Taichi felt her stares and turned from her, covering his throat as best he could with his paws. He had hated it when people had stared at the one scar on his neck and now he'd have so many more to try and hide. He stayed quiet, feeling too self-conscious to say anything else. ----------- Both Ghost an Ryuu looked up as Zillah approached but Ryuu was the first to react. He dashed over to her and wrapped his arms around her neck, embracing her. He knew that battle had been heavy on them both. Even more so on her, and he wanted to show he was there for her. "Oh, Zillah, I'm so sorry," he said quietly. Ghost cleared his throat. "Yes," he answered. "We could use any help you could offer." |

Dusk laughed at the scene, but it was quiet so they didn't think she was laughing at the dead. She looked at all the dead and hatred rose inside her, she could have done something... but what?... ------------------------------------------------------ Liya looked at his face again, "what do you think?" she cleared her throat, she didn't think he was a bad pokemon...

Taichi turned away again, determined to not let her possibly see his throat. "I... I don't know." he said quietly. He felt like the idea of actually confronting Mew to be a little crazy. "For now I want to put my faith in Ghost and hope that he can fix this." he swallowed nervously with some difficulty. He hoped Ghost's idea of 'fixing' wouldn't be killing Layna. Sure, it would put him in control of Sunn and he and Ghost would be able to work on peace between the clans, but Taichi didn't think he had the experience to command respect from his clan-mates.

Taichi's shoulders tensed. "I don't think so." he said softly, "Ghost doesn't want to see any more dead, just like us. He said it himself. He only wants to protect his clan." Taichi had to stay firm to his belief. His respect for Layna had shattered and his belief was all he had left. His eyes widened slightly. Was he only putting his trust in Ghost because Layna had failed him?

Liya said, "Go get Dusk, she knows that someone is going to get her, I need to talk t-" The ground started to rumble and the sky went dark. 5 glowing lights started to fall towards the earth. Zillah flinched at Ryuu...and clenched her eyes shut buring her head into her shoulder, "Thank you Ryuu. It means a lot... I am sorry for your loss as well." she whispered, she looked at him with her dark green eyes, letting him know that she was there for him as well, she gave a light smile at both him before casting her gaze to Ghost. She nodded slowly, and was anxious to help with the burial.
