Sabrina swam out to Kristy. "Look, he is going to be ok. He still loves you, I could see it in his eyes. He just needs some time. I think that there might be a way to heal it." She said, trying to comfort Kristy. Chris looked at Lucy. She nodded. Chris was about to hit Jake over the head with a rock, and then Jake did a double take. "What are you doing!" Jake screamed. He was scared. "You know, maybe if Kristy retold him that she was pregnant that would work." Chris asked.

"Jake's lost it, and cant remember anyone. Chris here was about to smack him over the head." Lucy said glaring at him. Chris shrugged. Jake sat there, looking up at them. He was so confused.

"Well now we know why you were so quiet. I wondering why you didn't freak out in the whirlpool." Chris said, cocking and eyebrow. Lucy sat down next to Jake. "You really don't remember anything, do you bro?" Lucy asked, sadly. "Im sorry, but no. What do you people want from me?" Jake asked. He looked like he was about to cry. Lucy did cry. Jake instinctivley hugged her. He was shocked at himself. How did he know to comfort this woman when he didn't even know her? Suddenly, a single word popped into his name. His face showed shock. "Jake, did you remember something?" Chris said, hopefully. "A name. Kristy..." He said, and tears started rolling down his eyes. "what is going on?" heasked.

Jake looked little, childish. His eyes were large, helpless. He looked like he was going to cry. "What do you want from me?" He said, his lip quivering. "You know, maybe we could provoke his memory. Like a phyciarst." Chris suggested. "Oh man, were is Kristy." Lucy asked. "Kristy, was she important to me?" Jake asked. "She IS important to you. She's carrying your baby." Jake's eyes got twice as big. "What?" He squeaked.

Sabrina looked at Randie with pleading eyes. "Please stay with her? I need to be with Lucy." This was the first time that it showed how much Sabrina cared about Jake and Lucy. Jake was still clueless. Chris was interagating him. "Wait, Lucy, didn't Jake have some kind of favorite food? An obssesive favorite food?" Chris asked. Lucy gasped. "Why didn't I remember! Jake LOVES spinage. Its a human food, but we find some in the river occasionally. Jake eats it by the ton!" Lucy siad. Jake could remember the taste all of a sudden. He licked his lips almost as an instinct. "YES! I T WORKED A LITTLE!" Lucy nearly screamed.

Jakes eyes widened at the sight of Kristy. "You are Kristy right? I kinda remember you." Jake said. "I knew you were important to me some way...." He shook his head. He really looked like a little boy. Sabrina hugged a sobbing Lucy. "The sorcer will be here soon. He'll find us, and then he will force Jake to remember." Chris sighed. Lucy rembered something. "Hey, maybe we can provoke the memory. You saw how the food worked. Hey Jake, do remember mating season when we were really little?" Jake's pupils got big. Suddenly, a vision washed over him. He was trashing himself against the floor, screaming "I want a mate too daddy! I wanna be a big boy!!!!" He gasped, and nodded.

"I got it! The more we tell him, the more he rembers. Ok, Jake, do you remember Kristy? Besides her name?" Chris asked, getting hopeful. Jake's eyes closed, and he leaned his head back. A memory came to him. "Ive seen drawings of her. I think I drew them. She's my mate, right?" Lucy jumped up and squealed in joy. "He's coming back!" She said eargly.

More memories flashed. "There is a sorcer, after us... She's pregnant. He want's the baby." Jake said. "WAIT!" Lucy nearly screamed. "I have an idea. We could help him more if we could find out what happened. We could be like those people on Earth who get the person to fall asleep and they talk about their memories. Lets see if it works!" She said, bouncing on the balls of her feet. "Ok, who is a good intarrogater?" She asked. "A what?" Jake siad.
