Tawnystar got ready to lead the patrol to the gathering. This would be her first gathering since she started Gladeclan. She had been nursing Thornpaw and Goldenpaw, and they just became apprentices. Pinefoot was right beside her, she was thankful that she wouldn't have to face Thunderclan alone. But, she knew all the other cats in her clan were suffering, too.

Sunstorm was looking forwards to seeing Lionblaze at the gathering. Well, we are still friends! I can be glad to see him, right? Sunstorm looked at Scorchclaw and then at her growing stomach, not too noticeable to tell she was pragnant. She shivered, but out of excitment.

Sunstorm ran across the log to the island that held the gatherings with Raven'sWing and Scorchclaw right behind and infront of her. She smiled and let out a triumphant yowl. Raven'sWing made a happy gurggling sound. Scorchclaw chuckled to himself.

And there he was. Lionblaze. Waiting right there for her. He stared into her eyes and smiled. She returned his stare, but more cooly. She didn't want Scorhcclaw to get jelous. "Hello, Lionblaze. Where is your little apprentice, Dovepaw?"

Lionblaze looked confused. "Um, she stayed with Ivypaw, her sister, remember?"

Sunstirm growled. "I'm not dumb! I know and remember all my old clanmates! Don't treat me like your enemy just yet. Or you will be sorry in battle!"

Firestar walked up to her just then. "What battel, Sunstorm? Are you planning an ambush agianst us for making you leave?"

Sunstorm touched noses with her former leader and foster parent. "No, Lionblaze is just acting as if I have forgoten about Thinderclan."

"Well no need to fight. Now I must go start the gathering soon. Nice to see you Sunstorm! And I see your sister is here now."

Lionblaze got a smile on his face. "Tawnystar is here? And her kits? Can I say hi? Where are they?!"

Sunstorm laughed. "Calm down Lionblaze. You can say hi after the gahering. Oh there is Scorchclaw!"

The big ginger tabby tom walked up to his mate. He looked at Lionblaze. What is he doing next to Sunstorm. Oh well, they are friends. He licked her ear and said hello to Lionblaze.

Sunstorm returned the lick and turned to her former clanmate. "Lionlbaze, you remember Scorchclaw, right? Well, we are expecting kits!"

Lionblaze was about to let out a screech, when Firestar yowled that the gathering started.

Raven'sWing was watching the whole conversation between Sunstorm, Lionblaze, and Firestar. Personally she thought that Firestar had become a little ful of himself but she was in no possiotion to say so. She could easly see that Lionblaze had feelings for Sunstorm and a felt a bit bad for him but she didn't care all that much about him. Sure be was a tad cute but that was it. She nodded to Lionblaze in greeting before heading off to where the gatther was. She sat down in one of the corners that wasn't being occupied and watched the giant rock in the middle.

Nightstorm had stayed back with some other clan mates to look after the kits a bit andtend to the queens needs. It was a fairly simple job but he enjoyed it sinse it included mostly sitting around and talking.

Sunstorm sat down next to her mate and former clanmate. The gathering went by pretty fast.Every cat said their goodbyes and left with their clans. Sunstorm ran back over to Lionblaze. "Listen, I'm sorry I didn't tell you at the lake. It's just, well they are not even close to being fully developed and I don't know if the little thing will make it. I'm really sorry Lionblaze."

He licked her ear. "Oh, it's fine. I just wsh that it was my kit, that's all. You know we had a thing for eachother. But, I guess on your part that thing is over. See you later, Sunstorm."

She watched him go. If only he knew I still have a tiny bit of a feeling for him, but I guess I better get that feeling out.

Scorchclaw was watching his mate stare at Lionblaze. He let out a low growl and walked over to her. "Why are you wasting your time with him? He is in a different clan. Plus you are my mate now, not his."

Sunstorm turned on him and let out a growl. "I dodn't say that I wanted to be with him, did I? He is my friend, ut we are becoming more distant now. I miss him, that is all!" After she was done giving him a lecture she stalked away and let out a long hiss.

Scorchclaw growled again. I love her, but she can be so stuborn!

Raven'sWing left the gathering with the rest of her clan. She was behind Scorchclaw and Sunstorm listening to them fight. Problems allready. wow. She said to herself but she wasn't one to judge. She didn't even have a mate

Nightstomr rushed over to his friends when they entered camp, "Hey! How'd the gathering go? Was it fun! It was fun when I went but thats just me being...socialable I guess!" It was fair to say that he was eager to talk. The whole time no one talked except the moody g=queens damanding stuff every five minutes but he was happy to assist.

((Yes I'll make Raven'sWing a tom. Does it matter what color? Beacause if it doesn't then I'll just make one... which I'll do anyways.))
