[[OH, right. Dreampaw is going to be Dreamstone, and Coalpaw shall be Coalfire]]
Rainflower poked her head out of the warrior's den. She saw her leader and mate, Eaglestar, already perched on the high rock. Bouncing out of the cave, she sat down below the high rock, her eyes twinkling with amusement mixed with pride when she stared up at Eaglestar.

Coalpaw came back from his as-sesment, dropping two mice and a plump rabbit down. He sighed, wondering what should he do now, since he had beaten the other apprentices in hunting. Coalpaw was about to saunter back into the apprentice den when he heard a familiar yowl.
---
Nightowl saw his friend come back from hunting. Yowling in delight, Nightowl leapt into the air and bowled over the slightly smaller cat. "Good to see you, Coalpaw!" Nightowl purred. His eyes wandered over to his catches. "Oooh, three pieces. Better than last time." Nightowl swiped his tongue over his teeth and helped the apprentice carry the prey to the fresh kill pile.
---
Coalpaw couldn't help but laugh at his friend's silliness. "Thanks, Nightowl." The younger cat picked up the rabbit and dropped it at the fresh-kill pile. "I hope my mentor would be proud..." Coalpaw murmured, his paws kneading the ground and his tail flicked from side to side nervously.
---
Dreampaw emerged from the apprentice den, hearing the squeals of Nightowl and the gruff replies of Coalpaw. "Ah, those two idiots are at it again." She muttered, stifling a yawn. Once again, Dreampaw was the last apprentice to wake up. Not that she was ashamed, or anything.

Sunflare was out in the forest, quietly stalking a rabbit. After the quick little rabbit stopped hopping to nibble on a blade of gra-ss, Sunflare sprang. The kill was quick and easy, as he proudly lifted up the rabbit, though was met by silence. The warrior remembered he was hunting alone. Sunflare sighed, burying the rabbit and continuing his hunt.
