The Jersey Devil sensed that it's cage was being picked up.  It snarled even louder, lashing it's lizard-like tail.  It's tongue flicked out of it's mouth, it was forked like a snake's tongue, and it could pick up scents the same way.  It could understand what the human, what was her name?  Mars, had said, and it also understood what was going on.  It was going to be as.signed a human to train, or at least thats how it viewed it.

((Sorry, I meant Orona.))

"Fine, be that way." she growled back at him. Two can play at this game she thought, glaring at him with silver eyes. She started to walk away, motioning for him to follow...

Orona stared at her. He wasn't even growling loudly. Orona was not used to obeying orders, either. He stayed put, keeping a steady gaze on his so-called 'owner' or 'trainer'. Orona tensed, wings unfolded slightly, body in alert mode.

Orona got furious and upset. He was not happy about being restrained, in any way whatsoever. Orona gave an earsplitting wail, thrashing around a bit, trying to get up but failing. His ruby red claws made him fall down again. They clicked against the floor as he struggled to cope with the situation.

Ka'araine turned from Amigal to Aki and her creature, surprised. "Stay here, Amigal." she said softly, stroking her pet on the head gently. Hopefully that wasn't rushing things. She remembered the first time she pet Blizzard. He was not happy at being touched, but eventually warmed up to her. Ka'araine looked a bit panicked watching the creature struggle like that. "Aki, what's wrong?" she asked.

"I guess he doesn't like being restrained." Ka'araine mumbled, staring at the dark-furred but glowing creature. He was curious-looking. Clearly not easy to tame. It looked quite unhappy, or at least for the time being. She sort of felt glad that she didn't have this creature, but understood its personality (a little).

Orona gave a quiet upset squeal and curled up immediately. He stretched his wings over himself.

OOC: Ribunny, I don't think you asked me what gender she should be. I went w/ the bios on page 1.

BIC: Kyle pulled himself together and almost ran up to the cages to get his new creature. He saw the cage by Mars and nodded with a tiny smile.

((*flails*  I confuse myself by forgetting things a lot o-o Nvm then XD))

The Jersey Devil creature peered through the small holes in the cage up at Kyle's face.  She snarled at him, lashing her tail.  It wasn't like she was hostile or anything, but it was just that she didn't want to seem weak or unimpressive.

"Thanks!" Mavryk replied with a smile as he took the cage. He took it to an empty table and set the cage down on the ground. He peered in it and spotted the creature inside. Was it friendly? Carefully, he reached his hand out to the creature in the cage and watched to see if it would allow him to touch itself.

Valorn cooed once again then looked down at Devyn's arm. Moving rather slowly, he got onto Devyn's arm and was careful not to hurt the boy with his talons.

The young creature sniffed Mavryk's hand and whimpered softly before turning around. "Not you," he muttered.

Kyle peered into the cage worriedly, not knowing that the creature within was just putting on a show. He slowly put his hand near the cage. "Would Reasoner work as your new name, or shall I think of something else?" he asked her.

((Agh.  I'm so sorry guys, but I'm going to have to drop out.  D:  Feel free to use my charries, but just don't transfer them to other roleplays, claim them as yours, ect.  I can't deal with the current level of roleplays that I'm juggling right now, so.  good luck, of course, with this one because the plot is magnificent!  Love to all.

Orona's wing twitched. He was comfy where he was, but he loved dog biscuits. Orona slowly uncurled, and stood (more like rested)on his hind legs, ruby red claws scraping against the smooth floor a bit. Hesniffed the treat curiously, and nibbled on it. He enjoyed eating treats slowly. Dog biscuit. Om nom nom nom nom. A few crumbs fell down, but he didn't really care.
