She is a hunter, and that is the truth. Her name, at present, is Zoey Hathaway-just two words, something to last for a couple of years. She is no more attached to them than to the sound of the wind. She is, however, a living breathing creature. Her heart beats; se can hear it now, like thunder in her ears. Her hearing is very sensitive, as is her hearing. She can hear a dry leaf crack a mile away, and she can clearly see the craters on the moon without a telescope. Both senses had grown more acute as gets older, she wonders if these things happened because of the “Incident” she called it. Her immune system is impregnable, her regenerative system miraculous, if you believe in miracle; which she doesn’t. She can be stabbed in the arm with a knife and heal within minutes without scarring, if she can rest that is. But if she were to be stabbed in the heart, she might die. It is difficult for even her flesh to heal around an implanted blade. But it is not something she had experienced with. But who would stab her? Who would get the chance? She has the strength of five men, the reflexes of a cat. There is not a system of physical attack and defense of which she is not a master. Half a dozen black belts cold corner her in a dark alley, and she could cerate a dress fir for a woman out of the sashes that hold their fighting jackets closed. And she does love to fight, almost as much as she loves to kill The Infected. And she kills more and more as the years go by because the need is there, and the ramifications of murder in modern society are no longer complex and a waste of her no longer precious and limited time. Some loves have to be given up, and others forgotten. Strange as it may sound, if you think that she is a monster, but she can love most p*censored*ionately. She does not think of herself as evil. She also has a few otherworldly abilities that she believes are the effect of being a Hunter. She can sense emotions, and that is true. The ability came to her slowly, at first she thought it was her intense observatory faculties, and she still believes that is part of it. Yet she can sense a person’s feeling’s even without studying them closely, and the ability baffles her to this day because it suggests a sense that is nonphysical, which she is not ready to accept. But she is not alone with this ability, for she had come across the occasional human who was as sensitive as she. Her eyes are a strong point, and if she concentrates, she can plant seeds of thought inside of people’s heads, affecting their whole process of thinking to revolve around that impression. But, when she is deeply injured, upset, or angry, she can kill you with her gaze. ‘If looks could kill’ personified. She can also create illusions in your mind, making you see and feel things that aren’t really there. (( Sorry, didn’t mean for the introduction to be so long. I got carried away XD ))

Anthony gently nudged Fiachra so that she stood behind him. "There's a girl back there." He told her, his voice hushed. "She's made an excape route. You go through there, don't wait for me, just run." Fiachra was about to protest, but Anthony cut her off. "I'm not human anymore, so don't worry about me." He gave her a shy smile and handed her a dagger from his belt. "I'll see you later. That's just for your protection. Now go." Fiachra understood. Anthony was just looking out for her. Sometimes she wished herself to be a hunter like him, that way she could look out for herself more efficiantly and not have to rely on her friend so much. Swiftly and almost silently, she followed the gril through the crack in the wall. Fiachra had managed to squeeze her way through the small human-sized hole. The night was still black, black as a raven's feathers. She couldn't see all that well, but she did manage to spot the slight shine reflected on the girl's brown-ish blonde hair. Fiachra would have called out, but she didn't want to risk attracting any attention after having escaped from one killer. Instead she ran as fast as possible for a human, trying to catch up with this girl. ~~~ Acha was waiting. Something was hapening somewhere, involving... a few humans, two hunters... perhapse a third and one killer. She knew what the outscome of this would be and for the killer, it didn't look so good. Surprisingly, there weren't that many killers in this area at the present time.It seemed that only Herself and the other lone killer were the only ones around. When first blood was spilt, she would probably interfere. Depending completely on who's blood it was. Acha waite dpatiently in the cool, dead, night. Her hair was bushing against her face, gently caressing her cheeks. There was no colour in them. Just like her hair, Acha heself was colourless. Then her quiet calm was killed. The faint smell of blood caught her nose. It wasn't the blood of a human, nor was it that of a hunter. It was the killer's blood. Acha then felt she should step in. If they were going to rid the plaet of humans, and hunters alike, they needed every killer they could gather. Knowing this killer had been hit, it either ment that he was new on the scene or he was just like the others, big headed and seemingly invinceable. Well this would teach him for thinking he could not be killed, let alone injured. Acha leapt gracefully from the sopt she had been crounching in. Silently she made her way twoards the warehouse, she knew exactly what was facing her, and she was confident of what the results would be. Two killers, one injured, against two, maybe three hunters, and a few weak humans. It was obious what would happen. She would win. Humans wouldn't be able to get a single shot in when she was completely focused. It was the hunters who offered a challenge. Acha liked a challenge. Her mind was set now, she would kill all those who dared to breath inside that warehouse, even though she wasn't all that hungry.

