Morana remained in her griffon form... the chimera would pay for causing her delay.  Her eyes drifted dangerously to yukita... her eyes giving the same horrific glare as previously delivered to Aki... however this time they seemed to be saying remember your place, her eyes scanned the water as the waves crashed against the column's bank.  Her tail thrashed in annoyance, she was not one to keep waiting.

Drake swallowed, "Well we have to call someone... this is the 9th death this year.  We have a serial killer..." he said in disgust.

 "Are you sure they are just one person?" Isis asked looking over at her sister. "I mean, what if it is a group of people or something?" She added as different ideas came into her mind, each one freaking her out more.

Glancing upwards towards the sky the blood-sated chimera sighed heavily. ‘My winged brethren call me,’ she whispered softly, dropping the blood-less body of the man to the ground. Closing her eyes she let loose a shattering roar, letting the sound fill the cool night air. ‘Coming,’ she hissed, shuddering as her form shifted and disappeared.

And then, she was back. Her ma.ssive tawny flanks brushed the walls to both sides of her, her snake-head tail hissing with frustration for it could not lash itself from side-to-side. Bowing her lion and goat heads Adelainne flicked her eyes as she searched for the appropriate direction in which to travel.

North, her inner compa.ss decided. Paws stirring up large clouds of dust she ran northwards, giving another terrifying roar to announce her arrival.

[Meh, just pretend she makes it there. I don’t have too much time. >.<]

Yukita jumped up following Morana into the den, leaning against a nearby wall. Her thin arms hung at her side, her light eyes reflecting the fire of the chandelier. Then lets not waste anytime. I have prey to kill. She thought to herself, a smile twitching at the corner of her lips. She watched as the others entered the room as she pushed off from the wall and sat at her seat.

'Much to discuss,' the lion's head growled, not bothering to shift into a human. For she believed that immortals were dangerous, even to others of their kind, and she did not feel safe as a human about them

'Yesss,' hissed the snake's head in its oily, soothing tone. 'Lion, do not ignore what Morana wishesss to tell ussss. It may be important.' The tail coiled around smoothly, gra.ss-green scales slithering over her tawny backside.

'You lie snake,' the goat baad angrily, stamping its forepaw down. 'You want to twist the information Morana wishes to impart to us. Be quiet and listen!'

Lion head shaking with annoyance it *censored*erted its dominance quietly by using its mental force, quelling the arguing goat and snake. 'Quiet,' she growled in her harsh, rasping voice. 'Let Morana tell us what to do and then we shall debate on whether or not it concerns us.'

'Look, the lion is being to prudent one,' the goat cackled, thought she did not say anything after lest she provoke the lion's wrath.

 Morana rose her eyes to gaze upon the chimera..."I suggest you keep your opinions to yourself, if you fail to respect me.  I will not hesitate to end you." she spat in a smooth but dangerous tone.  She was unafraid of any of the immortals, considering she was the one to grant immortality, and she could just as easily strip it away, as she threatened with Yukita..."I do not waste my time with disloyalty." she growled, she allowed her impatience show on her face, she inhaled deeply, cooling her temper. 

She awaited until she had the attention of them all..."Over a moon ago, Myurme, he was destroyed by the humans due to his own stupidity." she stated in an uncaring tone.  "He nearly revealed himself to the mortals, therefore revealing us... if I sence any type of idiocy or sloppyness, you will perish in Hell...Yukita was his replacement... there are other reasons she joined us that is none of your business" she growled in a dangerous tone, her eyes narrowing as they rested on the each of the creatures.  "I have gone in the pursuit of Jason... and I have ended him... he somehow discovered what we were...and our gifts, how... I have no idea.  We are killing to quickly, and it is my wish that we do not kill a mortal every dam day.... monthly perhaps... but never daily." she said in the familiar bitter tone.  "The floor is open, if you wish to consult me on any issue, please do so now." she growled, awaiting the concerns or challenges from her listeners.

'I told you,' the Lion growled angrily. 'Now Morana might easily kill us.' Clawing the ground in furstration the lion bit deep furrows into the stone, leaving un-fixable marks.

'Oh, fine,' the snake hissed grumpily, biting back the sharp retort she had been about to throw at the lion and goat's heads. 'But Morana told us that we could debate thissss, and I for one agree. It is not natural of the sssssnake or lion to eat more than week.’

‘Ack,’ the goat said in a choked tone. ‘How shall I survive if I cannot eat daily? I require sustenance each day of my life. You know I can wither away to nothing, and then who shall guide you on your important decisions? Not you, for one. Or lion.’

‘Fine, I appreciate that you need to eat more than weekly, but there’s nothing we can do short of disobeying Morana. We will eat weekly and there is nothing you can do. As for you snake,’ the lion commanded angrily. ‘No fighting with the goat. If you two do not be quiet I shall eat you both.’
