has white hair and red eyes.

Name:  Nobody knows his real name  He is simply called 'Shadow'

Age:  He claims to be 18

Artifact :  He carries a tainted artifact of the fabled 'Seventh Hero'  This hero supposedly gave their life for the other heros, and is seldomly spoken of.  Many don't even know they ever existed.  This artifact is in the form of a pocket watch.  The animal shown previously faded when Shadow tainted the artifact, leaving only a glowing white spiral pattern.  The metal, chain and watch, has an eerie vibe radiating from it, colored a black that has a complete absence of shine or color.  It is said that those who stare directly at it are often put into a trance.

This artifact has a unique sort of magic that allows the possesor to transform into another human form, almost a second identity.  They have increased stats in every area.  Not insane, just medium high (Yes, this is fair there being six heros against one villain.)  They also have the ability to teleport a short distance, though this can't be performed too often.

Personality:  Where to start?  Well, overall he is evil.  But not in the typical evil way of fighting everytime he gets the chance.  He will fight if he has to, though.  He is very decietful, and it doesn't usually bother him when other's feelings are hurt.  He likes to mess with people, specifically females.  This could be because he has a secret need for romance, even if it is for only a short time.  He likes to lure the unsuspecting innocent girl into his charms, usually breaking her heart in the end.  He does, however, have the tiniest kind side, though good luck finding it.  And he wont admit to any kind acts he performs.  He is more likely to be kind when alone with one other person, not in large groups.  This may be due to the fact that he doesn't want people to see that he has a heart.

History:  Shadow fell in love once, only to be betrayed.  He gave her everything, and she selfishly took it all, not even stopping to think twice.  He once found her in the arms of another, and all she could offer was a smirk of deciet.  Since then, he became rather depressed.  Many think he is evil due to the desire for revenge.  Others think he is himself because he wont stand to have his heart broken again.

After time managed to partially heal his wounds, he sought after world domination.  He wants to prove that he can have whatever he wants, and he wishes to live in luxury.

Personality *Optional*: Well, to put it simply, she's the dark, silent kind of girl who wears only black, purple, and red, never really talks, and sits in her room watching vampire movies in her free time. She's also pretty much constantly listening to her iPod full-blast, usually Cry Little Sister from The Lost Boys(movie). There's a lot more to her that people don't realize; most don't get past the goth-ish thing. But once you get to know her, she's a quiet but trustworthy friend who will stand by you through thick and thin.

Artifact: Wolf Ring

Appearance: Isedon has shoulder-length russet hair with black stripes that go down to her jaw, but the black stripes are spiked up going towards the back. Her eyes have dark russet irises with a crimson circle of color around narrow slitted pupils; her eyes always seemed to be narrowed. A jet-black tank top covers her torso and on the back is a red outlined snarling wolf. Lightly hugging her waist are camouflage pants that go down her slender legs and end three inches from her ankles. On her feet are black, knee-high boots; the tops are underneath the pants. Also the heels on her boots are two inches tall. Tied around her waist is a light blue denim jacket; Isedon seldom uses it. On both her hands are black fingerless gloves that go up to and end right below her elbow. Isedon’s right ear is pierced with a bear’s claw that touches her shoulder; the claw is the color of ivory. She stands six feet and has dark olive skin that covers every inch of her complexion.

Personality: Isedon is very mean and full of hate. But she is only like that to people she doesn’t know. Once Isedon gets to know somebody better, she can be very friendly, but her narrowed eyes are something somebody has to get used to. She is very protective on any friends, even those she just met. Very persistent in what she sometimes believes in, Isedon will never give up on what lies ahead of her in the world.

Other: Isedon has an iPod filled with a lot of very heavy metal bands and she is also trained in Martial Arts. She and Zakeru are actually really good friends.

Age: Eighteen

Artifact: Raven Brooch

Appearance: Zakeru has light gray hair that looks white in certain lights, and it has black stripes that frame his face; it ends at his jaw line. His eyes have light orange irises with a dark red circle around his black pupils. Flowing down from his shoulders is a black t-shirt with a coiled crimson dragon with its wings unfurled so its wing-thumbs were closer to it up-raised head. Its tail was curled around the side of the shirt, over the stomach of the front, and the tip rested just before its silver claws. The shirt ends abruptly at his waist, showing his muscular, tawny stomach. Lightly hugging his hips is a pair of tight black denim jeans that go down long legs and ends sort of rumbled at the beginning of the of black converse. As said before, he has tawny skin and is muscular up to a point. Zakeru also stands at roughly six feet tall.

Personality: Zakeru is basically quiet unless he needs to say something of somewhat importance. He has a calm temperament and a slow fuse, but when that fuse snaps, he is rather dangerous to be around. Though, he his easy to calm down through being blind folded. Despite some anger issues, he is very protective and will sometimes get himself hurt to save those he cares about.

Other: Trained in Martial Arts. He and Isedon are actually really good friends.
