[[Woot! I didn't get left behind! xP
Edit; Much... it took me a long time to type apparently o3o]]
Marcus stomped down the street on his way to Zora's, hands shoved in his pockets and looking clearly annoyed. How dare his roommate set him up on a blind date! The jerk was always trying to get him into girls and it was starting to drive him crazy. If the guy had a problem with Nix's preferences he could get his room switched with someone else. There were plenty of open dorms this semester anyways.
He looked down at the clothes they had both finally agreed on. A white, button-up shirt, a black jacket and tie hanging loosely around his neck, his favorite pair of jeans--only slightly ripped behind the knees-- and tennis shoes. There had been a big argument about it until one of the guys in the door stomped in and told them his date would only see him from the waist up for most of the time anyways. Although Marcus had dashed out before his roommate could straighten the tie so in a way he had won his "Nix" look overall.
He finally arrived at the restaurant, a few minutes late but it wasn't like he was trying to impress whoever it was. Now it was just the matter of finding this mystery person.

Jason inspected himself in the door mirror that one of his co-workers had set up in his office. He usually worked late and never had time to go home and get dressed up for any sort of social outing so his co-workers--worried about his social well-being-- had set his office up so he had a few spare outfits, a mirror and anything else he needed to make himself look better after a long day of work. As of that moment, he was wearing a simple, white turtleneck shirt, black jeans, and orange tennis-shoes. Although it wasn't exactly dressing up, it neat-looking but not incredibly fancy so it wouldn't make his date uncomfortable about how they chose to dress.
He checked his watch before shutting the lights off in his office and leaving the building. Where he worked wasn't exactly an office building. It was more like where everyone came in on their own time--some liked to work more from home-- and used the equipment provided for programming or bounced ideas off each other. Jay preferred to work at the office more than at home. Unless he was just starting out on the rough sketches of a new game, the office simply provided a better place to work in the final stages of development. Plus, it was pretty close to where he was going to meet his date that night.
The walk to the restaurant only took a few minutes and he walked thought the doors on time-- at least according to his watch. Sometimes, he thought it would slow down a bit so maybe he was a few minutes late. He looked around, trying to find the girl-- or guy, sometimes his co-workers could be unpredictable-- he was supposed to be on a date with. All he knew was they were a model and designer, thanks to the secretive nature of the person who set them up, and that could be anyone. He huffed under his breath slightly. Even a name would have gotten him somewhere.
[[Sorry for the long post o_o I swear it wont be like this every time xD]]
