You wanna know the plot? Well... Okay. It's set in the future. Humanity had overpopulated everything by the year 2070. There were no forests left. Everything is poluted... Most water is poisonous, and the only good, clear air is the air when in the mountains. By the time it was the year 2090, most of humanity died off because they warred against each other, they died of polution, etc...

The most populated city on earth, the City of Minae which is mostly in ruins, is where our story starts... Humans are desperate. in the City of Minae, people use broken down things for shelter and for homes and stores. For the most part, people are left to fend for themselves. It's a tough life.

There's a certain young man named Damien who is, for one thing, the ruler over the City of Minae (he sets all the rules, basically acts like a King...). The people like him. Or, at least they don't mind him. For another thing, Damien's also a powerful man with strange "abilities" and is actually secretly the leader of this underground orginization called "Thief".

To get to the point... There's people out there with powers. Damien goes around, rounding them up and makes them members of Thief, helping them learn how to control their powers... Oh yeah, and the members of Thief go around stealing things. They steal whatever they want. They just need to give ten percent of the money [not the food and other things] to Damien. Oh yeah, Damien doesn't use adults. He gathers teens and children,.. because they're much more easy to manipulate. ^^

What happens now? Let the chips fall where they may...

Deion: Damien is very handsome. He has sandy blonde hair and light blue eyes that often look as though they're x-raying the person they're staring at. Since, of course, nice clothes are hard to get by, Damien wears a pair of khaki pants that are worn too much and a fairly nice black short sleaved shirt.

Personality: Damien is a smooth talker. He can persuade people to do things they would never attempt to do normally. He can be likable and gentlemanlike... When he wants to be. Of course, there is a cold side to him that not too many know about. But is he really good or evil? Hmm.. Good question.

Powers: He has powers over people's emotions. That's actually about it...

History [optional]:When Dusk was found by a secret squad as a child, he was said to be the chosen one.  He went through months of training before recieving a harsh task, one that only the chosen one could succesfully complete.  He had to transport a young girl through a war zone and to a special facility.  But this was not just any girl.  It was said that she had rare gemstones imbedded into her bloodstream, gemstones that would stop the aging process and allow anyone who possed one to stay young forever.  She needed to be taken to a secret place so the gems could be extracted.  Upon transporting her, things went terribly wrong.  Dusk lost her in an incident that must have been very bad, because it is all a blur to him.  When the sqaud heard of his failure, he was tossed aside.  They made it clear that if they ever saw him again, he would be killed without hesitation.

Personality [optional]:Jade is a very creepy little girl. Most of the time people see her as....Interesting. She sometimes laughs when people are in pain but when an animal is hurt she will nearly burst into tears. She laughs at threats and can be annoying sometimes./ Aurora is gloomy. She is known to be a sociopath and doesn't really care what happens. She doesn't have an oppinion and is more of a 'go with the flow' kind of person./ Ash loves to joke around. He doesn't take much serious and is known for teasing a lot of girls./ Rping it out./ Kitty is probably the only 'normal' person in her family. She can be shy at first but then she is outgoing. She loves to laugh and smile but hates bugs and icky things.

He can be a happy joyous person in the right mood. Most of the time, he is bleak and emo. But, when he loves something or someone, he will never let anyone hurt them.

Deion [pics allowed]: She has black hair (natural), it is slightly less than shoulder length, and in layers. Dem's face is normal, but she is on the small side, so all her features are pixie-esque. He eyes are  reflective white, with different tints depending on her mood. Light blue if she is calm, light green if she is thinking, so on and so forth.  Dem wears baggy sweat shirts most of the time now, and black jeans. Dem is crazy, like literally. Some would say she is on LSD, but she's not. Sometimes she can act normal, but only rarely. Dem is special, because her "sixth sense" helps her notice things other people don't. But, be careful, she is a kleptomaniac.
