"Yea." he placed the stone at the surface of the water and waited for Winter to do the same. Once ready Ven called out,"One...Two...Three!" the two dunked into the water simutanously and resurfaced.
"Keep it. It won't work it's magic if we don't have it on us at all times."

Ven returned the smile and gazed down at his green stone. He closed his fingers around it and rubbed it's smooth surface. "You will never be alone again."

"Try and catch me." Ven replied, morphing into a small, slippery water snake that he had seen before as a child. Once he's seen an animal once he is able to shift into it later on in life, and now he would get to use it to his advantage. He slithered into the pond and out of sight.

Winter let out a small laugh she couldn't remember the last time she had this much fun "Hey Ven Have you got any pets?"she asked "I had a goldfish once and I released it into this pond it's the one with the white face ".
