"Okay, then." He conceded. He slowly padded along the traces of erratic forestry that diminished as her neared the city. It wasn't a large town, but it was slightly homey. He walked along the streets, until he came upon a low building. He managed to scale it, and jumped onto higher buildings, the view becoming even better with every leap. He ended up on a tall, Victorian style house. It was now the middle of the afternoon, and he gazed as the sun slowly set. "Isn't this beautiful?" He murmured.
Love is unconquerable. For love needs not the pleasure of outward beauty, as it takes great pride in the inward. Love needs not the cushion of luxury and riches, for lovers tend to grow closer in strife. Love needs not fame, for those true to love will not host greed.

Alpha didn't mind Midnight, but he just thought it didn't really click. It wasn't like it was supposed to be. He had to say something, and put her down gently. "Hey, Midnight? Look, I just don't think this is quite as... wonderful as finding your mate is supposed to be. I'm sorry, but I don't think we were mwant for each other. Do you understand?"

Alpha returned home to the forest with Midnight. It was late, and he decided to get some shut-eye. "Good night," Alpha bid, and he padded off to his den.
