Fallenwind hissed as the apprentices continued to claw at his pelt, wondering what the heck he was supposed to do now. Another yowl met his ears and the tom whirled around to search for the cat, knowing this one was older by the sound. But as he did so claws slashed at his face and blood pooled into his eyes, Yowling in fury and pain, he reared up on his hind paws and to dislodged the cats on his back. "Get off! I won't attack." He meowed roughly, landing on his four paws again and facing the warrior. "I'm not going to hurt anyone." He snapped, lifting a fore paw to swipe the blood from his eyes. "I hate what Cometclan has done just as much as any of you."

Panthergaze looked down at his apprentice and mentally rolled his eyes, wondering why he got stuck training a apprentice. I don't have the patience for this. He thought coldly, and kept walking towards the training grounds. I was not until he reached the small sandy hollow that he turned to face Snowpaw. "We're going to work on battle training. Your a decent fighter, so don't think i'm going to be a coddling mentor that tells you your doing fine when your not. I will not go easy on you either. Your training to be a warrior, not a soft touch like those Thunderclan cats." He snapped. "Now attack me so i can see how you do with battling a larger more experienced cat." Panthergaze braced himself. 

Hawkmask stopped her attack and stood head held high but also ready to attack at any given moment. "Why are you here." This was not in any means a question but in fact a demand.

Snowpaw nodded and lowered. Smirking he went to the left for a bit but switched to his right and rammed into the older toms side pinning him. "Ha. How was that?"

((I'v decided to come up with a new rule concerning Leaders and Deputies (would be medicine cat to but i'm playing both of them so..). If said positions do not contact me within 3-5 days of their last post then their character will be killed and someone more active will take their place. Tell me before hand if your going on a trip or cannot get on for a few days/weeks and I will understand and let you keep your position. This may seem a little harsh but these positions are important and vital to the clans. 

If Ranni and chance437 do not post something by tomorrow they forfeit their positions and Darkstar and Logan will be killed so deputies can take their place. It's been almost a week >.> and no word from either of them. I will R-mail the two leaders to make this more fair. If you have any concerns with this please tell me and I will see about changing it around a little.))

"Who was that?" Soulpaw asked as she watched the large ginger tom walk away. "He seems to know you. And doesn't seem to mean harm to us..." she sat down, weighing her options. Would this offend Starpaw, or make him sad? 

((Tld: I'v tried, a few times, to r-mail them and i'v gotten no response. I don't want to drop them like this but with no activity and such important roles I have little choice.))

Starpaw watched at the other cat padded off, shoulders drooped almost in defeat. Jumping when Soulpaw spoke, fur flushing in embarr*censored*ment in being caught watching the other tom he looked at Soulpaw. "I have no idea." He admitted. "I mean i'v seen him around but never thought of it." A slight memory of a ginger pelt mingling with a silver one, his mother he remembered Falconwing telling him, flashed through his mind. He shook it off. "Weird." He turned towards the other apprentices. "Mind if I watch the rest of your training?" He asked, wanting to watch what he could never do.

Hawksmask only growled as the tom left. Sighing she turned to her apprentice and the others "Come on let's head to camp. And of course you can watch Starpaw. Just let it be known if your mentor needs you you go alright. Also medicine-cats do get training. Perhaps you could learn a thing or two." her eyes were soft and she purred at the apprentice who she thought should of been made a warrior apprentice. He's small...but he's not all that weak. He's also very brave. He has what it takes to be a warrior. Our leader is only too blind to realize this and thought it best he was a medicine cat. Padding away she twitched her tail for them to follow.

 Snowpaw nodded and went for another attack. Running he jumped to his left and pushed off a rock landing on the toms back and batting at it claws sheathed. Smirking he jumped off before his mentor could make another defense move and stayed close to the ground incase his mentor tried a blow to the head. 

"Great!" Willowpaw yowled, joining in. "Can he join in too? Like, practice with us?" she sat down hopefully, confident that Starpaw would do great as a medicine cat apprentice , with warrior skills. 

Soulpaw joined in, both looking up at Hawkmask, reading her face. They were sure that Hawkmask also thought Starpaw will be quite well off being a warrior instead- he didn't deserve to be mocked at for his appearance. 

Starpaw flushed at the praise from the warrior and smiled sheepishly. "Wintersong does not need me much, unless it's to gather herbs." He meowed happily, getting to his paws quickly. "But I will let you know." The knowledge that perhaps he could fight and defend himself lifted his spirits, something that had been dampened since his apprenticeship to Wintersong. At least some cats don't think all i'm good for is sorting through smelly herbs all day. He quickly followed Hawkmask, not wanting to do anything to changer her mind. Looking over his shoulder t the other two apprentices he grinned. "I'd like to try and join in, but i'll get my tail whipped." He'd seen the apprentices training before, and with him hardly able to walk through the forest without tripping on his long, lanky legs Starpaw was pretty sure he's suck at fighting and hunting. 

Panthergaze grinned slightly and whirled around with speed obtained through moons worth of training to slam his right paw into Snowpaw's shoulder. He knew it was a hard blow but Snowpaw was getting a little cocky for a apprentice, but the hit was not hard enough to injure him permanently, only throb for a day or so on most cats. He wanted to see how well Snowpaw could take a hit from a warrior yet still fight. "Not bad, for such a young cat, most can't send me to the ground. But your forgetting something vital, if you stop of slow down during a battle your going to get killed. Theres more then one cat." He warned. Yawning, he flicked his tail to stop. "Enough for the day, lets hunt then head back."

Hawkmask thought about it but in the end nodded. "Very well. Starpaw can train as well if he wishes."

Snowpaw purred with delight and nodded. "Alright."
