Aiden had come to trust the new dominant, he hadn't harmed any of the clan members. Only helped them. Even so, he hadn't let Liusus touch him like he'd been wanting to. In his mind, Endraen was his mate and he was going to be the only one to touch him. Even if Endraen never came back, Aiden would refuse to let anyone touch him the way that Endraen had.

And as time had gone by, Endraen's absence had begun to grow on Aiden. Aiden had become, less active, eating and drinking less, interacting less, and doing nothing in general. He would stay in a small den the the clan had developed for him to have the new baby in and simply sleep and dream of being in Endraen's arms. The depression had consumed him, but to keep himself and the other's save from Liusus finding out about his feelings, he blamed his behavior on stress and the pregnancy.

But today it was different. He was in the den giving birth to the new baby. His family members had surrounded him as they had done the last time with Mordekai and Cody sat close to Aiden's head, trying to make Aiden breath a certain way though Aiden could really care less about breathing in patterns he didn't brush the boy off for trying to help.  

Mordekai was at his mother's side, grasping one of his hands as he watched his mother's face, ears pulled back worriedly. Unlike Aiden, he didn't trust Liusus at all, knowing what his true intentions were.

"You can do it, Momma~!" he encouraged, giving the older male's hand a gentle squeeze. A tigress moved to curl up to allow Aiden to use her as a back rest, since laying flat on the ground wouldn't be good. She licked the human's cheek in a steady rhythm.

Meanwhile, Lisus stood nearby, green-yellow eyes focused onto Aiden as he watched. He knew the other wouldn't want him touching him right now, so he'd decided to stand off to the  side, curious as to how this was going to work.

Aiden moaned, waves of pain rushing through his body, meaning that it was time now. He appreciated the tigress behind him, but he just didn't have the mindset to turn around and thank her at the moment. 

Cody held Aiden's other hand, resisting the urge to cry out when Aiden squeezed it. he was sure that he didn't mean to hurt him. He had never seen a baby being born, and he was generally worried for Mordekai's mom, wondering if everything was ok until he heard the little wails from Mordekai's little brother or sister. 

Aiden let his head fall against the female behind him, gasping for his breath. His recent habits and heath had made it harder than it needed to be for him to have the baby.  

Before Liusus could get anywhere near his new little brother or sister, Mordekai quickly moved to lift the child up, snipping the umbilical cord with his sharp fangs. He was immediately at his mather's side again, letting out a soft growl and protectively holding the child coser as Liusus approached, crouching down by his side to wipe away the sweat. "Are you alright...?" asked the tiger, his thin tail twitching once.

Mordekai could feel it...the male's desire for his mom to have his cubs. In order to do that, he'd have to kill him and his new little brother. "You did great, Momma," purred the elder son, tail waving lightly.

((Do we get to get to when Endraen comes back in to stop the murder of his children? :D)) 

Aiden managed to catch his breath though he was now exhausted, the only thing that was keeping him from pas.sing out was the tiny whimpers and whines from his new born son. He reached up an ran his hand through Moredai's hair affectionately.

"What do you think?" He asked quietly, closing his eyes for a moment. " Are you going to be a good big brother?" he asked him. He glanced at Liusus, suspicion growing through the exhaustion. "I'm fine~" He responded, wishing that Endraen could be here to see his new son.

Cody was watching Mordekai start to take car of his little brother. He was so lucky! Cody had always wanted a little brother to take care of and play with at the end of the days.

It had been a while since the new baby, Kronos, had been born and Liusus found himself growing tired of children that were not his. So, now that the whole family was asleep, he was going to make his move. HE stood over Mordekai, green-yellow eyes emotinless as he curled his fingers and pulled his arm back, preparing to strike when a flurry of white fur, complete with a fluffy tiger's tail, appeared out of the trees with a roar, pinning Liusus to the ground.

The orange tiger's eyes were wide with surprise, green-yellow meeting cold golden-amber. "If you ever try to touch them again, I will skin you alive and give your pelt to my mate fir a blanket," he snarled, ears pulling back.

The roar had awakened Mordekai, who held Kronos closer until he saw who had arrived, his eyes widening and lighting up. "Daddy!" he cried, tail waving until his baby brother whimpered and began to cry, having been startled by everything that had gone on. 

The commotion had startled both Seth and Aiden awake, both thinking that Mordekai and Kronos was in danger. Aiden sat up at looked at the two males in front of him and instantly pulled his sons closer to him. He had recognized Endraen but he was dealing with Liusus and so Mordekai and Kronos weren't necessarily in the safe zone yet. 

He knew that a new dominant male would kill the previous male's cubs. He'd been keeping a close eye on Mordekai and Kronos over the time since Kronos had been born. He couldn't watch the both all the time. 

Kronos began to cry a little louder so he took him gently from Mordekai. He knew that Mordekai had missed his father too, but letting him distract him wasn't a good idea right now. "Quiet Mordekai" He cooed quietly.

Aiden watched the whole thing wide eyed and wordlessly, shocked and unsure of how to react to the sudden appearance of his mate. There was even a small voice in the back of his mind telling him that this wasn't really happening and that he was dreaming up the whole thing. 

Seth on the other hand was glad and excited to see Mordekai's daddy with them once again and standing up to Liusus. This meant that he didn't have to worry for Mordekai and Kronos and that he might wake up one morning to fnd that his best friend on there anymore.

Once they were hugged Aiden finally came out of his shocked state, he was able to feel Endrean and was overjoyed to find that he was, in fact, really there. He handed baby Kronos to Seth so that he could hug his mate back properly. He wrapped his arms around the big male's neck and pulled himself closer, burying his face into his shoulder. 

He didn't respond to Endraen's apology, he didn't care. He was just glad to see him. So glad that tears filled his eyes. "I thought you weren't coming back~" He cried, hugging the other tighter. He thought that his children were going to be killed and that Liusus was going to force him to be his new mate. "We missed you.." He told him.
