Geoff turned as a boy, Dravius, appeared and greeted them, extending a hand to him in greeting. His face lit up with happiness to see someone male, after being surrounded by a multitude of girls. Being surrounded by girls wasn't neccisarily a bad thing, though, he reminded himself. "Geoff, Geoff Longmore. Hermes cabin." There was still a bright smile on his face, forgetting that if his name was at all familiar to Dravius, it would probably be that he had died. Oh well, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Juniper felt like she was in the fields of Elysium, scrubbing away the dirt that had collected after a couple of severe battles in a lemony foam. It was nice to take a few minutes to relax and get clean. She shampooed her hair, smelling in the juniper smell, since it was the same shampoo she always used. After she was done washing, Juniper just spent a little time soaking in the warm water, then exited and towled off, dressing in a nice shirt and some jeans, her orange Camp Half-Blood t-shirt dirty and being washed.

Dravius's smile slowley slid off his face, eyes serious. "Oh really?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "I thought you got killed by a giant rat. Oh wait! You didn't, so you go prance away and leave Juniper by herself?" ((G2G))

Geoff looked surprised at Dravius's sudden change in mood, how it went to a warm welcome to being angry with him. "What? No! I did- I mean, I was killed by the rat, the same one that I've been told attacked all of you just yesterday. Hades started acting weirdly and sent most of the Elysium and Isle of Blest half-bloods back. It prob-" He cut himself off. "Wait, Juniper? Where is she? I as.sumed that something had happened, since I haven't seen her yet." Geoff stared at Dravius with a curious look in his eyes. Why did he care so much about his relationship with him and Juniper? ((Aw, okay. :3))

(( REALLY PEOPLE?!?! REALLY?? I am gone for one day and you add two pages? XP)) Zoey swam over to the dock, lifted herself up, and grabbed a towel. She felt much calmer now that she had taken some time, and she was ready for the report she had missed. She wrapped the cozy beach towel around herself, and headed to the showers in the only empty stall. She showered off quickly, and then dressed in a clean spaghetti-stapped camisole and jean shorts, slipped flip-flops on, and left the bathroom to go to dinner. On her way to dinner, she recognized a tan girl with dark brown hair walking over in the same direction as Zoey, toward food. Immediately, Zoey started running to catch up, because that someone happened to be a close friend. "Juniper! Hey Juni wait up!"

((>.>)) Juniper was french braiding her hair back while walking, hearing a familiar voice call her name as she made her way over to the campfire and Dravius. "Zoey!" She said, walking over to her friend and hugging her. "Hey! I'm headed over to dinner, you going too? I can't wait to get there." There was a mischevious glint in her eyes as she said this, excited to see Dravius now that they both... well, why not say it, now that they both admitted to loving each other.

((-jumps in randomly- Ack! -shoots phailpost-)) Alex smiled at the new girl. "You're going to want to keep your belongings together... Otherwise the people in the Hermes cabin'll steal it," he said, a bit amused. Then he spotted a group of people gathering about another new stranger. He began to run in that direction of camp. "Be right back," he said to the girl. The stranger looked fairly nice. But what was strange was he caught the words "Geoff... Son of Hermes..." But he was supposed to be dead, right? Alex walked up to where Geoff and Dravius were talking to each other and listened closely. |

Dravius raised an eyebrow and said, "Sure. Last I saw, Pus.sycat was heading to dry off after a swim." Dravius turned at the sound of Juniper and said, "There she is." He gestured at the girl hugging Zoey. "I'm sure she'll be overjoyed to see you." He spat each word, eyes hard as rocks.

Geoff was a little angry with Dravius, confused at why he was being so... so... Geoff just couldn't put words to the Poseidon boy's actions towards him. "Hey." He said sternly to Dravius, eyerows furrowed. "What's your problem with me? You're so defensive and you seemed really pissed at a guy you don't know." It was always easy for Geoff to tell it like he saw it, and that was how it appeared to him at that moment. There was an invisible force that told Geoff that Juniper could wait for him to figure it out. ((However, what he doesn't know is that she moved on. o3o))

Zoey hugged Juni, and was so glad to see her okay. She had, although she hated to admit it, been wondering if their had been a death at camp. "I would love to come eat with you, if that's okay? I don't think that any tables will mind a Hermes invasion!" Zoey sqeezed her eyes shut and swung Juniper around, laughing. When she opened her eyes, she decided that she had gone crazy, and swung back so that Juni was facing the other way, towards the impossible sight. "Juni," she whispered in a quavering voice, "Please tell me if I'm crazy, because I think that my brother may have come back from the dead!"

