Chaos laughed, adrenaline pumping through his veins. "I'll do it! Looks fun." He said, moving forward to grab the new trao with his jaws. He gave it a violent jerk and it was free, pulling clumps of earth and weeds up as well.

     Jazz moved forward, ner nose to the ground when she set off the trap. A twing, tied to a hidden net and rigged to haul her high into the air. She screatched as the fabric closed tightly around her, jerking her up so fast she thought she had left behind her stomach on thre forest floor. She weined and yelped and snarled. Calling for help, but attracting the humans as well.

Bryr perked her ears and listened, she could hear it also. Looking around her she realised something, "Where's Jazz?" she asked and before anyone could answer, she took off towards the sounds hoping that Jazz hadn't gotten herself caught in one of the bitting traps, placing her feet on the over ground roots to avoid any traps that were liable to be in the area. Bryr was nearly ontop of -- well under -- Jazz when she noticed that she was hanging in the air. "Jazz! Are you alright? Are you hurt?" she asked worriedly.

"No!" She yelled, twisted herself and bitting at the nets. "I'm sorry! I'll do anything you tell me to for the rest of my life is you get me down! Please! Please!" She begged, panicing that she couldn't get out. A moan escaped from her throat.

Chaos raced after her, the his fur standing on end. His heart felt like it was in his throat. "Jazz!" He howled, stopping beside Bryr. He stood on his back paws, trying to reach Jazz that way, but he was no where near close enough.

Standing on one of the roots, Bryr thought quickly. "Jazz, can you shift so that you are on your feet?" she asked, "If you can shift to your feet, I think we might be able to get the trap down by pulling the rope." as she said this, Bryr moved under Jazz to stand next to a rope that was tide down. As she moved, though, gunfire sounded nearby through the trees, disturbing what little peace was in the forest. Perking her ears to try and locate where the sound came from, Bryr looked towards Chaos with a nervous look that basically said they needed to move fast.

Jazz yelped as the gun fired from somewhere hidden in the trees. "I-I'll try." She stamered, trying to calm herself. Trying to stand wasn't possible. Each time she moved the net would cut into the bottoms of her pads, and it was sway dangerously back and forth. Threatening to slam her against the tree. "I can't!" She cried down to Bryr and Chaos. "Please help me..." She begged, pushing her face up against the nets, she whimpered.

"I'll help you. I promise. Don't worry." Chaos called up to her, he back up a little and ran at the tree at top speeds. A few feet from it her jumped, hitting it first with his front paws then his back. Twisting, he tried to grab the net in his mouth, but missed and plummeted back to the forest floor.

Chaos grabbed on to the rope and tugged at it violently from side to side, but it wouldn't budge. Jazz whimpered from above, watching them.

Jazz could feel every movement made by her rescuers below, but they didn't do anything but make her net sway and bounce. She started to chew on a bit of the net, hoping to get free. "Hey! I got one!" She cried when oneof the strings of the net broke. She started to chew again but from when tall creatures emerged from the free a few hundred yards away. She knew exactly what kind of creature they where, though she had never see one before. "LOOK OUT!" She howled when they raised their thunder sticks.

As Jazz yelled out to them, the scent of humans filled her nose. Releasing her hold on the rope, Bryr turned towards the direction that the scent was coming from with a growl. Hackles raised, she attempted to make herself look larger and more threatening. With her head lowered and teeth bared, one would have almost thought she were protecting pups from danger than just trying to ward something away from the rest of her pack.

"What should i do?" Jazz asked from above. "Don't leave me!" She cried, looking from the himans back to everyone below her. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have come. I just wanted to help." She said.

"It ok. I won't leave you Jazz." Chaos said up to Jazz. "Just stay calm." he said. Even though he himself wasnt calm at all.

"Ok! OK!" Jazz howled to them. "Just leave me! but come for me with everyone else ok? Don't get shot because of me! Hurry! Get out of here!" she barked.

"I'm NOT leaving you!" Chaos narked back.

Lucian was about to try biting the rope again but he suddenly felt something p*censored* his leg right after a gun shot. It nearly went in his leg, but the shot had missed. Lucian let out a yelp then looked in the direction where the humans were. A few were pointing their guns at them and moving closer.
