Foreword: A large cloud of darkness was looming over New York City, almost like a thundercloud, but people could tell it was different. The only reason that the people on the streets paid this peculiar weather no attention was the Mist shrouding their vision. Of course, there are also those who can see through the Mist, and those people shrieked and ran for cover. What those people saw was the slim figure of a woman standing and holding a mysterious staff. She was standing on a large gathering of rats, all running together in the sky. At the top of the woman’s staff was a red, glowing orb that matched her malicious crimson eyes. A deep chuckle came from her throat as the woman’s cloud of rodents neared the Empire State building, the current home of Olympus. She recited an old prophecy in ancient Greek, white teeth sharp and evil-looking.
“Χιλιετίες θα περάσει πριν αυτή είναι γνωστή εκ νέου
Παγιδευμένος στο κλουβί του έχασε
χρόνου, όμως, όταν χτυπά για μια ακόμη φορά
Ακόμη και οι Θεοί θα σεισμός με την οργή της.”
The tongue was foreign and every person that saw through the Mist could hear the alien words, others just thinking that there was indeed thunder in the belly of the cloud. Again, the woman chuckled and her eyes gleamed.
“Did you miss me, Olympus?”
Plot: The ancient Titan of Control, Evande, once sought to take Olympus for herself, though proving herself unsuccessful. The Titan was caught by the Council of Twelve, and was sent into the folds of Time to forever be forgotten. This did not sit well with Evadne, and she began to develop her escape. Meanwhile, the Oracle of Delphi received and retold the most startling prophecy man and god alike would ever come to know.
“Millennia will p*censored* before she is known againTrapped in the cage of lost timeBut when she strikes once more Even the Gods will quake with her wrath.”
Finally, Evande found her way out of the labyrinth of Time, and her revenge is burning with a pas.sion in her, turning her once-beautiful eyes red with rage. She has kidnapped the Gods of Olympus and put them under her controlling powers, making them terrorize the realms and shape the world in her image, even if that means destroying all life on it first.
Meanwhile, in Camp Half-Blood, demigods from nearly every cabin have cropped up, and thank the Gods too. The rest of the prophecy called for thirteen children, one from each cabin that would have the power to defeat Evande. Will they be able to stop the Titan Lord before time runs out?
