Amelia stood, gathering her things in her arms before heading to her next clas-s, brunette curls bouncing with each step she took. After today, it would return to its natural straightened look and be much longer. Tomorrow, she would be in a pair of faded blue jeans with flared bottoms that fell over her tennies so much that the bottoms ended up terribly frayed and she had had to cut them. Tomorrow, she would wear a T-shirt and be back to blending in with the crowd. She believed there was nothing special about her, that she was as normal as can be. Kuro was already halfway down the hall, baby blue eyes glancing around so that nobody could sneak on him and try to mess with him. Last person that did that had ended up in the hospital. |

She lifted her head up just a bit to see the teacher, then looked at the others. To pa.ss time, she looked at the clouds and smiled. They made various shape and objects she had seen. One looked like a rose with no stem, another looked like hands being held out. She didn't realize that she was dreaming, until some one nudged her from behind.
