Aryia was at home, sitting on her bed, when her phone rang. "Hmmm?" She looked around for her phone. When she picked it up, Aryia gasped. "A party? Awesome!" Without even bothering to change out of her current clothes, Aryia grabbed her bag and raced out of her room, skidding to a stop in front of Maya's door. "A party, sis!" Aryia banged on the door loudly. "Come out!"

"I know!" Came the reply. "I'm just finding my bag!" After a few seconds, Maya opened the door. "Let's go, Aryia!" The two girls ran out of the house and jumped into their car. Maya, in the driver's seat, strapped in, and pulled out recklessly. Aryia was in the pa-ssenger's seat, still trying to put on her seat belt. "Easy, Maya!" Aryia yelped. Maya ignored her and drove on.

Akira was in the mall, stuffing himself as usual. He had dragged Marco along, since he had nothing better to do. Both of their phones vibrated at the same time. "Marco, can you read it? My hands are kind of busy right now." Akira said, his voice muffled by his food. Marco sighed and reached into his pocket to get out his phone. "A party. And Kizzy's." He mumbled, snapping the phone back into place and putting it back into his pocket. "A party?" Akira repeated. "Let's go!" He stood up and grabbed Marco's arm. Marco was used to this, and grinned. The two boys ran out of the mall, stopping to only gather their belongings.

Aphrodite heard people outside her door. "Oh yay!"she squeeled as she slipped on her flipflops and opened the front door. "Welcome to the party of the year people!"she exclaimed.

((I apologize for this... *twitch* You guys don't have to read the first part. ))

"So..." Aaron began, slouching down in the p*censored*enger seat of the the black pickup truck that he and Mason shared and locking his fingers behind his head. "Where do you wanna go to get snacks?" He asked, glancing at his brother--who was sitting in the driver's seat, looking relaxed with both hands on the wheel--curiously.

They had been planning a movie night for the past couple of days and since it was now a weekend night, they could stay up watching as many movies as they wanted. They had just left Hollywood Video and were now debating where they could go to get food since their house was empty.

Mason shrugged, keeping his eyes on the road. "Dunno, want to just stop at the gas station?they have pretty much everything." he said, glancing at Aaron before returning his attention to where he was going. "By the way, what DVDs did you pick?" It had been Aaron's turn to choose. 

The blond smirked deviously and grabbed the bag that had been sitting between his feet, pulling out his selections and holding them up for Mason to see.

Mason looked at them and quickly looked away again as the car swerved. The movies were clearly X-rated. "How--how did you get those?!" he demanded, swallowing nervously. For all the time he'd been with his adopted brother, he was still rather innocent.

Aaron's smirk widened to a grin. "Fake ID, bro." he answered proudly. "Made you one too, but I had the guy put eighteen since you cant really pas--"

He was cut off by a sharp buzz of Mason's cellphone, causing him to jump violently. "Jeez, you have gotta change that!" he gasped, eying his brother's pocket warily. 

Mason ignored him and fished the phone out of his pocket and tossed it to him. "Who's it from?"

Glaring slightly at the phone, Aaron pressed a button and read the number and message out loud. "I don't know this number or who lives at the address, you?"

Mason shook his head.

"Wanna go then?"

Another shake of the younger male's head.

"Riiight, cuz you wanna hurry up and get to movie night, doncha?" He teased.

Mason turned sharply, causing him to bump against the door. 

"What was that for?!"

"We're going to that party." Mason said stubbornly with a blush and pout on his face. Clearly he wasn't amused.

A little while later, the pair arrived at the house.

"Look's like it's just starting." Mason commented as he parked on the side of the road and shut off the car.

Aaron grinned. "Yep, let's go check it out!" he exclaimed, jumping out of the truck and going around to Mason's side as the younger male was getting out. Deciding his brother was moving much too slow, the blond grabbed the boy by his hood and dragged him across the street to the "party of the year" as the host put it. The truck locked automatically as its door was closed.

Maya's car pulled into a spare lot in front of Aphrodite's house. "Hello, we're here!" Aryia crowed, jumping out of the car. Maya followed, slower than Aryia, looking around. "Hello, Aphrodite!" Aryia shook her hand. Aryia bounced into Aphrodite's house, making her way straight to the buffet table. "Mmm, brownies!" Aryia happily swooped down to get one. Maya sighed. "I take no responsibility for whatever damage she causes." She mumbled to Aphrodite.

