Rainstorm was organizing her potions, she didn't care so much about the pups. Well she did a little, but didn't want to admit it. When she was done she glanced at the pups and her heart seemed to melt, they were so... adorible! She had never actually seen a pup before, and was surpised at how she seemed to love their cute faces as soon as she saw them.

Alex took one look at Rainstorm and was completely attached. He waddled over on short pup legs and latched onto her foreleg. Shasta chuckled at Alex. |

Alex squealed happily. But, unlike Shaka, the crystal was taking affect at an earlier stage for little Alex. His eyes turned yellow and snakelike and the dark crystal glowed slightly, pulsing under his fur. He opened his jaws and bit down on Rainstorm's leg. Shasta gasped. "Alex! No! Bad! Get off of her now!" But Alex ignored her, biting as hard as he could. |

"Ow!" Rainstorm exclamed and gritted her teeth, she stopped herself from jerking her leg away so she woulden't pull Alex's teeth out. She did, howver, mutter a spell that made her leg taste horrible. Never thought I would have to use that spell... She thought.

Alex choked and stuck out his tongue, his teeth dripping with blood. "I'm so sorry, should I get some bandages?" Shasta said frantically. Aaron glared at Alex. "Time out mister, to the corner." |

Shasta wrapped a bandage around Rainstorm's leg. "I'm so sorry about Alex, it must be his crystal, but Shaka never bit anyone until she was older." she said "Hey, don't you have a crystal too?"
