"Oh rat, and why is it that I should do that? Or even believe you, after all you are still one of my steet rats, treating yourself as my equal, or even my superior is quite the insult isn't it, Rat."

Volarune snarled at Miss Viper. He then told her what was up. He told her how a Darkness called Darkgrim Voids would swallow the entire world if a man called Volkenagrim wasn't tamed. And the only reason why Zurka is the one to save the world. That she can shapeshift and has a calming effect of Volkenagrim just by being around him. The essence he felt within her soul. And the most important tidbit. If Zurka succeeds his powers will surge out of control. Killing him and Zurka. "unless we've got the Twin Blades. The Sword of Life Kytilist and the Blade of Destruction Iblis. The only reason why they've not singe your arse is because they were asleep! Now they slumber no more... And only those of his blood line can hold them without being burned." Volarune finished.  He sensed the doubt Viper would have. But suddenly a ringing sound was heard. The Sword of Life Kytilist was glowing. It's many gems shined with rare flames. So to did it's evil feeling twin, The Blade of Destruction Iblis. They began to float off the ground. Their powers had indeed became fully awake. 

Viper quirked a grin, "Well then it looks like I won't have much choice, but I'll want something in return for these beauties, a final job if you will Rat."

"Hmm. I've got something even rare and much sharper than that pierce of crap... It's not like what I've got to offer... You see my body is covered with these black Feathers?" Volarune sneered. He flapped his feather wings and feathers fell out of them. Wings feathers that seemed to fall with a loud thud onto the ground. And as they landed some of the ground cracked and looked as though it had been cut. "My whole body is covered in hard armor. Soft armor and fluffy. Yet when I want it too... It hardens like steal and even has the sharpness of it. A blade like that one can be forged by ANY Smithy where I come from... Now take that beaut to this Smith in town."  He then hand the Feather to Viper and a note. He then whispered in her ears, "That smith can fix it to where you can turn this Demon Feather into a one of a kind blade in the manner and Magic you desire it. And also make it to where it's ONLY master is you..." He then jumped back besides Zurka. "A demon of my kind NEVER lies... Especially bond by oath to NEVER lie." He told Zurka. He even had an idea. "How this extra thing? I'll show you to the blacksmith. He know's my human conscious. But! You'll have to tell him about the ordeal." Volarune added. He then disappeared and in his place stood an entirely featherless younger looking variant of Volarune. Yet then again only his human face looked like the Demon. He seemed to be asleep. Then he shook his head and opened his eyes. He bl
ink a few time and yawned. "The only thing I'm able to know from my Demon half is that I'll have to escort you to a Black Smith of great skill who make make the finest of swords and the most powerful of those as well in a matter of minutes. But the best of the best in hours. And I heard there is a blade of great power that is actually made from a single wing feather of my Demon conscious.  It is called Grim Blade but it is far stronger than those two. But it already know a master. Me.. and my Father. But my Father is the real master of it." He explained to them. He evidently didn't know much at all.

Vipers looked at Zurka ," Rat your friends do things at the most inconvenient of times, but this blade interests me, and if you bring me back, one of new, or the Grim blade, you may have them. Now be off both of you, if time's short you should move quickly."

The young man nodded. Then he took the feather from Viper. "If you will please come with us Viper? The Smithy isn't far. In fact it is right nest to you here. You see you need TWO things in return of Equal payment since it is Two swords! I've got a rare dagger in my pocket is one. The new Sword that will be made by the Smithy for you is the other. You can have it both. This Dagger is made entirely of Lunar Eclipse Daemun Horn. It is lethal so be careful with it. It is almost as sharp as the Feather." Then he got hold of Viper's hand. He carefully led Zurka and Viper to a chamber that was indeed right under their nose. The Smithy had various magical blades and even rarer weapons. He looked up and saw the young man. "Oh! Young master Volarius!!! Glad to see you. And I see you have miss Viper. Silly thing knew nothing about me here. HMM?" He saw the Feather Volarius held that was Viper's. "Ahh! Please allow me to turn that into the finest of swords!? I'll pay you for that honor! Whatever you wish!" He seemed desperate to do this job. Volarius shook his head. "It is Viper's. You'll have to ask her what she wants from it." The Smithy then faced Viper and then rolled out an assortment of hilts, gems, and sword designs. "Please pick any combination! I'll do the job. Oh, tell me what enchantment to put in it. I'll of course need you to to place some blood on it when it is finished so no one else can use it.." He told her. He was defiantly patient with her. There were very rare and even  somewhat forbidden things to put into the sword. 

And Viper considered, and considered, and made what was perfect. Zurka just stood where she was, she had things to do, yes the weapons were interesting, but she had other things to worry about.

