Ventus heard a noise above him and he absentmindedly looked up. Above him was a girl with shinny white hair soaring up in the sky on a pair of wings. Kvior, Ven's pet lion, followed the boy's gaze and licked his lips, wondering what that kind of bird tasted like.
It's a girl, not a bird. Ven said to the small animal, Plus, she is so thin you would take one bite and she'd be gone.
Kvior growled but didn't reply.
Ven looked at the unhappy lion cub and did something that always made Kvior smile, he began to morph into him. He could feel the bones and muscles changing inside of his body and the familiar feeling of stretched skin. Soon there were too lion cubs sitting in the gr*censored*, gazing at each other.
It didn't take long for Kvior to start laughing and soon Ven joined in, Ven still couldn't understand why the littlest things made the small preditor happy.

The soft wind hit Ginger's legs. "Curse this dress."She muttered to her friend Garen. Make that her best friend Garen. "You don't have to wear that you know?"Garen asked. "Yes I do Garen. I'm like a servent to the Knight Gods."She said. Garen chuckled. "Yes, totally forgot."He said, acting sas,sy. Ginger laughed quietly. "Have some fun."Garen said as he danced through the thick forest. (Fail-ish)

Winter sat on a rock near a small Pond in the forest watching the fish swim freely she sighed "Why am I alone ?"she asked herself "Even the fish have others to talk to but what have I got ?"she shook her head "I need to stop thinking like this "she said "Mother would be turning over in her grave if she saw me acting this way".

Ven's ears perked up at the sound of the girl's voice. She sounded so lonely and it made Ven curious. Shifting back into human form the young boy followed the soft voice.
Coming upon a pond Ven finnally spotted the girl sitting on a rock. He didn't know how to approach her so he just stood there, eyes fixed on the girl's liquid eyes.

"Everyone does." Van said, emerging out of the forest canopy and into the sunlight. "As for the previous question, I have no answer. I have been asking myself that for years. Don't beat yourself up about it and look on the bright side of things. A pretty face like that deserves to smile."

Ventus looked down at the ground when replying, "Both of my parents died so I understand how you feel. I never knew my mother but my father and I were real close and I- Listen, if there is anything I can do-"

Winter nodded "It's the opposite for me I never knew my father so me and my mother were close"she said "a fire took her away from me "she said and shook her head "But it made no sense she could do what I'm doing now with the water but she could summon the water herself so I don't get it "she said .

"My father wasn't an immatator like me, sometimes I wonder if my mother was. If so my father never told me. When he learned what I was he wouldn't talk to me for a while, then a couple of weeks later he started to talk to me again but he never spoke about what I was or why it upset him. Every now and then I think about those weeks." he gazed out onto the water's surface.

"Um..." he hesitated as he looked around, then his eyes brightened. He reached inside of his pocket and pulled out two small, smooth green stones. His mind went back to the day when his father gave them to him.
These are Yufinerti Stones. They are said to have great power and protect the keeper of the stone. They are very rare, so don't loose it. Some say if you dip it in water at the exact same time as someone else you will be connected in a special way, no one can say how exactly. I don't know if it is real magic or not but it's worth a shot.
Why are you giving me two?
Ventus. You need all of the help you can get, ha, you will need double the protection. Plus if you dip it in water you will need two.
These were also his dying words.
Ven tossed Winter a Yufinerti Stone, "Dip this in the water at the exact same time as me."
