Alcarié laughed at the two of them, sitting down beside Maka and continuing to grin. "You think I like loners she-wolf?" He asked coldly, letting his damp fur bristle. He placed one of his paws on the side of his face where one of the scars criss-crossed. "They did this. At least your brother and sister died swiftly. Not all are that lucky. In truth death is better then living in this world." He muttered, looking off into the forest. Neither of them scared him, sure even one of them could kill him easily, but he did not care. 

"My pack was killed by loners that banned together. My sister, Viveral, fought to protect me because she was older. Her pups had been killed already, and I watched as they killed her because of me." His eyes slitted. "So suck it up!" His glare turned on Dusk. "Of course I know what love is! Love was my sister dying for me, love was my father taking on three others to protect my mother, love was my mother crawling over to me on deaths bed to say good bye." He muttered, looking at his paws. "Do not tell me I have no such emotions such as love! You know nothing!"

extra info: Rika was left on her own as a young pup, so she learned to fend for herself. By the time the pack found her, she was able to hunt efficiently for herself, catching things such as rabbits and squirrels on her own. She was very antisocial at first, but slowly grew accustomed to like in the pack, though she has never really acted like a pup.

Onii laughed devilishly, "well if the loner banded together they werent loners anymore." she closed her eyes as another wave of memories washed over her, Onii's mother, Ame, fighting the loner. But Ame had always been a small wolf, much like Onii, but Ame's fighting skills werent as good. Onii remembered watching her mother bring down the wolf, who was almost twice her size. She rembered watching her mother getting grabbed by the throat and tossed aside. She rembmered Ame rising to her feet again to save her last pup. And she remembered watching as her mother lured the big loner to the edge of the cliff, when the rocks below her feet gave way. Both wolves had fallen to their death. And Onii would never forget it. Onii opened her eyes again, "forget this. I don't even know if what you are saying is true. But the past is the past. What happened, happened and we cant change it. My past has made me who I am today, and I won't change. If Maka wants you to stay, so be it, but don't expect me to be part of your welcoming party." she growled. Onii turned and padded into the forest throught the rain. Her dark silver fur clunk to her sides and looked almost black in some spots.

Dusk walked , and soon they were out of the forest. He stuck out his tongue, catching rain on it. He walked to the den, and crawled in, scootching to the back, making more than enough room for Onii to lay.
