Fae sat down in a dark corner of the den. She flinched when he spoke to her, She was about to answer, when she rembered a long lost memory from when she was a pup. a black wolf, silmlar to what Shadow looked like, stepped out of the brush, following him was a hunter squad. They were bringing in a large moose. She was so excited! She wagged her small puppy tail and waited for her mother to come out, and so she could congratulate her. All the wolves that pas.sed tried to avoid her happy gaze. The shadow wolf sat beside her. "Little one..." He said in a stern voice, like he was just about to attack her. He opened his mouth to speak, but she turned her attention to the bushes. More wolves were coming uot, holding a bloody white wolf. Fae ran to her mothers side. It was too late, she was dead. Her mother had been the Alpha female of the pack, and she had no mate. All the wolves in the pack were normal, but her and hated her for it. With no one to take her place, the shadow wolf snatched the Leader spot before anyone else could. He hated her also. He told her no one would feed her, they tried to force her to eat her own mother's carcas.s. She ran away......Fae flinched and looked around frantically. "Ohh Umm.....I will eat what ever you will." She smiled, trying not to sound sad.

Shadow looked at her slightly confussed, "Okay....Are you okay?" He asked. He wanted to go over to her, but she seemed somewhat frightened, so he staied where he was.

Shadow nodded then turned and trotted out of the den. He stopped outside and thought about closing the den, but decided against it and ran off to hunt.
A few mintues later he stood over a large buck, with a strong hold on it's neck. Holding it down with his paw as it struggled to get away. He soon hid the buck and was soon running down another one.

Aria walked over to Zane and swatted at his muzzle in a joking way. "So... I never really learned a lot about how to hunt things other than fish... Another wolf tried to teach me but we didn't get very far. That sucks I kinda like him... Anyway maybe you could teach me?" Aria said trying her best to look helpless.

Shadow soon trotted back to the den with the two bucks. He dropped on in front of Fae, then layed on his bed and tore into his, "So..What's your name anyways? I'm Shadow." He said after swallowing a large chunk of meat.

"Umm....." Zane paused. "I don't know how to hunt anything." He said sadly. "I only feed on carcas.ses and scraps left behind, and stuff like that."
