(( Alright.. As long as you don't improvise with my wolf ))
Lanz heard a cry. It was a feeble cry, coming form behind. He looked back and thought for a moment, then it came to him that the screech had came from the Ocelot. He sighed through his nose, quickly remembering how foolish cat's where in water. Grunting, he thunk about if he should go forward or go back. He scowled at his decision, legs finally pivoting to tread back to where the cat was.
He soon came upon the lake, water being most likely no more than five feet deep. The water was no challenge for him, but the size of such a small statured Ocelot might drown in it. Grunting once again he dived in, clenching his eyes shut. The salt water burned his nose, but at least he was doing it for a good cause. His snout jabbed into something squishy, the thing in fact being Talk. He gently wrapped his jaws around the feline's leg, pulling up until the creature was above the surface of the water.
Glaring down at the young cub hi swatted the creature in the back over and over, forcing the water out of the Kit's lungs. He could tell the wet furry blob was unconscious, and predators like HIM would make easy pickings of Talk. Building up enough of a good heart- he drug the kit into a bush. He backed away, shaking his fur rapidly.
