Ti Jinh snapped out of some sort of daze while watching Fever and Aki. His mind had been occupied with something else. His gaze focused on Fever trying to register he words in his head, making his feet move forward. "What is it?" he asked patting Kai-Ching on the head before moving over to Fever's side. "What's up?" he asked glancing in the direction of Fever's eyes and noticed the ring. He took a deep breath and stared at it for a moment wondering what exactly to think. It was odd, yes, but something was kind of off about the ring. He didn't know if it was just the pressence of being around the avatar or somethin else.

Jet screeched above them and dove down to perch peacefully on Ti Jinh's shoulder. It's gaze focused in on the ring-shape on the little girl's hand. Jet went to flap forward onto Aki's shoulder but Ti Jinh brought his hands up and restrained the fire nation hawk. "No. Fever and I only. Leave the children alone" he said rather harsly to the hawk who only screeched in his ear out of annoyance before taking off into the air again. "Stupid bird" he sighed shaking his head turning his gaze back to Aki's hand.