Name: Alyxander Wolfe
Killer/Hunter/Human:Killer. Age: 16-ish
Gender:Male
Deion: Dravius is a tall killer, standing at about six feet three inches without his black spiky hair, which adds a few more inches to his thin and wiry frame. Although he seems slight and frial, his appearence is deciving, as he is extrordinarily strong, and quite devious. He has a convincing personality, both as a meek human and a feirce hunter. He wears a long sleeved shirt, where the sleeves and collar are black, while the center torso part is deep red.
History: (optional) Dravius turned to a Killer in his tenth year, and centers his attacks in one city, the one where everytone else is. (Not sure it has a name)
Personality: He is very cunning, and p*censored*es himself off as someone who has escaped from Killers, and lulls hunters and humans into a sense of security, then mauls them to death. Yah.

Alyx raced through the night, the scent of night flooding his nostrils as his feet flew across the ground, dodging around the debris of the ruined city, over fallen hunks of rocks and twisted piles of metal. He slowley stopped and sniffed, letting the scent of a cump of humans flood his senses. There were roughly five or six humans and hunters, and few killers inside. He took a deep breath, and swept up a handful of wreck, ash from burnt bones. He dabbed ti under his eyes, similar to sleep-deprived shadows. He gave a sharp toothed smile, then slunk into the ruined building, hunkering behind a stck of crates. He watched as a female killer bound out from behind the place she had been hiding, and seemed prepareed to kill all who were present. He grinned, and lurkeed in the shadows as he watched the fellow killer seek her prey.

The moment is full of mystery, even for Zoey. She stands outside of old abandoned warehouse. The hour is late; there is movment in the back, the lights down low - she knows this without seeing. She pushes lightly on the door, testing its strength. Is opens smoothly without a sound. She stepps inside, the night hour is such a friend; it has been for many uears. There isn't a soul in sight as she makes her way to the back of the building where the movement is coming from. She can hear them now, there are three. The first in obviously human, the movements are too cautious for a Killer, and too clumbsy for a Hunter. It is a human female she decides, she carries a weapon and she is headed this way. There is another on the move, Zoey instantly recognizes this one as a Killer, its excellent ballances and confident stride makes it obvious. Female as well, she is goiung after someone. And theres another one, the female Killer is headed for this one, a Hunter. Male, it is heavier than both females, male Hunters develope a large amount of muscle from their work. She bewgan to move forward again, she could hear the locations of each of the being threw the door, she froze. She had miscalculated and that is a huge mistake for anyone. She curses herself in her mind for not detecting it sooner. She is much closer to this one than she realized, it crouches around in the corners of the large room. It is male, she hears him, he is getting closer to her but he hasn't discovered her wereabouts yet. She has to get to it before it can get to her.

Dawn looked back quickly and saw a human. She slowed down slightly, but couldn't stop. She eventually saw a road with a few car's. A black Ford truck was in the middle of the road, she opened the hood, and snatched a medal stick from the ground, and jammed it in the engine. She some how started the engine, she hoped the girl new how to drive. "C'mon." ((FAIL))

Alyx sniffed, sensing another entry to the building, and he turned his head to the side, a shrp-toothed smile creeping across his face, over his red and gold eyes. He turned his head away, watching the events unfold in front of him, ingnoring the female hunter for now. His frame was unusually slight for a killer, as he mostly caught his prey by cunning, not by strength. His spiky hair and dark clothes blurred his outline, making him no more than a grinning face and a pair of hands grasoing a pile of crates. He turned again to the Hunter, and licked his lips, runnig his tounge over pointed teeth. His skin was paper white, and one eye red and the other gold. He turned his body compleatly towards her and creeps closer, on all fours. He smiles again, eyes boring through Zoey.

