"No... I haven't been shot at for a while now. But I heard the shots, too. I feel sad for whoever was at the end of the gun," Michael spoke. "I'm glad to find another one of the Lunari. I haven't seen one in a long while. No, wait, I've seen them... What's the word? Haven't interacted with them." He looked over at the tiger, still sleeping soundly. "Do you think that we have found a third amongst us?" Michael asked, thinking of the tiger.
--- Alesa growled lowly when she felt something move beside her, but then realized that it was, in fact, the homeless man moving in his sleep next to her in the large cardboard box. For a second there, the Lunari had forgotten her surroundings and was about to hurt anything in her way of safety. But this man was ok. Deciding to get more intel of where she was, Alesa sniffed the air with her large tiger nose. She was pretty big compared to this man, who smelled like the bottom of a dumpster. The box scented of garbage and stale food, with bits of dried and crusty stuff that Alesa couldn't clearly identify stuck about it. Outside, there was an alleyway that led to a dead end on one side and bright city life on the other. You could hear the cars and see the lights of the street. One building was brick, and the other was one of those fancy business buildings with tons of glass. Alesa flexed her paws, claws going in and out and in and out. She wondered where she would go next. Obviously, if anybody saw a tiger, they'd react badly. But for now, this place was safe. Safe enough, anyways.

Woken my the murmur of voices beside her, Natalia raised her head slowly, then hissed and moved backwards on the branch behind her. It wobbled under her weight, and she discovered, much to her dismay, that she had slipped back into a tiger when she had fallen asleep. Great, she thought, now how am I getting down from this tree?
She studied the two people in front of her. Most normal people would be afraid of a tiger in a tree in central park, let alone climb up into a tree with one, but these two were perfectly calm. I wonder if they're Lunari, she thought. She hadn't seen one besides her mother in a long time, but it wasn't impossible.
Feeling a pain in her leg, Natty looked down at the gash in her leg from where the bullet almost hit. Keeping one eye on the people, she began to lick the cut clean with her long pink tongue.
((OH and I looked stuff up and tigers, like house cats CAN climb trees, but older, bigger tigers rarely do because it is harder and they often get stuck. However, they will climb trees in pursuit of prey and such.))

(Pyrric please ignore my earlier post that cut off.XP I also wanted to tell Ice that Kaoru was sitting in the alley staring at you...She is kinda a klutz and tripped lol. My kindle is slow in typing too. So it may take awhile to reply XP)
Hideki raised one eyebrow up and gaveher a puzzled look. He couldn't believe that she had the audacity to come on his turf in the first place, but to threaten him too. This girl was either really dumb, a crazed lunatic, or just asking to die.
Hideki got serious again and looked her straight in the eye, "You think you frighten me? Ha, you are sadly mistaken little girl. I have encounteed worse things than a puny pistol, and obviously lived to tell about it."
Hideki shook his head, "If it's a fight you're looking for then you picked the wrong person. All it would take is a flick of my wrist fr this dagger in my hand to become embeded into your skull. I'm very accurate too, I NEVER miss."
Hideki smirked at her, "Now I am going to ask you a question and I expect an answer. Who and/or what are you and why are you here? I'm feeling generous today, so I might just let you live, but do not lie, I HATE liars."
As he was talking, Hideki's muscles tensed up so that if she pulled the trigger he would have enought time to move out of the way. He knew he wouldn't dodge the bullet completely, but he could at least move enough so that it didn't kill him.

Kyou rounded the corner, his tail held high. His stride was easy and leisurely, like he had all the time in the world. Slowly, he stopped at the end of an alleyway, hopping on to the stone wall in the middle separating the roads. Closing his eyes, he settled in the small amount of sun, enjoying the quiet time. Those stupid hunters had lost him, but that was typical. Kyou enjoyed being chased. It was like a game, but to them it was like...well, a chase. If they really wanted him, then they'd put more effort in it. But until then, Kyou enjoyed life as it was. Flicking his tail, a low purr escaped him, until suddenly a large bark awoke him. What the- he thought, his eyes opening abruptly. An obnoxious dog was below him, barking and clawing at the wall anxiously, a few more dogs appearing by his side. With a sigh, Kyou disappeared over the other side of the wall, bounding off until he was no longer visible. Carefully, he picked a spot hidden from the rest, and turned back into his human form. It felt good to be able to walk around without being barked at dogs like a piece of meat, or chased down alleyways by people from the nearby pound. Running a hand through his hair, he strode off, hands in his pockets.

Alesa flicked her tail, and then... she saw it. Well, saw her. It was a girl. Staring. At her. Really, it must've been a really interesting sight to see a tiger sleeping with a homeless guy. Wishing the best to the man, she padded out and confronted the girl. For a long while - or at least it seemed to be a long while - she stood, watching, looking, staring. At her. She didn't dare speak. Nor roar. That would just be weird to have a tiger talk and roaring would be loud. Alesa breathed out loudly, and tried to appear harmless. Hopefully this girl had some sense in her. Could she possibly... No. Could she...? No, no no no no no. But could she be a Lunari, too? GAH that was so far-fetched. It was just a girl who is on her butt on the cold cement staring at a real live tiger and she is probably scared out of her wits and I should probably get out of here but I sort of don't want to, Alesa thought quickly.

