All we do know, is that his grumpy.

His the old man you shouts  "git of mah lawn" at youngsters

and who would be more than happy to chase them with a big wooded spoon, the only problem is Rolo has mobitity issues, 

his TFTF (to fat to fly).

To help him get around he hauls him self up on to a skateboard, useing his tail to push him self along.
( the skateborard is shaped like kirs head)