OoC: I don't see any need for you to kill off Dare. Besides, Acha could save him or something if you don't want him to die :3 Fiachra had now caught up with the girl. Somehow this girl had managed to start up one of the many abandoned cars that lay littered around the city. These cars were left eithe rbecause they didn't work, or because the Humans origionally driving them had been snatched from their seats. Fiachra herself had been a witness to something like this. Her mind went blank as she remembered the scene. She was brought back just in time before the scene begun to unfold by the girl calling to her. Fiachra wondered if this girl could drive. She looked about ready to get into the p*censored*enger side, so obviously she couldn't. Fiachra rushed twoards that car, removing the metal rod and slamming the hood down. The enjine then stopped. Fiachra rolled her eyes at the car. Calmly she opened the door to the drivers side and got in, taking the metal rod with her, it could come in handy. Taking hold of the dagger that Anthony had given her, Fiachra began to rummage around in the dash board of the car underneath the steering wheel, cutting various coloured wires and fixing them to other wires. The engine roared to life one more, Fiachra, not able to resist the urge to do so, revved the engine. He rheart seemed to melt at the roaring purr of the car. She sat and grinned at the girl, waiting for her to get in. ~~~ Anthony stood still in a defensive position. If this fight looked like it would side for the killers at any one point, he would have to leave. Despite on how he felt about fighting to protect, pretty much everyone, he told Fiachra he'd catch up with her. Since the outbreak of this "disease" Fiachra had been his one true friend, the others had either been killed or become one of those things. He looked over at the injured killer, he'd been shot with what looked like an arrow. Anthony grinned, looked like someone had chosen that one as their target, he wasn't going to interfere. Now he could concentrate on any other killer that came foward. He couldn't seem much, the night was pitch black, blacker here in the warehouse even though the rotting roof allowed some light form the moon to shine through, even then there was not muc light. Anthony was going to have to rely on his other senses. Anthony was suddenly alert now, there was a female killer, coming in at high speed, she would hit the place in a matter of seconds. There was also another male. From what Anthony's sences could tell him, this male wasn't all that strong, he depended on cunning to win his fights.Anthony was temped to go for him and svae the Hunter he was after any trouble, but he didn't want to fight anyonw weaker than he was and equally was his dislike for having to fight a female. He felt it wrong to do so if he wanted to be like a gentleman. It seemed that the female was going to attack him first, he was her main target. Apparently she saw him as the strongest of the hunters that were here. Anthony chuckled slightly in amusement at the female killer's next though, even though she tought he was strong, she believed he'd be a pushover. Not very likely. ~~ Acha stopped suddenly, near the warehouse entrance. Another killer had appeared. She had suspected it wouldn't be long before one did. That wasn't the only reason she had stopped. One of the hunters, no, two of them had sensed she was there. The female that she didn't much care about, she was no challenge, and the male. The one she though strongest of the hunters there, his powers emmited a strong energy, one only killers seemed to be aware of. If the other two Killers here were smart enough to realise the strange essence this male was emmiting, they would attack him with her. Once he was gone, the rest would be easy. Acha had made Anthony her main target now, the others could wait. She ran her tongue along her pale lips, tasting the blood that remained from her last kill. This one would taste sweeter. Silently, swiftly she made her way into the ware house, moving quickly so that she was just a blackened blur. Then she attacked. Her thin, delicate fingers suddenly groped around Anthony's neck with such force that it almost snapped. She then proceded to throw him to the ground. Anthony let out a slight cry as his head came in contact with the cold floor, coughing too. Blood slipped from bewteen his lips. He looked up to see this female smiling at him. She looked, for the moment, rather content. Anthony, although head throbbing, smiled back. Quickly, he took a dagger from his belt and threw it at her. Acha lifted her arm in a swift, co-ordinated movement and caught the dagger. She then threw it back at Anthony, who didn't look like he would be able to catch it form the position he was in. She smiled as she watched it slice through the air and then into Anthony. Acha frowned. The dagger had hit him just under the collar bone, not in his neck as she had intended, the piece of trash had managed to move slightly. Still he was in pain and his blood was running, that was all that mattered. Soon there would be others like her flocking to this place. No-one would be left alive, not even the two who though they had escaped.

