OoC: O.e I'm actualy amazed that you knew how to spell everyhting xD I'm useless with languages xD

BiC: Everytime the boy striked, the pain Shade felt seemed to grow. Shade tried to keep track of exactly where this boy was hiting her. Where he had hit her Shade's skin and clothes had a strange blue glow. Studying where these were, it seemed that this boy knew exactly where to hit her to cause the most damage.

Shade's teeth grinded against themselves, to a point where it became painful, as this boy delt the final blow. She let out a small gasp of both relief and pain when he struck above her heart. The relief being that he'd stopped, was only short. Shade was knocked backwards off her feet, she landed a few meters away in a pille of dying and dead leaves. "Tch." Was all she could manage.

Though it was a strong attack, Shade was stubborn. Frowning she rolled onto her side, then slowly moved her arm from beneath her. Slowly and painfully, Shade managed to at least sit on her knees. "Hah." She breathed, grinning now. "You're pretty strong." Shade placed her palm against a tree, using that to pull herself to her feet. it was painful to do so, but Shade felt more comfortable that way. The her shoulerd slumped and her head fell backwards as she let out a huge sigh of relief. She'd be fine, the pain wasn't all that hard to bear, at least not for her, for a human perhaps it would of been much worse.

"Did you really have to do that?" Shikamaru called down from the tree, shifting more into view as he glared down at the Hyuuga. "We were having a pleasant conversation."

Neji didn't say anything - his white eyes were fixed on the girl who had withstood his attack.

"Kami, do you ever talk?" Shikamaru said lazily, tossing a stick at the shinobi below him. Neji's eyes turned to scan the Chuunin, and he finally parted his lips to speak.

"This world is for fighting, no? Then we must fight to survive. I don't care if you were having a conversation - I am merely eliminating all of our enemies as swiftly as possible."

Allen narrowed his eyes as he watched the battle below them. Who was this newcomer with such odd talents? He was surprised that the girl was still able to stand. "Lavi...is that girl human?" he whispered.

Lavi pressed against Allen's back, using the younger exorcist for support as he looked intently at Shade with his single green eye. Was she indeed? He pursed his lips, thinking hard for a long while. "...I don't think so, Allen-kun." he finally replied.

"But what else could she be?"

"Not sure," Lavi continued, resting a hand upon the holster that held his Innocence. "But I think I know how to find out. Stay here until I call you."

"Wait--!"

Allen didn't have time to stop his partner; Lavi quickly darted out of the tree as he pulled his hammer from its holster on his thigh and tossed it into the air. "Innocence Invocation!" he landed on the ground behind Neji and Shade as he caught his weapon, and pointed the sharp cross on the top of the mallet at them. "I suggest you get out of the way, boy~" he spoke, gesturing to Neji with his eye. "Ōzuchi Kozuchi," he gave the hammer a twirl, "--extend!" he swung the hammer forcefully as the mallet shot forward, and slammed it into the girl's side, sending her spinning off into the trees. A grin spread across the redhead's face as he raised a hand over his eye to see how far he'd thrown her, looking somewhat like a golfer who had just hit his ball out of his line of vision. "Wooo, strike~!" he laughed. "Let's see what she really is now, eh?" he slammed the cross stop his weapon into the ground and leaned against the handle lazily, waiting for Shade to reappear...if he hadn't knocked her out.

NAME: Aquinnah Cardigan (Quinn for short)

AGE: 14

GENDER: Female

RACE: Half human, half wolf 

PERSONALITY: Aquinnah is fierce, loyal and protective of her loved ones. She has a kind heart and is gentle to anyone who she thinks is not a threat, but she can turn savage in a battle. Quinn prefers the option of not fighting if she thinks it is unnecessary, but she isn't the type to run away from a battle. Aquinnah tolerates no nonsense; she is serious, but she can also be funny when she feels like it.

PAST: Aquinnah was born in a laboratory, created by a scientist, who later abandoned her in a forest because the Government thought she'd turn into a man eater when she grows up. They had meant to kill her, but she managed to survive because of Shane's family, who is almost her same race. They were raised together. Aquinnah  then adopted his surname afterwards.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Electricity. Aquinnah can make electric currents p*censored* from her body to any conductor. She also has the ability to take it back. It can be in great amounts as well as small, but since she is half wolf, she prefers using claws and teeth for minor attacks and defense. She is greatly skilled in using her spear; she can do many impressive moves with it, so she uses it and her dagger in big battles.

