I took care of the assassins. In the most 'Lydia' way possible. By drowning them. In a cold river. With giant piranhas. Rabid piranhas. Mutant rabid piranhas. And just to be sure, I fished their remains out and fed them to the dogs! Yes. Yes.

So that's why they never got back to me after I sent them out to get me a smoothie...well, you know what? That's fine. It's unfortunate that such a fate had to be befall them, if that's even what really happened. You could just be saying that so I believe that they're gone and don't suspect any future events having been their doing under your command. Don't think I don't know that trick either. You just want me to get cocky having seen this happen just as well - that's why I hired dispensable assassins, mind you - and go look for your office thinking it's either a) completely trap free or b) full of stupid traps like the rotten whales that can crush any human body under their weight that no one could possibly survive. Even if by some ungodly chance, a person does, they'll end themselves because everyone knows the stink of a rotten whale is completely unbearable and never ever comes out. The stink itself is enough to make anyone faint.
However!
I feel the need to inform you that
I'm not completely human.
That trap falls faulty on that account
Secondly,
I'm wearing my anti-whale stink underpants!

I would have had my assassins take a poison capsule before their death as well. To sicken your mutant animals and cause them to fall just the same. But...that's just far too twisted. Animals don't deserve that crud. Horribly mutated and deformed or not!
