Ryo's ears twitched. He wasn't sure if Sorai was asleep or not, but because he seemed like he was, he got up slowly so he wouldn't make any noise. Ryo was sure there a blanket or something behind Sorai's chair, and when he checked, he beamed and put set it over Sorai carefully. Since he was nocturnal, Ryo wasn't tired, but he was sure Sorai was exhausted. So to keep from waking him, Ryo opened and closed the door leading outside carefully.

Sorai, finally allowing sleep's clutches to pull him into the comforting darkness, drifted off. He curled up in the chair, laying on his side with one arm hanging off the arm of the chair, fingers twitching a bit every now and then.

Darius opened the door leading to the last car, and he blinked at Sorai, who was still apparently sound asleep in the same chair he'd been in last night. He walked over and squatted down in front of him, blinking a couple times as if to confirm that Sorai was actualyl there.

At least an hour ago, Ryo had stumbled into the second to last car and curled up at the end of Darius's bed, which the neko preferred to do rather than sleep beside Darius. When Darius woke up, he moved Ryo to the spot where he'd been sleeping, and at some point he'd decided to come out to the balcony-thingy. And that's when he saw Sorai sleeping there in his little chair. To Darius, he didn't look one bit comfortable. He picked him up, walked into the other car, and tucked him in beside Ryo, who was dead asleep. He left then, leaving the two alone.

Ryo's ears twitched, then pulled back, settling down on his head. He placed his hand over Sorai's face and shoved, mumbling, "Get whatever's close to me away, Darius." a little angrily. When he said that, he was still asleep, and had only woken up momentarily, and only so he could shove whatever was making him uncomfortable away. Because he had fallen asleep near Darius, he had *censored*umed Sorai was him instead of himself.

((I feel like making Sorai end up falling off of the bed, but stay asleep. xDDDD;

I'm sure I could do that. .e. -heavy sleeper-))

Sorai groaned lightly as a hand covered his face and pushed him back. "I just...wanted to play..." he whined in his sleep, ears flattening as he turned over. His fingers twitched a bit more as he started mumbling again. A soft whine escaped from the sleeping inumimi as he rolled back over, burying his face into the closest thing to him, which just happened to be Ryo's chest. He had yet to wake up, though his hearing and smell did affect his dreams.

Ryo blinked, squinting at Sorai's hair and ears. For the most part, he was still asleep, so he didn't exactly react to what Sorai had done the way he usually would have. Instead, he snuggled closer to Sorai and buried his face in his hair, wrapping his arms around him as well. It was a habit he mostly did with pillows, and he couldn't fall asleep without having something in either his hands or arms. Sometimes he simply clutched at the bed sheets, other times he clung to Darius's leg, which often resulted in him smacking Darius upside the head.

( Who, evil-lookin' Ryo? Pshh, Sorai, you think too well of him. xD )

Ryo was also dreaming, but about nothing in particular. Just as the scene changed in Ryo's dream, Sorai turned around in it, and then something else happened. Sorai wasn't anywhere to be found in what happened. What happened in his dream had -- maybe -- nothing to do with Sorai.

Ears pulling back, Ryo let out a tiny growl, squeezing his arms around Sorai tightly. For some reason, in his dream, Ryo was a little kid, he could hear people laughing. He heard someone mention the word "cat", and that made Ryo want to cry for some reason.

((He thinks well of all those who earn his trust. :D))

Sorai shifted lightly, moving to wind his arms around Ryo after the neko had done the same in his dream, though Sorai wasn't really sure why his dream threw Ryo so out of character. Was that he hoped to help Ryo become, or just how he wished the catboy was?

His dark eyes opened, but he was still asleep, a strange thing that happened sometimes. He never knew he did it until someone had told him after falling asleep in the park.

"Ryo..." he murmured softly, having said that in his dream, the only word he had heard so far.

Ryo shifted a little, mumbling, "Yeah, I know," in his sleep. If Sorai hadn't had his arms around him, and if his own arms weren't around Sorai, he probably would've gotten up already. But, at the moment, he was way too comfortable to even open his eyes. When Sorai spoke his name, his dream wavered and changed, and again Sorai appeared. He was chasing his tail, which made Ryo smile. Would Sorai ever really do such a thing?

((He totally would if he was having a good day and was pretty much a puppy for most people. :D

Sorai was wearing a smile of his own, happy about the possibility of a more happy Ryo, his tail moving as much as it could without hurting, which wasn't much. His ears twitched as Ryo spoke again, his voice registering in his dream. Now the neko's voice was audible, though his own was still muted. He didn't mind much, though. He was usually the one talking, not the other way around. 

( Bad things. D:
Well, all the bad things that happened in his life, except they're worse in his dreams. Or, at least, he thinks so. o3o )

Ryo shuddered a little, then hugged Sorai the closet he could. He probably could've suffocated Sorai at that point if he tried, but he'd never try that. Especially now that he liked Sorai a little better. People change, don't they?

His tail twitched, and Ryo gave out a mew, right in Sorai's ear.

Sorai's ear twitched, the mew breaking him off from his precious dreamland. By this time, he had actually closed his eyes back from when they had opened, even though he hadn't woken up until now. He shifted slightly, tightening his embrace as well, nuzzling his face against Ryo's chest again. HAving just actually woken up, his brain was not yet online, his processing speed delayed by quite a bit.

And if he were to even try getting out of bed, he'd fall flat on his face before he could take two steps.

((Sounds like me this morning. I was a zombie. xD

I nearly fell over into the bathtub. -has no sense of balance in the mornings-)) 

Something, Ryo thought, waking up a little. is really close to me... What is it? He opened his eyes, squinting at Sorai's black hair. He moved his arm, lifting his hand up to Sorai's head and running his fingers through his hair. It was soft, and he shuddered a little. For just that second, he thought he was hugging Darius. Then he noticed a pair of ears, which obviously weren't his for two reasons: one, his ears weren't black and white. Two, they wouldn't be in front of him. He wouldn't even be able to see them.

Sorai, Ryo finally realized. It's Sorai. He stared at him for some time, and decided he was too comfortable to move just yet. Even if he was with Sorai. He didn't mind it all that much. Sorai was warm.

Sorai kept his dark eyes closed, moving his head a bit when Ryo ran his fingers through his hair. He yawned, a little whine-like noise ending it. Once the scent closest to him finally registered in his mind, he opened up his eyes to look up at Ryo, a sleepy little smile on his face, brain still running pretty slow. He had forgotten that he had fallen asleep in a chair, instead of here with Ryo in Darius's room.

"Mornin'," he murmured softly.

"Good morning," Ryo said, ears pricking up, then wilting. At that moment, he was wondering if moving would cause Sorai to fall off. It probably would, since in the morning, he was sure that Sorai was even more clumsy than he usually was.

( But kittens are just as cute when they're sleepy. x3 They're all like, "Huh? What? Oh...you're picking me up?" )