Dare gasped at the girl who had hit him with the arrow, starting after her. Her eyes widened, and she ducked into a hole in the wall, running off. Dare growled, but focused on the other Hunter left in the room. The girl Killer was viciously attacking him, she didn't need help, and if she did, there were others outside. Dare leaned forward and sniffed, he would follow the human girl. ~:~ Tessa panted as she run. The two girls were in a car, about to take off. Tessa shouted out to them. Not a bad move on her part, she needed a ride, and the roar of the engine had attracted the Killers in the area. The only thing to do now was get out, and get out fast. She shouted out again. "Hey! Wait for me! Don't leave me!" Footsteps sounded behind her, but she didn't turn. Turning was the worst mistake a person could make. It was the difference between life and death. She was about to reach the car, when she tripped. "No!" she yelled.

Zoey decided to act, she raced forward at a speed that only Hunters and Killers could achieve, becoming a blurr to any human eye that happened to be watching. Running straight at the male killer. And jumped, with enough force she was air born for a matter of exactly 7 seconds. Time slowed down in her mind, but that did not mean that she herself had slowed done, no, quite the opposite. She had possitioned herself to come in at an angle, and with her right foot, caught the male Killer in the chest. She heard the satisfying sound of cracking bones as he flew away from her, but she knew that would not kill him, only stun him for, what she hoped, would be enough time to get to the injured Hunter. She had attacked the Sternum, breaking it. She heard it snap with her sensitive ears, two ribs broke along with it, puncturing the Trachea and left lung. But, unfortunatly, he would heal, probably faster than she. Zoey leaped away from him and towards the pair on the other end of the Warehouse, she jumped again kicking out with her right foot and catching the Killer in the shoulder. She had dislodged her from the Hunter, if she could distract this pair of Killers he could get away. But it looked bad.

Alyx didn;t make a soud as his lung was puntcered and his bones shattered. In fact, he stared at Zoey with a sharp-tooted smile, one that was surley maddening to a Hunter, that he was so unconcerned with her efforts. He landed against the wall, but only shook his head and got to his feet, cracking his neck back into place and ingroring his floating ribs. He seemed not to feel pain, and he fixed his red and gold eyes on her, racing forewards despit ehis deflated lung, and his own blood runnig down his chin. He jumped the female Hunter, and dug his fingernails into her soulder, pulling her backwards and sinking his sherp teeth into a place just below a major artery. Letting go, he lept back and watched the blood flowing down her neck, a beautiful flood of crimson, one that was morriored down his face and from a gash above his eye. His shirt was dotted with damp spots, from where shattered bone had reached the surface of his skin and broken through. ((Eww. I'm scaring myself...))

Only seconds after attacking the female Killer, an agonizing pain shot forward from her shoulders and ran down her spine to her feet. "Ah!" Then another shock wave of pain hit her again, she felt like she was going to black out. The male from before had reacted far quicker than she'd hoped he would. She gripped her shoulder and fell to her knees as he jumped away from her. But the pain only lasted for a few seconds before it was gone, and she let go of her shoulder as the sizzling noice errupted. She was it out of the corner of her eye, her red blood turned black and began to boil on her shoulder, a black smoke rising from it as the clearly visible chunk of missing flesh started to heal itself. She stood up and kicked off the ground toward the Killer that had attacked and away from the female. He didn't have time to react before she was on him again, she had undersetimated him once, but that wouldn't happen again. She bent her upper right body back as she lifted from the ground with the force she had from jumping up, and bringing it back around as hard and as fast as she could in those few feet and back handed him. The jolt from the impact made her arm go numb, but she advanced again. She kicked off of him, and rebound back. Sending him skidding a few feet away from her.