"I'm pissed at you because you decided, that, oops! I don't want to be dead, so I'll come back and rip Junipers heart open again." Dravius said, arms folded across his chest. His black hair stirred around his face and he relaxed slightly. "I'm sorry." He said, dropping his arms. "I'm overreacting." Dravius sighed and scratched his head. "I was kind of mad because you died and broke Pus.sycat's heart."

Zalla put a hand to her forehead. She hadn't expected this to happen.
"Boy, what'd I do this time?"
She swung around, turning her back to the two boys. She thought best when not facing the problem. She could think of now answer though, and just sighed, wishing that she had been the daughter of Athena, godess of reason, and therefore able to think things through easier. But instead, she was daughter of Hephaestus, god of fire and forge. She couldn't think of any peaceful way to use that to her advantage. She instead, she turned back around and tried calming them down.
"Come on, guys. Must we really get worked up over a freak happening? If something's gone wrong with the gods, then Hades had perfect reason to send Geoff back. I don't think that he had anything to do with Hades's decision."
She then realized that Dravius had calmed down.
"Man, have I made a fool of myself this time."

Leena watched as Dravius and Juniper hugged in the lake, and knew that she now had no chance of winning his heart. A burning sensation filled her and she suddenly felt a strong dislike for Juniper, even though they were friends. She quietly slipped away into her cabin and cried bitterly into her pillow.

The happiness in Juniper's eyes instantly faded away as her blood felt cold suddenly, hearing that Zoey had thought she saw Geoff. In the moments that she and Dravius had spent together, she had completely forgotten about him. "Uh, really?" She said, voice shaking ever so slightly as she looked over her shoulder and saw the familiar face of the dead boy next to Dravius. Once more, the color drained from her face as she faced Zoey again. "This... is not good." Juniper cast another glance, though this time at the boy she had fallen in love with, Dravius. Geoff silently thanked Zalla for interrupting the argument, even if it was starting to settle down. He felt badly enough for having to die and leave Juniper, but having Dravius remind him was a little abrupt. Of course, it probably was something worth mentioning. What Geoff couldn't figure out was why Dravius seemed to care so much, then resolving to the only thing he could think of. Dravius must have been in love with Juniper.

Dravius felt as if someone was watching him, and he turned to see Juniper watching him, her face white and drawn. He smiled and waved. "I'm sorry." Dravius said again, his apology sincere. "I hope we can start over." Dravius backed up, then marched up to Geoff. "Hey! I'm Dravius, son of Posidon! What's your name?" Dravius held out his hand, eyes kind and body relaxed. He seemed determined to start again.

With those four words, Zoey felt her own blood turn to ice. After these few years away from him, she had never expected to see her brother again, and now here he was, without warning, about fifty feet away from her. The day her brother had been killed had turned her own happy little world upside down. Now, although it had never turned back, she had adjusted to be completely fine with her stange and sad backwards life. But now, now that he was back, her world was right side up again, which now felt like upside down, and everything was spinning and she had a headache and she wanted everything back to normal, even though only one thing had happened, and she couldnt think staight, because their was nothing normal about her life any more, so she promptly sat down, and sobbed her heart out. ((Wow longest sentence, but i swear thats what I feel like sometimes, and if you are wondering, the run on is pretty much her train of thought. :3 Hey can anyone tell me how to put a squiby on a signature bar thing?))

Geoff chuckled, but kept it inside his head, fearing that laughing might set off the delicate balance that Dravius was repairing. Instead, he grasped Dravius's hand in a firm grip, shaking in and smiling. "Geoff Longmore, nice to mee you." He said, in a very reas.sured voice, grin growing. "So, Dravius, what cabin could a handsome guy like you belong to?" It was corny, yes, but Geoff seemed to be having fun. At the sight of Zoey crying, Juniper sat right next to her, putting one arm around her friend in comfort as she "shh"ed in a soothing manner, as many parents do to bawling children. She turned to face her best friend, alreading knowing why she had started sobbing, and it was not of joy for her brother's life. "C'mon, honey, there's someone I need you to meet." Juniper gingerly helped her friend up and waited for her to follow very slowly.

Zalla wanted to burst out laughing at the scene before her but instead bit her tounge. Now was not the time, really. She sighed at the two as Geoff made the conversation even cornier, and debated turning around and going back to her cabin. But she was really wanting to hear how much cornier the story got.
This is gonna be a riot.
She glanced back at the pool of blood, her mood sombering. They still had not gotten the answer they had originally come over here for.
