Sai listened to what Jake had to say before sighing lightly. "It's fine. Don't beat yourself up about it" She spoke softly pulling her ears back slightly. She wasn't really sure how to address this situation other than just act like it never happened. "Its really sweet of you guys to invite us to your party but I ---" Sai was very quickly cut off by Raina who seemed to pipe up. "We'd love to!" She stated on behalf of everyone even though this might have not been the case. "Sai is just a little bit nervous. She never goes out. She's like a hermit all hidding away in her cozy but freezing apartment" Raina frowned. It was always freezing in Sai's apartment. Raina hated it but she was stuck with her so a blanket became her best friend when she was chilling at home, literly. Matt just shook his head not beleiving his ears or eyes. Raina was completly taking control of the situation. "Changeling Circus you say?" Matt perked up thinking for a moment. "I do not recall ever going there. It might be inersting to check out a new place" He smiled shifting his weight and glancing at Cooper. "Wouldn't ya think Coop?" He asked the Fennec Fox who perked up hearing his name. "Huh? Ummm. Yeah, sure. I guess. Sorry my mind was somewhere else" He apologized flattening his ears a little. His tail swung behind him nervously.

Mulder grinned bashfully, ears flicking back. "We'll try to keep the party a little more chill thab usual for your sake. Though God knows that the ladies might take offence." He chuckled, looking casually over at the aforementioned females. The meaning behind his gaze was clear, as clear as any wild animal marking its territory.
Nina was the one to feign indignation, looking comically stricken. "Who, us? But when have we ever been anything but the sweetest, gentlest, and most soft-spoken of angels?" Much to her chagrin there was a smattering of chuckles among the regular customers. The fox femme laughed, shaking her head ruefully. "Geeze. Tough crowd."
Chriss gave the sweetest giggle, Winking up at Ryan the feline gave her tail another little twitch. This whole deal was gonna be fun. Though her eyes stayed on the tiger's, her word were directed elsewhere. "She's got a point Mulder. We do tend to get a bit, ah, wild. The music may be mellow, but I hope all those in attendence will be prepared for the Drinking Game of Death."
At this Allie gave a single short laugh, glad for the change of subject. "Oh, indeed. Wathcing Twilight and taking a shot of your preferred alcohol any time any of the characters make a face anyone present deems to be stupid or ugly. It's possibly the best game ever. Abby gave a heartenng "Here here!" She made her way around Allison, bumping her hip as she did, leaning in to whisper just loud enough. "You're welcome, hun." At this the full figured feline blushed, the pink vibrant under her pale fur.
Across town Art and Jake both chuckled at Raina's outburst, though for Art the sound was nervous and awkward. Jake picked up the underlying flows of the group, and his ears perked. "Hey, we were about to head out and pick up our friends from work. How would you guys like to come? There's a bit of a warm-up before the show, then an after party. Besides, you lads should meet the ladies Zart and I are trying to set you up with."
Oz thought for a moment, then shrugged. Hid grin quirked to an angle, eyes flashing. "Something that would cover comical or obscure laws in the province of Ontario. It's... kind of a long story." His eyes flicked to her tail, then to her eyes. "Have we met before? I feel like I should know you. I'm Oz, by the way."

Kazumi smiled at him before pas.sing him a book called Big Book Of Ontario laws. "Here i think this might have everything you need if not then this one might be what your after." She said giving him another book called the A-Z of Stuppid and Funny laws. She then looked up into his eyes before smiling again. "I don't know if you would know me Ozmond." She said before walking to another book case wondering if he would catch that she called him by his whole name when he didn't give it to her. She hoped that he atleast known of her in school but she douted it. In school she was the quiet shy girl that was invisable to everyone even the teachers at times, so she didn't think he would know of her but it would be nice if he did.

Cloud chuckled, shifting a little bit. "I, um...I appreciate it," he said, ears perking up as he glanced away shyly. He was pretty flattered that he would calm things down just for him, knowing that loud noises scared him. He was really nice.... "Thank you, Mulder," he said, looking back up at the fox with a cute little smile. Being a feline himself, his eyes were immediately drawn to the movement in the corner of his eyes, and Ryan immediately looked away, his cheeks warming beneath his fur. Then he chuckled, grinning again. "The Drinking Game of Death sounds pretty amusing actually." Helena blushed slightly, then smiled. "Okay... Then I'll come," she told her. Her ears perked up when she heard someone call for her at a table, immdiately moving to go do her job like a good little batgirl. |

The more people to meet the better... Huh Coop?" He asked flicking his tail happily, ears forward waiting for the Fennec foxes answer. "Yeah. Freinds are great" Cooper smiled not really sure what Matt was thinking. No, he knew exactly what Matt was thinking. Matt heard ladies and thus his stupid personality kicked in. This was going to be a long night if he had to remain at Matt's side throughout this party. That would be miserable. Matt turned to Sai and placed his hand on her shoulder. "You know Sai. If I knew I was going to be invited to parties I should let people grab your tail more often" He whispered causing a bright red blush to apear on her cheeks and her ears to fly forward. She looked at Matt before actually shoving him away from her. "Hmph" She huffed lowering her tail. He'd pay for that comment later. "Oh Matt quit pestering Sai!" Raina chimmed giggling softly. Her tail flopped behind her happily. "You guys are like children I swear" She complained shaking her head. "And your also making yourselves look bad infront of Arthur and Jake! That's really sad" She explained shaking her head lightly. "Tsk Tsk".

)ake grinned triumphantly, slinging his arm over Art's shoulder. Matt seemed to be his kind of guy. Like he hadn't noticed how the dog had perked up at the mention of ladies. Hey, dogs would be dogs would be dogs. He looked around, then gave a shout. "OZ!"
It took a moment, but then the light went off in the puma's mind. Of course, it was at that moment Jake decided to shout. Great timing, really. "Kazumi, from school! of course I remember you now. Hey, I think my friends are callng. Wanna come out with me? Uh, I mean, us. I meant us. We have this celebration that has been going on for the last couple of years and I think you'd really like it." He gave her his best smile, trying not to think about how cute she was.
Mulder chuckled, taking a step toward the little clouded leopard, Quietly he reached out, brushing the boy's arm with his fingertips. From his reasonable height he grinned into those big bright eyes. "It's no trouble doing it for you."
In perfect unison all four of the girls gave a wicked "Oooooooooh", which was quite impressive considering that the only one of them who could function properly on her own was Nina. Mulder gave them no attention, so Chriss returned her attention to Ryan. She tucked her full, fluffy tail under the tiger's chin, smirking at the slight color in his cheeks. "Aw, cat got your tongue?"
Allie bit back the triumphant smile, though Abby caught the gleam in her eyes and nodded to herself. The girls went back to serving and working the register, trying to be good look like good little workers. After all once the rest of the guys got here they were off like the bunny's undies at the yearly New Year's party.

Kirsty looked at him and blushed before looking down and stuttering. "Y-y-your inviting me to a party?" She asked him blushing more at the idea of the boy she had a crush on since school was asking her to go to a party. She was never invited to parties ever, so this was a shock to her. As the blush started to die down she looked up at him only for the blush to return, She was really happy that he invited her as well as that he knew her name. She was on a high because of it that her tail was wagging madly because of it and had been since he said her name.
