Endraen let out a loud roar as he was suddenly ripped away from his mate, ears pulled back as he lashed out violently, going from soft abd gentle to 'I'm gonna rip your head off and feed it to the boars!'.He was quickly quietened by a blow to the head. however, and the tigercat was left to crumple to the ground, wiahing the most violent deaths possible onto the ones tha were taking his beloved away.

Moments later, everything went black and no more sound, other than slight breathing, came out of the tiger. Oooooh, had they really screwed up this time! The last thing you should ever, ever do is mess with a wild animal, his mate, and his family.

Aiden watched, wide eyed and silent as his hut got farther away and Endraen still hadn't come out, he was waiting for him to come out. That sickening sound kept replaying in his head and the fact that if you hit someone that hard in the head usually kills them. He realized that a steady stream of tears had found a way down his face and the rest of his body just hadn't caught on with just how distressed he really was. 

He also had the sudden realization that no one was holding him where he was, they they were all distracted with something that he couldn't care less about. He clutched his stomach and decided to try and make a desperate move back to see if Endraen was ok. But even if no one was holding him, they were watching him and made sure he didn't take anymore than one step toward his hut. 

And he soon understood what they were so distracted by as he was lifted off of the ground. It surprised him that anyone but Endraen could possible manage, but that was just him wishing the he was in his mate's arms instead. And he did fight, but they were too many and too strong; Aiden knew that if they hit his stomach the baby could be killed. He was lifted and his arms spread straight out to the sides.

"Homosexuality is a sin, Aiden." Someone told him, he didn't recognize the voice. His wrist ties down, spread to the sides and his feet strapped too. He was trapped, he couldn't even have the comfort of rubbing his stomach. He vaguely recognized that he was strapped to a giant cross that he'd seen used before. But he didn't care, he didn't even care about how thay'd gotten it here just a few hundred or so feet from his hut. All he cared about was his baby and his still missing mate. 

And apparently he was on trial, he just couldn't make himself listen to the village's words of torment and pain. "He's a demon!" "No human male can bear children!" "Death!" They shouted, Aiden's mind picking small bits and pieces out of the crowd below him. Aiden blocked it all out, and looked back for Endraen. Silence around him. Just the hut mattered.

White hot pain destroyed his vision, making him cry out. Once his vision cleared and breath was finally moving into his lungs normally he looked at the person below him with a whip that seemed to split into 5 pieces at the end. A cattle whip. His shirt had been removed, when did that happen? His stomach exposed and in danger. "Yes... bring your focus here Aiden." He was hit again, and again he cried out. 

"There must be rules //whip! scream// mustn't there? We cannot live //whip! scream,sob// in a world without circumstances. //whip! scream,sob// Rules!! //whip! scream// My boy... //whip! scream// and without them //whip! scream// there is disorder //whip! scream,sob// distrust //whip! scream// and rampant unhappiness... //whip! scream// And here //whip! scream// we live //whip! scream// for happiness!!" //whip! whip!! scream//

"Scream for your mate Aiden!! Tell him how much he's hurt you!" Aiden stared blankly, eyes wide and tears streaming, at nothing in particular. He shook uncontrollably and there was definitely a steady stream of his blood on the cross he was strapped to. But he refused, if nothing else, he would not call for Endraen. If Endraen was alve he would come here for him and get killed. He wouldn't cry out anymore either, no matter the pain and agony that would come next. He would not.

After a few minutes of whipping but not reaction from Aiden the torturer spoke again. "What? Have you figured out that your screams excite me? Its kinda late for that Aiden." And this torture went on forever it seemed. For days, weeks, months, eternity. The pain wouldn't go away. It was there, the only thing keeping him company on that cross. It kept him conscious and wouldn't let him slip away. And apparently they were getting bored with the silent tears. 

And at one point Aiden began to smell smoke and raised his head from it's hanging position to see his hut set a flame. And for all Aiden knew Endraen was still inside. He yelled frantically for his mate. Calling his name and just plain screaming, with no particular words.

Shortly after fire was set to the hut and Aiden began to yell out Endraen's name, a chorus of roars rose into the air. Endraen, his golden eyes lit with the flames of the burning hut, snarled, followed closely by the family of tiger that had raised him within the forest. "Let...Aiden...go..." he snarled, the fur of his tail fluffing out as he moved closer. His family let out snarls and roars, the looks in their eyes showing they'd be willing to kill anyone who laid another hand on either their adopted kin, or his mate.

"You people and more like demons than Aiden is," he snarled, tail lashing angrily at the air before he walked right up to the cross and began to untie his mate, using his claws to carefully cut wat bound him in the air. Noticing the marks that were left on his mate's body, Endraen bared his sharp fangs, eyes narrowing as he turned around, a cold, hard look in his eyes. "Who hurt him?" he demanded, ears pinned back as the tigers began to stand behind him. "Who /dared/ to lay a finger on him?!" he shouted, voice comin out as a loud, viciou roar.

"What the hell did Aiden physically do to you to deserve this treatment? What did /I/ do fr you to find me a demon, a murderous animal? I did nothing but save your children from the school building, and is this how you show your gratitude? You are the monsters, the demons, ghouls, witches, the creatures that will burn in the pits of HELL!" he roared, somehow making it even louder than before. Spotting the man with the whip, he bristled further. "Get Aiden off the cross if you can. If not, then wait for me and kill anyone who tries to hurt him," Endraen said, looking at his family. The tigers, a mixture of black-striped white and orange, nodded, getting started on the ropes.

