Kon looked around. A few kids were already up and talking, along with strange creatures of their own. One boy even had something that looked like a dragon. "Aw, why can't you have wings?" Kon sniffed, but grinned at the black snake. 'Don't underestimate me, boy! I am a Basilisk.' The snake eyed him, again with the disdainful look. "Oh, then why aren't I stone?" Kon countered. Immediately, the black snake looked away, his eyes turning red. It stared at a pa-ssing small mouse. The mouse looked up, confused, its gaze meeting the Basilisk. The small little critter immediately turned to stone. "Should I be scared?" Kon muttered. The snake's eyes turned back to the cold black color. 'Of course not. After all, I am your pet.'

"Cool." The boy grinned. "What's your name? Do you even have one?" His Basilisk coiled around his arm, lifting his head to stare into Kon's eyes. 'I call myself Styx, boy.' A shiny black tongue struck out. 'Go talk to the others, boy. I think making friends would be useful here, since all of you children have gems.' Kon remembered his gem, and touched his again. It was embedded right in the middle of his collarbone, though his bones could not feel it. "What is this thing?" Kon asked, knocking it. 'Don't do that, idiot!' Styx hissed. 'It's... special. Gives you powers. No more questions.' Kon rolled his eyes. "Fine, fine." He got up again, and sat next to the two most active members of the gem-kids. A kid with weird ears, and a girl with black hair.

"Hi. I'm Kon." He said bluntly. He almost felt Styx roll his eyes. 'Very good first impression, boy.' Kon looked back at Styx. "Well, fine. You talk." 'Stupid boy. Only you can hear me. Like the others can hear their own pets.' Styx lifted his tail to point at the dragon that sat on the boy's shoulders. "Weird. Just weird." Kon mumbled. 'I can also hear your every words, so watch yourself.' Kon moaned at that.

Miasha turned to a new boy that walked up to them. Kon, was his name. She took a deep breath trying to be the least bt brave. That wasn't her type. She was scared to talk to kon. She smiled slightly and finally the words "I'm Miasha" came out. She was suprised that she had the guts to even talk to the other boy with the dragon. Now she had talked to someone else to.

Miasha was proud of herself and went on. "But you can call me Mia." she told him. She was very happy that she could talk to them. Maybe it was because of midnight. She looked at him. He neighed and urged her on. 'Keep going.' he told her. She shook her head. 'I don't know what to say.' she thought. 'well, this is your challenge, not mine' he told her backing away from her. 'thanks for all the help' She mumbled in her mind. 'You're very welcome little one.'  was the reply. 

Mia turned back to Kon and the elf. She didn't know what say so she just stood there as the Akward silence grew.

the majority of the Teens where now up. Ivory Scanned the group to look for someone to talk to. She had realised the grouping of the elf, unicorn girl, and over accessorized boy where the most active, so she decided to go talk to them.

Her thigh lenghthed toga, Ivoy found, was surprisingly easy to move in. she Adjusted a golden broach as she approached the group and sighed before speaking. "So, err." she started slightly hesitantly. "Are you guys my imagination, or are you real?" she finished bluntly.

Blade dipped her head slightly at the three mystical beings, being much more sophisticatedly than her human counterpart.
