Radiantmist padded silently out of the warriors den, glancing at the leader's den. She drew a quick breath and looked around, seeing only Gingerstorm and Timberleaf out. She twitched an ear. All she needed was an apprentice, and the journey to the Shining Lake, which was right next to the Gathering Island. "Gingerstorm. Timberleaf." She greeted the warriors in a friendly tone. "I need two warriors and an apprentice to accompany me to Shining Lake, to receive my nine lives." She muttered out the last bit, but couldn't help but feel slight happiness. Radiantmist would bring her clan much happiness and strength.
---
Owlflight padded contentedly out of the warrior's den, stretching his pure black wings. His eyes widened when he heard Radiantmist ask Timberleaf and Gingerstorm to accompany her to the Shining Lake. "But I want to go too!" He couldn't help but burst out. Owlflight then slapped his tail over his mouth. "I didn't say anything." He muttered, embara-ssed. He saw Radiantmist flick her ear in an amused way.

Coalpaw woke up to a whining sound. "But I want to go too!" Coalpaw rolled his eyes, recognizing the sound as a whine from Owlflight. "It's too early in the morning for this." He grumbled irritably, resting his head between his forepaws and closing his eyes.
---
Crowdance stretched luxuriously, padding confidently out of the warriors den. "Aah, another day, more prey to catch." He said, looking up at the bright blue skies. "Keep it down." He heard a voice mutter. Crowdance looked around. There weren't any cats up yet, he was the first one. Shrugging it off, he poked his head into the apprentice's den, looking for his apprentice.
---
Daypaw's eyes blinked awake, and she gave a startled jump when she saw a black-furred face peering into the apprentice's den. "Crowdance!" She hissed, forgetting that she should respect all warriors. "What are you doing?" Daypaw saw the warrior's eyes sparkle with amusement. "I'm looking for Stonepaw." He replied pleasantly. "Well, he's not here!" She lied. "Go away!" Without waiting for a reply, Daypaw turned around, facing her back to him.
---
Sunflare padded nervously around the camp, glancing around. Crowdance was already up, bothering the apprentices, as he could tell from annoyed hissing coming from the den. He couldn't help but twitch his whiskers in amusement. Crowdance had a knack for getting himself into trouble. Sunflare rested on a sunny rock, considering which cats he should send into both hunting and border patrols.
