"Calm down, I'm not one of your father's friends. If anything, I'm here to help you."Jack sighed, lowering the kid's arm.

"The name's Joker. Nice to meet you, Alexis." 

Alexis looked down, bitting his lip, trembling.

"..H...H-hi...." He mumbled, fighting he urge to cry.  He had no idea what was gonig on, and wasn't even sure if this guy was here to help.  Somethign then clicked, and he looked at him.

"..H..H-h-how d-did you k-know my n-name?

"Hey,"Jack laughed, shaking his head.

"Don't worry about how I know this, kid. You wouldn't wanna know." 

Strify blinked, then looked around for this person called 'Mika', shifting his weight slightly. He still didn't trust the vampire, but, then again, e didn't trust anybody completely. Ivy was the person he trusted the most at this point. She had seemed fairly kind for being in an asylum, and her flowers had calmed him...

He closed his eyes, thinking back to the smell of Ivy's garden. Almost immediately he felt himself relax, if only a little. The way the scents of those flowers mixed together was intoxicating, but in a good way. He liked it. 

"Hello,"Mika said politely, smiling at him.

"I'm Mika. It's nice to meet you."

And his voice is so soft~ x3 I luff him. He is my favorite person from any season of American Idol. He's such a sweetheart, too~ x3 I randomly decided to look at pictures of him, then went to his music. :'D))

Strify jumped a little, startled out of his calm little world, blue eyes focused on the girl(? owo). "Hello.... I'm Strify..."

"Well, I guess I'm a Demon... Let's go ask all of Gotham,"Jack laughed again, the sound sending shivers down anyone's spine.

"I'm here to protect you."

 "I'm sorry, did I startle you?" Mika asked, honestly concerned for the man.

"It's nice to meet you, Strify.)) 

Jack laughed at an inside joke, shaking his head in a wolf-like way.

"Because I felt like it,"He answered curtly, annoyance flooding his gaze.

"It depends, do you want to know me?" 

"..Uh....Personally, if you have nothing to do with my father, than I'm willing to take anyone as a f-friend...."  He said, standing up, looking around.

"....Hey....What's with your lips?  I don't think that's make-up.....Uh..S-sorry, none of my buisnes,"  He mubmled, scrathing the back of his head.

"It's actually a very funny story..."Jack sneered, the scars on his lips twisting. The slight residue of makeup made his face a bit paler, his lips redder, and his eyes more menacing and darker.

"So what exactly has your father done? I need to know, since I'm planning on torturing the life outta him." 

Alexis immediatly went pale when he was asked to tell what hsi father had done.

"..Uh....N...I...Uh...Uh...Hnn....."  He sat back down on the bed.

"T-t-t-to soon......" He mumbled, trembling again, his hands on his knee's.  "..I c-can't...e-e-e-exp=plain...." He said, looking down.

"Hey, hey kid."Jack said, grabbing him.

"It's alright, kid. You don't have to say anything. If it's easier, think about what he's done. You're helping. And when I do find out, you can help me kill him."

Jack looked into his eyes, and the fear that was in them was almost enough to get him off. He shook his head, trying to look at the big picture. This wasn't the type of fear he liked. 

He immediatly jumepd at gettign grabbed.  He hated getting grabbed, it freakec him out.

He looked at Jack, wordlessly, looking back down. "..K-k-kinda h-h-hard, n-not to think...Ab-bout i-it...."  He said quietly.

Images flashed through Jack's mind, and an animalistic growl escaped his lips. His body shook with unprofound rage, as he desperately tried to control his anger.

"When I get my hands. On. That. Man-term usage is very loose- I'm gonna ,ake him wish I killed him."

Alexis just looked down, not wanting to think about it. He felt horrible, and powerless, yet reliefe swept over him lightly as these words reached him.

"...Hey....Make me a promis, okay?" He said, looking at him.

"Sure.. Kid. What is it?"Jack asked, his voice slightly shaking from anger. He calmed down easily though, not wanting to scare the kid further.

"What is it?"He repeated, sitting back down on the windowsill.
