Colette walked slowly down the street feeling as confused as ever. Ever since graduating High-school she'd been trying to save up for College by working even more. Of course right now she was free of any labor. She paused and looked at the sky and sighed. She looked ahead and what she saw made her shielded heart stop. There in the distance was the top of a circus tent. She instantly ran torwards it running faster then ever. She ran to the entrance bought a ticket and walked in gazing at the wonderful sights. She looked around and bought some peanuts and quietly stroled through the familiar path.

"Sure, why not?" Darius smiled down at the kitty. "But why'd she ditch us, in the first place?"

"Parent issues...," Bash said a growl in the back of his throut.

"I see," Darius sighed. "I understand. My own parents were strict and uncompromising." He ran a hand through his hair. "I'm guessing they didn't want her going off with a twenty-one year-old lunatic?" He chuckled.

"yeah," Bash said "they don't want to see her again either but she's happy with that,".

"I'm not twenty-one anymore, though." Darius sighed, leaning back just enough so that part of his back was touching the train. "I'm old now." He made a face at the sky, as if he was complaining to it. Being twenty-four, Darius thought he was pretty old, though it wasn't considered to be old to most people.

And, Darius thought. I'm gonna turn twenty-five soon. Most likely, we will move on before my birthday, and I won't have to be around all these people that I like. Espen'll probably tell them that it's my birthday.

Ash looked at the neko Darius was talking to. Her tail swayed behind her and her ears twitching in exitment.

Saika looked around her again, shrugged and pulled a small ball of yarn from her messenger bag. She then started to play with it.

Ivan looked at Darius, shook his head and started to walk back inside from being ignored.

Jake watched Ash closely, not knowing hat she was doing.

( What in the world? When did I ask for a recap? o_o )

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Darius rolled his eyes, then smiled at Ash. "Do you want to meet my nekomimi? I've got an inumimi, too, and he's much more social than Ryo, but you can meet them both." He paused, looking over at the train. "Well, maybe just Ryo. Doggies can be cranky if you wake them up from naps."

Adrianne barely nodded, still sobbing. She tried hard to calm herself but nothing seemed to work. Adrianne leaned into Espen as the pain in her stomach started. Agian. Everything she tried made her cry harder; she couldn't stop the flow of tears. She felt like the now betrayed betrayer that betrays both themselves and everyone else. Guilt was pouring out of her as she stuttered through sobs as she wept helplessly. She worked almost all her life on that exterior that was both, pretty and tough enough to keep in her both, ugly and weak interior. Her past, when she first met him, was kept from Darius. He still doesn't know. She hoped to keep it that way. Same with when she got adopted the second time. But, if they ask, she would tell them... She soon came to wonder, why has she liked Natheniel all these years? Especially when he obviously didn't want anything to do with her. Ryo and Darius have been the only males she'd been close to really in her life, other than Damien, whom she hated. Espen has been better than Natheniel. Why? 'You have too many stupid questions.' The words of her mother rang through her head. "Mom!" She cried out suddenly. It sound so real to her... But she shook it off still with tears streaming across her face.

( No one but Ryo and that one chick Darius used to date knows about him. :3 )

Espen jumped when Adrianne called out, "Mom!" as if her mother was actually there. He settled again, sighing and placing a hand on Adrianne's back. "I guess you won't be calming down anytime soon, huh?" he asked, pushing his hair out of his face. "I can wait."

"There's only, like, a thousand of people like me." Darius said, staring at Ash's ears. Absentmindedly, he continued speaking. "And, only about two hundred of us realize what we are. That's a good thing, though, 'cause if we all realized it, the entire world would know. There's bound to be a couple hundred people who think it'd be cool to tell the whole damn world what we are." He scratched Sabashgin behind the ears, looking down at him now. "But, hey, I've only met one other person like me, and that was my mentor."