Immediately afterwards, Endraen lunged at the man with the whip, a wild rage in his golden eyes, made even more fearsome by the reflections of flames dancing within their depths as eh stared down at the man with nothing less than hatred. "If /any/ of you EVER touch my mate again, I will NOT hesitate to kill you all!" he snarled, baring hsi fangs and lowering his face sothathe was only centimeters away from the other. A small droplet of blood from the wound he'd received from that crack to the head fell onto the man's face, the tigercat having reverted back to his wild nature instead of his more docile atittude that he'd adopted after befriending Aiden.

"And if you ever touch our child, you will all be wiped out. Children are innocent, and have done no wrong." With that, he raked his claws against the man's face, using all five fingers.

((...Holy...*censored*....Batman... O.o))

Aiden heard the roars and it send tingles of fear down his spine. He thought he was dying hearing the strange, and fearsome sounds of whatever awaits you after turning fleeing from this cruel world. But it wasn't the sounds of death, but Endraen's family. A huge gathering of tigers. 

"Endraen~..." He managed, his voice hoarse from the yelling and the pain. His hearing started to go, just one of the senses that would when he fell into unconsciousness. He lowered his head and closed his head. He could die now, Endraen was safe. He'd protect him from the villagers, he had to. Aiden couldn't stand it anymore. He felt slight tugging as his wrists. 

Just before he was unconscious, some more pain hit him. This was worse than the whip and so sudden that it wasn't fair. His stomach felt like someone was piercing him, killing the life he held inside. He yelled again, desperately trying to pull his arms out of their restraints to clutch his stomach, to 'hold' the baby, but he was too weak. And the pain continued and Aiden knew that that he was loosing his baby, it was just a sixth sence. He wanted Endraen there. Now. But he couldn't form words, he'd killed their baby. 

His yells of agony would have made your blood run cold, the sadness in it stop your heart.

Aiden was released, he knew, and instantly curled in on himself, clutching his stomach in a protective, painful sort of way. He knew that Endraen was with him, telling him to calm down, but he couldn't make himself. The pain was unbearable, both mentally and physically. 

He was set down and finally had the comfort of being on the ground. "End-!! ARGH~!" He choked up, writhing slightly beside his mate... in the forest? He didn't know. After a few second of pain it started to ebb and Aiden started to be less delirious.

Endraen's words were getting to him. "hate... them..." he whispered, it was almost inaudible as he referred to those that he had delayed their escape for. The ones who wanted to kill his mate and baby and torture him. "..hate~" He repeated, hot tears in his eyes. He had never hate anyone in his life and the words were awful and very uncharacteristic for Aiden.

Soon he wasn't in pain and was completely exhausted and out of breath. He opened his eyes and looked over to Endraen, vision failing, all of his senses failing. Finally he could slip into unconsciousness. He looked over at the other source of warm, to a tiger on his other side. He didn't know her, but knew he would be ok before he slipped into blissful darkness.

And would it be way too awful it Aiden dies giving birth to the baby? -_- I've been letting my mind wonder today and when I do that bad thats come to mind.

Also!  About the baby, it should be a shape-shifter :3 His animal being a tiger of course X3 Or something XD ]]

Aiden woke up hours later, the day was coming to an end and it was getting a little dim. He opened his eyes to find the he was cuddles close to Endraen, his hands resting on his mate's chest. He was quiet for a few moments, trying to figure out where he was. He suddenly remembered and tried to sit up too fast.

"Agh!" A jolt of pain ran through his body and he didn't try to move anymore, instead he returned to the safety that was Endraen. He remembered everything. The kiss that the villagers saw and the riot and cross, he remembered Endraen coming to save him and he... He put his hand on his stomach. He lost the baby... Tears formed in his eyes and he pulled himself closer to Endraen. 

He was finally sleeping, and he didn't want to wake him. He simply grieved quietly for the life that, unknown to him, was still alive and well.

Aiden was nervous to be around so many tigers, it was just his natural response since he knew what each of them could do. But he remained calm and simply stayed still so that the tiger could do what she wanted to do. His wounds hurt, and it was hard for him to move anyway, so why strain himself to do something that was painful?

He focused on Endraen, sniffling slightly, and began to gently pet him. Both to thank him for saving him from certain death and to comfort himself.  

Aiden moved away from Endraen's kiss, resting his fingers on the other's lips to stop him. He reached down and took his mate's other hand in his own and off of his stomach. He would have cried, but it seemed he was out of tears. Instead he placed Endrean's hand against his cheek and leaned into it. "I lost it Endraen..." He said sadly and closed his eyes. 

A lone tear escaped his eye, "I lost it, I know I did.." He reached up and buried his head in the crook of Endraen's shoulder and neck. "I couldn't protect it..." He told him. He could tell that Endraen would have been a good father and that he might have even been excited about it. "... I'm sorry..." He whimpered. 

He didn't want Endraen rubbed his belly if there was no life there. It seemed very wrong to Aiden.
