After hours and hours of running non stop, Erin slowed down slightly, her jaw hanging open and her tongue lolling slightly.
I have... No idea how Alpha got so far with so little time. She thought tiredly, shaking her fur and sending puffs of dust around her. He's some seriously dedicated guy.
She glanced towards the faint light that was gathering at the horizon, trying to gauge the time. It would be about 4:30 in the morning, if she was right. "I think it's time for a break," Erin said, still in her wolf form. It was much more durable than her human body, and if she morphed right then she might collapse. "What do you guys think?" She punctuated the question by flicking her ears.
Erin swung her head towards the small, dusty town that was a few kilometres to their left. Looks quiet. She thought. Maybe we can get something to drink there without attracting too much attention. So far, there had been no sign of a river, and to continue at the same speed they would need some fuel.

(( XD cya iheart... )) Jimmy skidded to a halt behind Erin, also in his wolf form. He shrugged, the fur along his back glowing blue at the tips (they do that XD) Jessica nodded in agreement, to exguasted(spell fail) to speak.
Jacoby stopped running a while back, and he slowly padded up to where everyone else was, He glanced around the the dark, his blue eyes dull from going without sleep.
Reverend, who had started walking with out any help standing up, also walked up to the others. "that's a good idea." he stated, he looked at the others, "considering no one seems to be able to breathe." he chuckled

Karienne nodded her tounge lolling out of her mouth. She droped down on all fours tired. She put her head on her paws. She would have shifted into her human forn but she would be all sweaty. She was so glad no one could see sweat on her brown pelt.

Erin bobbed her head in an imitation of a human's nod. It was just a habit, really; she'd spent far too much time in her human form lately.
"Okay, we all agree." She morphed into a human. Already having been braced for the intense exhaustion she knew she would feel, she managed not to completely fall over, instead stumbling slightly and feeling the word lurch around her.
After a moment, her vision refocused and she caught her breath. "Let's go. Morph into a human, guys. Someone might try to shoot us or something." She started walking towards the town, slowly at first, then quicker as she regained her human footing.

Karienne whined. She really didn't want to shift. She walk over behind a tree and morphed. She just didn't like doing it infront of people. She stepped back out. "Hey Erin wait for us."She called after her trying to catch up.

Jessica did the same (fail). Her spine felt sore, but aside from that and a shortness of breath she was fine. Reverend bobbed his head as a nd as well, and turned back to a human after strtching out his front legs, and opening his jaws into a yawn. Jacoby was panting for a moment, "give me a second." he said tiredly. After a moment he stopped panting and changed back to his human form

Sudenly, he changed back to a wolf, and leapt into the bushes, snarling as he ran off. Reverend stared a t jimmy as he randomly took off. "where's he going?" he asked openly
