Aryia stared at Mason. "Ummm... you alright?" She repeated her first question. "You seem awfully nervous." She noted the hair-twirling, which Aryia thought was a more girlish trait. Aryia shrugged that idea off, sneakily taking another brownie from the table. Aryia loved anything sweet, and brownies were no exception. "You sure you don't want a brownie?" She asked, covering her mouth since it was full of brownie. "It's pretty good. And by good, I mean great." Aryia quietly gulped down her mouthful and grinned again.

Mason blinked in surprise, blushing slightly from Aryia's stare. "Sorry," he said quickly, his voice soft. "I'm not used to going to big parties like this." He didn't even like school dances. Starting to feel like his nervous habit was making him look stupid, he dropped his hand to his side and slid his thump into the pocket of his faded bluejeans. His hair feel back into place when his hand left it. 

He gave her a worried look as she ate the brownie and, much to his annoyance, his stomach growled slightly. "Ah, um..." he mumbled, his blush deepening. Now she probably knew he'd been lying before.

Aaron perked up when Aphrodite asked him to dance. "It would be my pleasure, mademoiselle." he said in a mock-French accent and bowed in a rather goofy fashion. He straightened up after a moment and grinned at her, obviously trying to amuse her with his antics. 

"Hmmm?" Aryia raised an eyebrow when she saw Mason give her a funny look. "What's up? You look... weird." She said. "You okay?" Wondering what was going on with Mason, Aryia took his arm and lead him to a chair. "Y'know, if parties are too much, there's always staying home and sleeping." She said, sitting on the chair next to him. Aryia on the other hand, loved large crowds, while Maya always liked a small little group of her friends. Aryia liked that too, of course, but crowds made her feel safe, instead of being alone. That was one thing Aryia hated. Being alone.

Mason jumped slightly in surprise when Aryia took his arm but didn't try to pull away and sat down obediently in the chair she lead him to, fidgeting with a plastic green band that he always wore on his wrist for a moment before looking back at her with a shy smile. "I don't get much peace at home either." he said, feeling awkward about talking. Most of the time Aaron was playing obnoxious music in the room beside Mason's so it was hard to study and sleep. Often time's he'd sleep and study in the park to get some peace since he wasn't one to complain.

((...... I leave for a few hours to eat and go to sleep, and you guys go two pages without me? People always do that, And i'm sick of it..... This is why I like 1x1s.....

Kylie burst through Alley's door, like she always did when she came over. She never felt the need to knock or ring the door bell. It seemed too... Formal for her. She grinned and scanned the crowd, looking at who was all here. Finally, she spotted Shane and Akila. She bounded over to them and wrapped her arms around their shoulders. "Hey guy!" She said with a small laugh.

Vinny hesitantly entered the house his sister just so freely invaded. He closed the door softly after him and paused at the entry way. He looked around, trying to get used to the loud music. Finally, after a minute or so, Vinny made his way through the crowd. He noticed a few people he knew or had cla.sses with, but didn't feel much like socializing. Instead, he just walked up to one he knew from a cla.ss, though he didn't remember what it was, and tried starting a conversation. "Hey Maya... I had a cla.ss with you, remember?" He failed at talking usually, and now he really, really failed.

[[Well, I think it's related to poverty in Africa, since I see other ads that are related. But still. IHATEWORMS D:< They aren't even pretty. They've got red heads and really ugly stripes, and the worms are like toads, all bulgy and bumpy... -shiver- ]]

 "Aww, then what about... The library?" Aryia piped up. She didn't know a lot of quiet places, since she spent most of her time with her friends, the mall, or even the occasional visit to the zoo. "I think the library is quiet... Is it?" She chuckled. "I haven't been there, to tell the truth. You can find anything on computers now. Not that I know how to use them really well." She shrugged.

Maya turned around when she heard her name, to see a blond boy standing behind her. "Eh? Vinnnnn.... Vinny?" She asked. Maya didn't really venture out of her social group, so she was just taking a stab at the kid's name. Maya was sure she was right... though.

"Yeah, that's right," Vinny said with a grin. He didn't have a very easy rememberal name... It wasn't all that common that he knew of. "And if you think those two are wierd, you should see me and my sister together... It gets bad..." Vinny paused to give a light laugh. "You have a brother, right?" Vinny said, knowing Maya had a sibling, just not specifics or stuff.

"Thanks, Kila," Kylie said with a laugh. She wasn't too used to being called that, but she managed this time. "I'm great Shane, How are you?" She asked him with a grin. She was somewhat shocked as Akila kicked him, but at the same time she wasn't. I mean, it's Akila... What's new with abusing her brother? "And how are you Akila?" She added, not wanting to get kicked herself.

"Brother? No, no, no. That would be terrible. Endless waves of toy cars, putting up with toy darts on the ceiling, a bunch of idiotic friends, no. A brother would not be fun." Maya smirked. "I have a sister. She came to the party with me too, she should be around here somewhere..." Maya looked around. "Oh, there she is. Sitting with that blue-haired kid. Awww, I didn't know she had a guy friend." Maya laughed.

".....I wish I had toy dart to get stuck in the ceiling..." Vinny said with a grin. He thought all of what she said, and how much of it wasn't true with his family. He looked over where Maya was looking. He sort of double taked when he saw Mason. He didn't seem like the type to come to parties. It somewhat shocked him. "Well... I guess if she looked over here she could as.sume the same for you," Vinny pointed out with a grin.

 "Ohhh, no." Maya grinned. "Youdo not want a toy dart stuck on the ceiling for two years." She looked back at her sister, who seemed to be happily rambling on to the poor boy. Aryia had the habit to jabber on and on for some time. "Aw, Aryia is much too dense to get anything in relationships." She scoffed. "Well, it's nice to know that someone I know is in this party." She grinned again at Vinny.
