((Alrightt, let's start then! I'll edit this post with the intro!))

Mars stroked Kuiy's muzzle tenderly, in the process of training him not to bite a tender hand. She was wearing gloves, just in case he did bite. When  he didn't bite her, she gave him a little chunk of raw rib-eye steak from her package. Seeing the time on the clock, she decided it was time to get to the ceremony. Only Koiy knew how to follow her obediently, without any distraction, so she left them in their crate in her bedroom behind the desk. She sat down at her chair and rolled over to her phone. She dialed Yuki's number and waited. "Hey! Yuki, I'm getting ready for the ceremony for new students" she said. "Head over to the Temp Pen and get all the creatures ready" Mars hung up and then picked up the speaker that went through the whole school. "Attention all new students! Please report to the cafeteria, it's a special day today!" she squealed before turning that off. She put a package of ground beef into the crate for her baby raptors. "I'll be back soon okay guys?" she said before running out and leaping over her desk and heading downstairs.

Anasris Angelis heard the announcement. he threw his pillow at his room-mate, and new friend, Mavryk Zarus. "Wake up Mavryk! Mars called a meeting!" Anaris could barely contain his excitement. he put on the first clothes he could find, an unfortunately colored neon pink polo *censored* and some blue stripes shorts. It didn't matter.

Ash Green sighed. He was already awake and dressed. He was finally going to have a ceature. He hoped it would be a dragon. Any other animal, he felt, just wouldn't understand him. he was looking forward to training an animal though, even one that he didn't like.

Yuki laughed as she shuck her head she already had all the creatures ready getting up she walked down with Star next to her as she walked to where a train trolly was with all the animals in crates that had the name of who it belonged to but didnt show what the animal looked like so that it would be a surprise for the new owner. When she reached the got near the temp pen she turned to the stable to get a pegisus that she had been training and it was the most obidiant of the pegisus in there pulling him out, she lead him to the train trolly that had all the creatures on it and hooked him into it before leading him to the cafeteria waiting near the creature entrance with the pegisus and Star with her waiting for his sister to get the students ready before calling her in with the creatures.

When the meat was put down Kuiy quickly started eating it while his sister looked at where Mars went and whimpered wanting to go with her but knew she wouldnt be allowed.

Star slipped into the large Cafeteria door and took her usual spot in the back of the stage, looking like a beautiful backdrop with the light from the door hitting her scales. She examined the students happily, excited that they would be training some new friends for her. In her mind, everything was for her. Food for her, friends for her. She always found a way to make every little thing affect her.

Mars was adjusting the microphones on the podium as the students filed in. Saisfied with her adjustments, she ran outside and hugged Yuki. "I'm so excited for this Yuki!" she squealed. "Our first cl*censored*! Almost 15 people!" 

Ka'araine was organizing her things when she heard the announcement. Excitement rushed through her. She wondered what creature that she would get. Curiousity flooded her mind as she considered the possibilities. But then she stopped and remembered, Anything. Ka'araine grinned as she neatened her bed. She was already dressed. A black dress, of course. She put on black boots with chains to go with the silver on her dress. Ka'araine too out a phoenix plush and placed it on her pillow. Today's going to be awesome. I can't wait! I bet the creature I get will be the best. She had promised herself that no matter what it was, she would train it well. She sprayed some hair stuff on her hair. Good enough. Ka'araine brushed her hair and put on a purple headband with a purple bow on it. The bow was probably made from a zipper, because that's what it looked like. Purple with a silver zipper. She was ready!

Ka'araine walked to the ceremony room. She was very excited. What creature was she going to get? Ka'araine's thoughts were interrupted by a flashback of Blizzard.

"Here, Blizzard! I have treats." Ka'araine called, looking around for her pet. They were playing hide-and-seek, but Blizzard was really good at it. Blizzard was still quite young, and he could fly to places like treetops and the roof. Ka'araine looked around her backyard, but couldn't find her precious pet. Blizzard and his beautiful blue feathers of an ice phoenix were fresh on her mind. She shook the bag of treats. And again. And again. Ka'araine felt worry grip her chest. Usually, he scrambled down trees or rushed from behind gras.s clumps at the sound of the treats. But this time, nothing. Maybe he was trying really hard to win. Ka'araine called out shakily, "Blizzard? Blizzard? Where are you? I give up. You can have the treats." Her heart thudded against her ribcage. She didn't know where he went. "Blizzard!" she yelled, hoping that he would hear her. "Blizzard, you win! I can't find you! Come here!" she cried desperately, tears trickling down her cheek. But it was useless. Blizzard never came. Ka'araine finally found him. He was hiding behind the tree, but clamoured onto the fence when she came near. He must've fallen off, or got attacked by something and couldn't cry out, because she didn't hear him. Ka'araine saw him, facedown, in the neighbour's yard. "No, no!" she gasped. She cradled his soft but cold body in her arms, even though he was bigger than her. "Blizzard! Wake up!" she sobbed, tears falling onto his bloody feathers. She wouldn't believe that he was dead, and took him to the doctor. But he was gone. "I'm sorry, but Blizzard has left us." the creature doctor said quietly. She gave his body to Ka'araine. He had been cleaned up. He looked so serene. So calm. Ka'araine thought that he was just sleeping, and being silly. "Can't you bring him back?" she asked, still crying. "No." she replied. "He cannot return." So Ka'araine went back home with a limp phoenix. She hugged him tightly as she slept. It didn't make sense for a long, long time.

Ka'araine snapped back to life. She relised that she was crying. Recalling the story was terrible. She wiped tears from her eyes, hoping that they weren't red. When she was okay with herself, she walked into the ceremony room.