DEION: Aquinnah is tall for her age. She is quite strong, but slenderness masks most of it. Her hair is waist-long, wavy, and golden-brown in colour, with two large black ears poking out from the sides. Her eyes are turquoise blue, and skin is pale. She has small, sharp fangs, and a long, slender black tail. She wears a long black cape which is fastened with a silver gem. A tiny crystal dagger hangs around her neck from a strong yet thin silver thread. Aquinnah always carries a long spear, just below whose sharp blade is a red silk ribbon is tied, its long ends dangling down its slender wooden body.

PAST: He was born and raised within the forest. When he was three, he met Quinn, who lived with him since. Both of them were looked after a tribal group, who later let them fend for themselves.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Fire. Shane can control, extinguish and produce fire. 

DEION: She is a lean six-footer, with broad shoulders and gentle brown eyes. His hair is black, and the lion-ears are white, like his long, slender tail. He carries no weapon, but his well-built frame allows him to fight efficiently otherwise. 

OTHER: None

Shade frowned. She had been planning to tell the boy that had attacked what was what, untill some crazed red head came out of the trees and hit her with what looked like a giant mallet. Grinding her teeth together, she once more picked herself up from the ground. "Hah." She siged, it was a pretty strong hit.

Stumbling as she walked, Shade made her way back to the two standing next to each other. That's when she glared at the red head. "What the hell was that for!?" She demanded, wiping blood from her mouth. Her ears pointed fowards and her tail flicked in annoyance. Shade looked from the red head to the boy that first attacked her, then back to the red head. His red hair colour reminded her of someone else, but she couldn't think of exactly who right then, not that it was important anyway.

Shade was getting very annoyed now. Not one, but two completely random and un-called for attacks. Pouting, she walked up to the red head and thre her fist at his face with all the strenghth she could manage. "Next time I'll use claws too." Shade thretened, her tail twitching. It was probably a pointless threat, both attacks made were strong and Shade was getting tired. Her eys half closed as her shoulder slumped, she no longer had the strength within her to hold them upright.

Lavi pulled his hammer out of the ground just before the girl's fist met his cheek (thank God it was the left one!). He gave a small groan and rubbed his cheek, lookind down at Shade with an offended (but triumphant) look on his face. "I know what you are now~" he grinned, gripping his hammer with both hands. "You're a Fera."

"Crowned Clown...! Clown Belt!" something white caught Shade's arm on the back-swing of her punch. To an observer like Neji, Lavi, or Shikamaru, it would seem like a bandage or something like one had extended from the trees, and was now wrapped tightly about her arm. Shortly after the first one appeared, several more white strips burst from the forest and bound the girl's arms to her sides. A few tense moments later Allen appeared before the group in a flurry of white, his silvery eyes fixed upon Shade. He drew her close to him with the cloth strips, pulling her face close to his as he whispered something only meant for her to hear.

"If you hurt my comrade with your claws...I will use claws of my own," he gestured to his cruelly-clawed left hand, pointing the tips at Shade's stomach like daggers poised to kill. He giggled softly and leaped back away from her, keeping her bound by his Innocence.

Hurr. How strange...that wasn't like him at all. Those words were not his. 'Stop it...!' he gritted his teeth as his thoughts battled back the evil words in his mind. 'Leave me alone...!' Reverting back to his gentlemanly and composed self, he gave a small sigh and shook his head at his partner. "Really now, Lavi...that was unnecessary," he spoke, taking a few steps forward and examining his catch with care. He noted that the hits she had taken from Lavi and Neji had weakened her, but that did not stop him from keeping his Clown Belt around her.

"Allen-kun~!" Lavi sighed and pushed his headband up on his forehead. "I needed to startle her. See those animal parts she's got? She isn't human: she's a Fera."

OoC: I'll be adding Shade's brother now if that's okay :3 I'll post his bio soon after too along with a picture of Shade (I drew them both together~)

Shade squirmed. She didn't like being held, let alone held by something strange that shot from someone's arm, or was it his arm? Shade looked at the white haired boy, then to his claws as he pointed twoards her stomach with them. Shade was then washed over with a childish jealousy, the white haired boy's claws looked much more impressive than her own, the looked longer too. In her sudden change of feeling, Shade looked down at her hands, whcihc were bound to her sides, she retracted her own claws then made then grow longer before retracting them once more. That's when she rid part of the childish jealousy from her, her claws were better by them being retractable at least.

Shade's ears pricked up again, she snaped her head round, too quickly for any human movement, to look at the white haired boy again, noticing him gritting his teeth. Something was bothering him then, Shade thought. She ran her tongue across her teeth, her fangs could probably tear through whatever was holding her, but she was to tired to change them. That's when she listened to the red-head speak. "Startle?" Shade questioned, grinning sheepishly. "More like try give me a hear attack" Now she frowned again before asking her own question. "How do you know what a Fera is anyway?"

