Sola was wandering about in the forest, taking her own walk. She breathed in the sweet scent of a flower, sticking her muzzle inside, and let out a breath. At this area of the forest, everything was quiet. You could hear some faint chirps and cheeps from birds and the plant life was extravagant, as always. Sometimes Sola even caught a bit of prey on these walks.
Then she thought about Esgard. Her thoughts drifted off to the fairy-tale universe that was Esgard - however Esgard, unlike real fairy-tales, was real, and Sola was absolutely sure about it - and felt the cool breeze on her fur, inhale the smell of flowers, watch prey aplenty bound about as she ran across a flower-strewn meadow...
Of course, this all wasn't really happening. It was her imagination, and for one to see her acting it out in the forest right then would be pretty strange.

Kiyiya sat just outside of Furail's territory, lingering in the moment of possible entrance. However, it was not to come. Even though he was a master of trickery and could easily get away with stealing some prey, he wouldn't. There was prey outside of the boundaries, too, and something about that she-wolf he had seen when he had gone in a bit too close for comfort had told him 'don't take the prey and stop going so close.'
Although the she-wolf didn't seem to do anything about it - not like she could. Kiy ran away as fast as a rabbit at the sight of her and was terrified to go back in for a while. But perhaps now was a time to try again. So, he started padding off towards his cave near the river that snaked through Furail's territory and out, and jumped in. The cold water was a bit shocking at first, but he got used to it. Jumping out, Kiy shook his fur a bit and let it drip for a few moments before venturing in the territory, veering off course from the river.
It was actually quite pretty in here, but Kiyiya didn't want to go too far or stay too long today. He had an uneasy feeling in his gut that told him he might be found any second.

Conri pricked his ears and heard his name being called, and it was Hawk's voice he immediately recognized. Recently, she seemed.... restless. Fidgety, almost. Anyways, he went to go see what she wanted, coming over in a few easy strides.
"What is it, Hawk? Something im[injection]portant?" the Alpha asked with no sarcasm. Perhaps there was an intruder, or maybe a bear. Or something. It could be, a wolf never knew, and Alpha wolves always had to be in the loop of information. Conri also heard, somewhere on the other edge of camp, the story of Esgard being told again.
Not that child's tale again. So stupid to have pups believe it to be real - not to mention some of the older ones, who apparently refuse to grow up, Conri thought to himself. He had thought of the whimsical land to be real when he was a pup, too, but he quickly seized the facts - a place like that could never exist, due to everything in nature clashing with the idea of this 'Esgard.' It was simply not logically possible, at all. Period.