The Smithy saw Viper look over a rare gem. "That is a beauty. It is know as a Serpent Eye Emerald. Better known as a Basilisk Gem. They are found only in Basilisk Caverns or where they live. The poison they make is what gives them that color. This is the best and only quality of it's kind. And if that is in the center of the hilt these gems would go best with it..." He then shown Viper Two Red Gems. They were Cursed Flame Blood Rubies. The rarest kind of jewel ever. "There is a legend about these beauties... The rarest of all beasts, A Sacred Dark Beast, known as a Lunar Eclipse Daemun.. It is said when it cries.. It sheds tears of blood. This blood hardens and is said to turn into these rubies." He also shown her another Gem. It was blue as the sea and had a mysterious aura to it. "That is a Sapphire of the Seas. The most valuable treasure of the deep. The marine dwellers called Zoraikians are able to create these with their magic surrounds themselves as an electrical force-field. When these force-fields hit rare types of crystal corals they form these gems... Not at all a common thing. Only once every blue moon and that is every 10,000 years can these be made..." He also shown a golden yellow jewel. Another jewel. Yet highly forbidden, unless you were a thief, or a queen of thieves. It was called the Jewel of The Golden-eye Raven. "This Jewel of The Golden-eye Raven... Is said to be forbidden in this world... Unless you are a Queen of Thieves. That you are. They say it is actually the very eye of a fallen Raven-like Demon." Volarius gasped at this. "Raven-like Demon?"  he asked the smithy. The Smithy nodded. "Ahh.. I understand. You wish to know the origins of the ancestral father of the Demon in you? Yes.. Volarune is indeed a descendant of the rarest breed of Demons... the Volarune Demons. All of which are bird demons. But you are special. You are the first Dragon-Bird Demon. Volarune may have the white blank stare as his Demon instinct because yes.. The eyes of the first Volarune Demon were removed and turned into those Jewels. This also means... You better find a tamer.. for your Souls... For one day the ancestral blood will fully awaken and you'll be forced to exact revenge on the descendants of those that blinded the first demon of your kind... It is said as well the holder of this Jewel can calm the very Soul of the beast. And turn it from Evil into Good. If the heart of the wielder is good. If it is Evil then it will have the opposite affect. " Then the Smithy gave the other Jewel of The Golden-eye Raven to Zurka. "I've hoped this day would come. You must have this as close to your heart as possible. It can save Volarune when his blood rages.." He then looked at miss Viper. "These are the only ones... Only two exist. But they aren't thew rarest. The Cursed Flame Blood Rubies can only be made when a Daemun sheds it's tears. And that hasn't happened in over 500,000 years. And there may not be another one other than those two. Not until another 500,000 years. Now pick the hilts. The best ones are Phoenix, Dragon, Snake, the combination of those three. And more!" He added to Viper. He shown all of the designs.

As I said before Viper has already chosen what is perfect for her. And Zurka is considering how literally she should take the part about keeping the gem close to her heart.

Volarius sighed. He was happy hat Viper got what she wanted. Then he saw the confusion on Zurka's face. The young man looked at the Smithy and shook his head. "Smithy...? Don't you need to get her a chain long enough to reach outside where her heart is? Cause I know not literally IN her heart but where it can sense it's heart beat!" he explained to Zurka. The Smithy smiled and handed the chain needed to Zurka. "Here's the chain. Put it around your neck. The Jewel will attach itself to it. So it's close but not all to dangerously close." He told her. Then he yawned. "I think you should head back now.... Volkenagrim may need blood soon. Even with the parasite dead he still needs to feed. But not as often, or as much." He then left the two to they're thoughts and left the room. Volarius then looked at Zurka. "That means we better head back. But you'll need to put that Cross necklace Volarune slipped to you in your pocket to let him know when to show himself again to fly back." He told her.

"Well right about now would be a pretty good time to do that."

Volarius then allowed Zurka to put the necklace of the cross around his neck. He flinched a bit and his body grew a foot taller and was covered in his other conscious's feathers. He let loose a loud scrawl as he shifted and had a sick grim when finished. "Ahh.... You called Zurka?" he scrawled. His tone of voice was much opposite than Volarius and had a sense of malice to it. "Well get my back and hold on tight!" he growled. He waited for Zurka to climb on but lost patience. So he flapped his wings and hovered over her then grabbed her with his arms. They grip on her was a death grip. "Sorry to hold you so tight!But I'd hate to drop you..." he said. Although there was a heavy since of a half truth about it. Half of him would love to see her dead. The other half wouldn't. He the flapped one more time and then the Smithy opened the exit to the surface. "Good luck!" he called out. Volarune then flew off with Zurka in his tight grip. He was flying fast. Perhaps too fast for Zurka. "Let me know when you'd want me to slow down!" he mocked with a sneer. One could tell his ancestral blood was becoming a problem. "Oh... Volarius wanted me to tell you something but... I'll not tell you. You might have to beat it out of me!" He snarled. Then he all of a sudden dove down. It looked like he was going to make Zurka crash into a familiar area. The rocks where Liam's grave was. They were already almost there. "GHragh!! Better not yet..." he said to himself. Then he flew higher, narrowly missing the rocks and dropped Zurka next to the house Volkenagrim was. The Volarune Demon began to laugh his arse off. He was enjoying the thrill of the near killing of Zurka. And the near unsuspecting killing too.

Oh like Zurka was so much of a fool. "Demon if you believe you could try to murder me so easily I'd watch out. A simple splatter on the rocks will not finish a shapeshifter. And As I am right now, I could die a thousand deaths and many more, however I'm only allowed death until my use is served."

Volarune stopped laughing and stared at Zurka blankly. Then he stifled a laugh and smiled. "Well well! That's good! I'll be counting on your success then...." He told her. His mood had suddenly shifted towards an unknown manner. Then he liked to have fell over laughing. He quit and turned serious then. "I like that... Guts! But understand that.... I was only testing you. You're essence. I feel your nature and entire being from that around your neck. But can't always believe what you feel..." He said to Zurka as he toyed with the Jewel of the Golden-eye Raven she was wearing around her neck. He quit toying with it and his eyes shown a somber look. Then he backed away and started to circle her. "Don't worry... I'm just getting a better look at you... Yes... You deserve to know.. what Volarius wanted me to tell you... But forgive me for my nature that is harsh. It is because of that around your neck. The source of it at least! But I'll wait till you simmer down. Take care now!" He added. Then with a single fluttering of his wings flew off someplace as she said. Far.