Up in the trees one shadow had remained un-noticed, it had been watching everything that was going on for a while now. He'd seen everything that had happened, and over all, he wasn't too happy about it. His eyes flashed with joy and a hint of anger. Joy for him finding his sister, who he hadn't seen for at least a centuary. He grinned before leaping out of the trees, landing elegantly in-between Lavi, Allen, Neiji and his sister. "Now, your white haired friend is right, there wasn't any need for that." Asinth shook his head, waggling a finger in Lavi's face. Then he lifted his head to look around him, from what he could pick up, these people didn't look all that strong, but looks can be decieving. He grinned, this should be interesting.

Lavi coc.ked his head to one side in an unamused fashion, shouldering his hammer with a small grunt. "I'm training to be what they call a 'Bookman'. I know all of the hidden history of the world, right down to the tiniest country." he chuckled, "well, almost all of it. I'm still being instructed. Aaaannnyways, my grumpy ol' panda teacher taught me about the Fera and their history. I know all the ins and outs of your kind, and what happened to them. Heh~" he gave a coy smile and nudged the cloth binding Shade to Allen with the butt of his hammer. "This isn't necessary anymore, Allen-kun. It's fair now that there's two of us--" he glanced over at Asinth, "--and two of them."

"I would not be so quick to as.sume that," Allen spoke softly, allowing his Innocence to relax and release the girl, "but I trust you." His claws flexed slowly, carefully, the faint sunlight glinting off of the cold black metal in an eerie manner. He would be ready if either of these...creatures attacked them.

BiC: As soon as Allen, as his red-head friend  called him, released his hold on her, Shade slammed her elbow into the stomach of her apparent brother. "Che." She said through clenched teeth, her lips parting to form a twisted grin, one that showed her fangs.

Asinth clutched at his stomach. "Now what was that for sister?" He said grining, she was still as he remembered her, short, scruffy and violent. Asinth stretched, placing his hands on his back, it clicked as he did so.

Shade turned to look up at her brother, her face looked like that of an annoyed child. She wasn't going to tell him right now, she'd leave him to try guess, or to think that she'd just felt like hitting him. Shade's tail twitched, she was annoyed now, not only because she felt weak but also because some red-head claimed that he knew about the Fera and that an un-known 'brother' had just randomly appeared. After all this time of thinking she'd been alone in the world, the only one of her kind left. Couldn't her 'brother' have turned up sooner, insted of leaving her alone for a centuary? Right now, Shade wanted to kill something... or someone.

Asinth's hand twitched near his gun, held against his leg with a black piece of elasticated material. His stomach hurt, it seemed his sister still had some strength even after taking on the damage she had. Asinth looked into the eye of the red-head. "So, you've been taught about us Fera?" He asked, his tone of voice was soft and lazy. He smiled. "What do you know about us exactly?" Asinth yawned, he then crouched to put his arms around his sister's shoulders, knowing it would most probably annoy her, which is what he aimed for. Asinth knew from experience that the more annoyed Shade was, the better she could fight. Not that beign annoyed made her stronger, being annoyed just made her much more violent. Shade's mind was only capeable of feeling one thing at a time, so a violent streak could last a while, and would be a good thing if any of the four humans, and the shape shifter up in the trees, were to suddenly attack.

Lavi gazed at the two with an unamused look before draping his free arm over Allen's shoulders. "I've learned that your kind are animal-human hybrids, with females being more catlike and males being more wolfish," he seemed to be explaining this more to Allen than to Shade and her brother. "Part of your species made a pact with vampires, earning you their immortality, but your genes stopped you from craving blood like them. The only way to kill you immortal Fera is to kill you like one would kill a vamp. But oh, woe to your kind!" he snickered slightly before continuing, "Humans captured the Fera and tested them in labs. You two obviously haven't seen each other in years, judging by her reaction to your presence here."

Lavi gave a luxurious stretch and slammed the cross atop his hammer into the ground, leaning against it and pulling Allen to him by his furry collar. "But enough about you. It's a tiresome subject, cuz your entrapment feels so much like mine. You, being raised in a lab, prolly don't care much about the activities of the world, right? There are evil things afoot that will kill any human-like creature, even you Fera and the vampires you befriended, called akuma. It's our job to destroy them. We're exorcists~"

Allen, allowing himself to play along with his redheaded partner, leaned against Lavi and rested his right hand on his shoulder. His left hand hung limp at his side, as the claws were dangerously sharp and too long for him to do much with...he couldn't even make a fist with them in the way. The white cloak of Allen's Innocence fluttered around the two exorcists in the gentle wind, but the pale exorcist kept his claws in the open as if trying to warn the two Fera that he was not unguarded.