Maya stared at the man, danger glowing in her eyes. "Why should I trust you?" She said, following his body with her gun. "I've only just met you, and you expect me to give you every single detail on my life? Not possible." She growled, her finger tensing over the trigger.
Maya was never very social to anyone, and hated her space being violated. Maya, unsure of whether or not the strange guy was a Lunari, or a Lunari Hunter, decided to go with Lunari. He definitively acted like one, and who else would follow her around?

Kaoru snapped out of her daze as the tiger padded up to her. It seemed to be studying her, but normal tigers don't do that. Could it be that she had found another Lunari? Deciding to take a chance, she extended her hand and sai with a smile, "Hi, Iam Kaoru. Can I know your name?"

Hideki let out a chuckle. This was just too fun! "I bet you think I am a Lunari. If I was, do you really think I would have let you live?"
He gave her a coy smile and tilted his head slightly to the side. "Sweetie, all I want to know is why you are coming into my hunting grounds. The Lunari in these parts are mine, and mine alone to kill. You have guts to keep this up. Now why don't you just answer my question so I can go on with my life. I was looking forward to getting a nice meal until you showed up."
He glowered at her as if daring her to defy him. She was seriously trying his paatience.

Was this..? Was this a joke? Either this girl was crazy or she was a Lunari. Either way, Alesa was pretty confused. She decided to shift back. She stuck her hand out, too, and shook the girl's. "Nice to meet you... Kaoru. I'm Alesa. Are you a..?" she said, trailing off. Y'know. Just in case. You can never be too sure.

Kaoru laughed. So this girl was a Lunari. She beamed at Alesa, "Nice to meet you Alesa. If you are wndering if I am a Lunari, then the answer is yes. I'm a white wolf. I think that might also be the reason my hair is this unnatural white color too."
Kaoru ran her fingers through her hair and stood up. "So...Is there a reason you were in a box with that homeless man?"

Ollpheist watched as the tiger began licking a gash in it's leg, and tilted his head slightly to the side as he pondered over the question. ''We may have, Piscin beag.'' He replied, thinking. ''I suppose the best thing to do would be to ask the creature whether or not it is one of us.'' He mused, turning his to look directly at the creature, his bright green eyes alert for any offencive movement or sign of attack, ready to leap. ''Haigh, Ollpheist is ainm dom, what's yours? Are you Lunari?'' He smiled reassuringly, and didn't even realise that for the first sentence, he hadn't been speaking english. Apparantally, he was either very concerned about the tiger attacking, or he was just too used to stating his name in his mother tongue. Either way, it didn't change the fact he was unaware of speaking a language they probably didn't understand. [[Oh yes, and, for anyone who was looking this up, I've been getting him to say stuff from my head. As I haven't the foggiest how to do a fadha on the computer, and don't know the language perfectly, things might not translate perfectly at times. ^ .^"]]
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

"Oh, um, that. Well... No," Alesa confided in Kaoru. "But I was just finishing up an exhausting chase and found an empty box. Then the rightful owner came back and what was I going to do, kick him out? I can't do that. So I just sort of... made room for him." She shrugged like it was normal.
"Have you seen the hunters? There's like, a hundred of them in this area alone. At least, that''s what it feels like. It's almost every day I have to escape from death," Alesa said, sighing. --- Michael looked at the tiger, many thoughts racing through his mind. He eagerly awaited the answer.

Kaoru cocked her head to the side. "Actually to be honest, I have not noticed any hunters recently. Which is strange to be honest. Though I don't really come here often if I can help it."
A concerned look crossed her face as she looked at Alesa, "You didn't get hurt did you? I might have something to help you if you did."

Maya frowned. "So, you aren't a Lunari?" She asked, but she didn't lower her gun. Still suspicious, she held her ground, no matter what he said about this turf being his or what not. Maya didn't have a turf. Wherever the Lunari went, she went too.
Hunting was her life.

Kyou wandered through the streets, ducking past the crowds. Everyone ignored him, which he liked. No attention was attracted to him, which he also liked. Running a hand through his hair again, a habit of his, he turned into a different road, seeing two girls conversing. This looks interesting. He thought to himself, stepping behind a thick pole, hidden. The girls looked like Lunari, and Kyou knew how to determine whether or not someone was of Lunari kind or pure human. Silently, he transformed into his cat form, stretching his claws boredly as he listened in. |

"Ah, yeah. Just a little graze." Alesa looked down at her leg. It wasn't really 'little', but no worries. Through her jeans, there was a big wet spot. Blood. It'd dry off, but not well. It was ok. This had happened many times. She usually found some sort of coins and went to a laundromat or let it stay for a while. "What do you have, though?"

Kaoru glanced at the big blood stain on Alesa's leg. Then she looked her straight in the eyes, "A little graze does not cause that much bleeding. You should be more careful, that could get really infected."
With a shake of her head, Kaoru reached inside her jacket and pulled out a little pouch. "It's not much, but I have a natural herb concotion in here that does wonders when it comes to healing wounds. It took awhile to get the ingredients, but you really need this more than me."
Kaoru gave her a warm smile, "Now let me see your leg so we can get you fixed up. As long as the wund is not too deep you might not even have a scar once I'm done."

Hideki sighed. She is really thick headed. Holding up his hands and letting the dagger drop back down into his sleeve he stated, "Maybe I should say this slowly. I...am...not...a...Lunari. The only association I have with those vile creatures is when I end their life."
Suddenly a thought entered his mind, and he smiled. "Would you like to see my book of proof?"
