Darkfire yawned and looked around. The sun was shafting through trees above her. She stretched and walked through the trees. She sighed taking a deep breath. She loved the forest.

Darkfire sat in a tree quietly. She liked to look over the forest in the morning. She also knew that this was the perfect tree to hunt from. She could see pretty much anything from this tree. So she saw all the prey that scurried around the tree.

Darkfire saw a cat creep into the forest. She snorted when she realized that it was a house cat. She wan't one of those lap lovers. She loved the forest. It was her home. She jumped from the tree and stood infront of the cat with a smug look on her face.

Darkfire shrugged. "So," She smiled. "Stay over there" She flicked her tail towards a bush. She pressed her stomach on the ground in a perfect hunters crouch. She saw a squirrel and pounced on it with ease. She niped its neck and threw it at the cat. "There." she muttered "Now you have a new breakfast" she told hiom.