Akira and Marco had reached the house, Marco panting heavily from the run. Akira, who was on the track team, patted Marco's back. "Don't worry, buddy, you'll get used to it one day." Akira grinned. Marco sighed and stood up, straightening his back slightly. "Hi, Aphrodite." The two boys said, Akira still grinning.

Aphrodite was happy to see all the people having fun. Her great dane, Halter, ran out of the front door with red lipstick drawn on the side of him. "Hey! I said dont paint my dog!"she growled. Someone cattyly responded that it wasnt paint, but lipstick. She rolled her eyes as she saw a girl she knew and hér sister enter. "Hey Aryia! I wontbe responsible for any lost items!"she winked.

Aaron looked around the party, Mason sticking close to his side. "Well this party looks smoking hot!" He said, a wolfish grin on his face. Although he said "party" he was actually referring to the girls. 

Suddenly he noticed who the host actually was. "Hey, Aphrodite!" he exclaimed, walking over to her and leaving his brother to fend for himself. "You sit right in front of me in history! By the way, sorry about hitting you in the head with that paper ball. The A/C killed my aim." He gave her a half-apologetic, half-amused smirk. 

Mason looked around nervously, trying to find someone he knew now that his adopted brother was gone. At first he got pretty nervous, worried that he was completely alone in this mess when he spotted Akira and brightened up, recognizing him from Track practice. He started to walk over then stopped. Akira probably didn't want to bother with him. Standing there, wondering what to do, he was almost knock clean off his feet by a large guy with a drink shoving past him. Frowning, he made his way over to one of the walls where he'd be out of everyone's way.

((Could Kira go talk to him, Daisy? He's not the type to strike up conversations. o3o

[[I'll make Aryia talk to Mason, then XD She's always so... bright. And they're the same age 8D ]]

Aryia noticed a boy stumble. "Oh, you alright?" She asked, her voice muffled by the brownie. "Hey, aren't you Mason? In my English?" Aryia never had a really good memory, but a boy with blue hair was definitely part of her English cla-ss.

Maya noticed Aryia already talking to a boy, who seemed rather... frail. "Pfft. Aryia is nothing but a big softie." Maya muttered, waving absent-mindedly to Akila and Shane, who just walked into Aphrodite's home. "So, what made you want to throw a party, Aphrodite?" Maya asked, nodding her head in acknowledgement to Aaron.

Akila went to Maya. Finally, someone I half-way know. She said to herself. "Hey guys."She smiled. She looked at her cellphone. She sighed and turned it off.

Aaron smirked again. His smirks always looked rather wolfish when it came to women but somehow he always managed to make himself look more like a gentleman than a wolf, which was why Mason always described him as a wolf in sheep's clothing. 

When Maya approached, he returned her nod politely, deciding to simply take a back seat to the conversation. Girls always seemed to love to talk, and he didn't mind listening. He didn't really like to talk about himself anyways.

Mason looked up at the girl who approached him in slight surprise. That was... unusual, but at the same time he noticed the brownie and couldn't help but smile slightly. "I am," he answered softly, twirling a few strands of his hair around his finger in a subconscious way. Aaron had dyed it blue as a prank the previous month and nothing he tried would get it out. Plus his hair grew so slowly that his usually dark brown roots weren't even showing yet.  "And you're... um," He searched his memory of his English clas.s. "Aryia, right?" He looked up at her with a hopeful smile.

Mason seemed to get slightly nervous, continuing to twirl the piece of blue hair between his fingers and not making direct eye contact. "Um, me and Aaron were just out when I got the invite so we decided to come." In actuality, he'd picked the lesser of the two evils, but he didn't feel the need to expand on his reasons since they weren't important.

When Aryia started talking about food he glanced suspiciously at the table. Any of it could have been already spiked with something. There were certainly a few people here that would probably do it, his adopted brother included. Although he doubted Aaron would have anything since he wasn't actually that type of guy. 

He gave her a polite smile. "No, I had a big dinner." he lied. Actually, he was starving since he had intentionally skipped dinner so he could eat all the popcorn and snacks that he wanted during his and Aaron's movie night.
