Demi smiled to her- this time much sweeter. She liked meeting new friends and there seem to a good aura around this girl. "Hi, I'm Demi. A pleasure to meet you. Are you the girl down there to whom I saw a while ago?" She asked politely.

Ista nodded, "Yeah, that was me," she answered, bringing her drawing pad out. She looked at it intently for a moment before rubbing the scars on her eyelids, remembering the horror it had been to re-learn drawing.

Ista sighed, "When I was turned into a vampire, by my so called boyfriend, he blinded me for some strange reason I cannot comprehend," she whispered, closing her ice blue eyes.

"Oh!" Demi said a bit louder. She was quite shocked at what ista said, "Sorry about that, I really never have a boyfriend before." She explained then continued. "No one even notices me. But, where is that boyfriend of yours now?"

Ista shrugged and glared at her drawing pad darkly, "Oh, I don't know...but if I ever find out, you can be sure he won't live to see the moon rise," she said softly, which only made it seem all the more menacing.

Demi wan't surprised. She knew Ista would never forgive that so-called boyfriend. "I'm right behind you if he ever does something wrong or if you ever need any me." She said then continued, "By the way, do you want to play poker with us?" She said with an encouraging smile. "Don't worry, we always lose when Alyx is there. He's the genius-poker in our cl*censored*." She added with a cheery smile. Then looking at the teacher, who didn't bother to scold them, She added whispering to Ista so only the 2 of them could hear each other, "Do you want to hunt with me later in the night? If so, meet me on my dorm. my dorm num. is 213." Then, facing the blackboard -Demi started jotting down notes...

Alyx nodded, then gave another cold smile. " No mind reading. It's much harder for the rest of us when you cheat." He said, his ivory fangs flashing. He put down his pen and drummed his nails on the desk, producing a rolling clik, clik, clik. "We draw to see which game we play. You get to pick if you draw the high card." Alyx said to Aaron. "Come play. It'll be fun." He added, producing a carved bone tooth-picker, and drew it betwen his fangs, producing a bit of pale flesh, then flicked it off his desk.

Ista nodded silently, sighing, "alright, but I need to play with someone, my echolocation doesn't work on colors." She moved herself so she was part of the group, her eyes sweeping the other vampires, their ice blue irises piercing each and every one of them.

Akune turned to grin at Aaron again. "Wonderful!" she chimed as she leaned forward to clap her hands together, while Maverik rolled his eyes with a snort. "Show-off~" he teased, twirling a finger in the air, laughing when she looked back at him to glare. Aaron turned to Alyx. "Fine." He laughed. Aaron smirked at Danica. "I know. You think my nickname is smexy." He smiled at Akune, his white teeth gleaming. Courtney gazed around the room, her eyes landing on Ista. She smiled to herself, and kindly remarked, "Hello, new girl. Welcome to Alstair Academy." ((That's the name for the academy. Do you guys like the name? If not, I could change it. I think it sounds vampiric enough, personally.))
