OOC: Oh yay, action. xD Darrnnn forums won't let me change my font again. -sighs- BiC: Trinity stood, panting, waiting for a reply. Cedric locked eyes with Trinity. He managed to wrench out of the Killer's grip [hopefully that won't count as PowerPlaying :3] and step aside next to Trinity in a defenside position, gun at the ready. It was then that the door was broken. A lone figure stood in the doorway, his appearance obscured by the light that the sun gave off as it rose slowly into the sky. "Mind if I join?" Cedric could tell from the sound of the voice that it was a Killer. He could always tell when the voice sent shivers down his spine. Cedric saw Trinity next to him let out a gasp of disapointment; almost despair. The last thing they needed was another Killer to jump into the fray. He swallowed and looked her in the eyes... Her strange eyes. One golden eye and the other as green as emerald moss. "Yes, I mind." The voice of a girl. Cedric narrowed his eyes, then relaxed. It was a hunter. It had to be. The odd thing was the colour of this girl's eyes. They were a light blue, but almost looked... Misty... He gasped. She's blind. Trinity seemed to realize this as well. Yet they did not at all underestimate her in their minds. -x-x-x- Squall scowled. What now? It had been perfect. The Hunters would have been outnumbered. He sighed. Nothing perfect every lasted long enough to enjoy it thoroughly. It was then that he noticed the strange look in the girl's eyes... Like she knew she was there but wasn't looking at him directly... "Welcome to the party, blind girl," he hissed, "but do you actually think you'll help?" He reached out with his pale hand and touched a strand of the newcomer's silky black hair. It is so fun to play around he thought.

James walked over the tin roof of the Warehouse and slipped through a broken window. He was on a ledge now, looking down on an unusually large fight going on below. He crouched, sitting on the balls of his feet and rested his elbows on his knees. There were a lot of Hunters, clearly outnumbering the Killers but they were still losing. They must be strong He thought as he looked around. Not only that, but the Hunters were injured. He could smell blood thick in the air, there would be many Killers on the way here from the thick smell in the air. Wonderful He let his multicolored hair fall into his face as he watched the scene below unfold as he silently chewed his favorite flavored gum.

Tara smiled, a creepy smile. A full blown, all out molar-showing grin. She lunged, grabbing the arm he held out. In a quick motion, she flipped him. Tara felt the shook waves in the ground as he hit the floor. Placing her leg on his chest, she glared at him the best she could. "Help? Who, you?? Never." ooc; fail, fail, I know...

Trinity, in spite of the situation, smiled as the Hunter flipped the Killer onto his back and placed her leg on his chest. "Help? Who, you? Never." Ah... She already liked this girl. Cedric nodded in approval, then realized the girl couldn't see. "Nice," he said, breathless. "Indeed," Trinity murmured in definate agreement. -x-x-x- This... Is embarr*censored*ing Squall thought to himself. One moment he had been touching the blind girl's hair and the next he had had a view of the wall, the ceailing, and then finally he felt the hit as his back hit the ground. He felt pressure on his chest. "You, blind girl," he said, "what's your name?" He would get the name of this girl. He couldn't believe that he had been flipped onto his back by a girl blind hunter. Of all the things. He sighed. All of the others would laugh. Great...

Tara blinked, even though it really did no good for her. No one had ever asked her what her name was. No one, in so many years. She tensed again. Must not show weakness, never show emotion. "Tara, the name's Tara. Might as well know the name of the person who kills you." Tara leaped backwards, landing about five feet away. She flicked her hair back, and extended her arm. Pointing it in the direction of the Killer, she beconed him on.

It was strange. The blind girl actually looked surprised he had asked what her name was. "Tara, the name's Tara. Might as well know the name of the person who kills you." Tara, eh? Nice to meet you. You've got guts. Squall did not say these particular thoughts out loud, however. Tara took her foot off of his chest finally, to his immense relief (and to his great surprise). She leapt backwards and then motioned for him to go ahead and attack. Her misty eyes, though they could not see, had a look of confidence and determination. Somehow she seemed to know where he was standing. It could possibly be her senses, which we probably already superb as a human, had been trippled when she became a hunter. "So, Tara, you want to fight me, then?" he said smoothly, as though he hadn't been thrown onto the ground by her. "But it's not a fair fight, is it? Three hunters against one? Come, now." He was looking at Trinity and Cedric as he said this. Trinity scowled at the Killer. Cedric shook his head as he held his gun at the ready. "Sense when do Killers fight fair?" Cedric questioned him. "And for your information, I'm not a Hunter." Squall shrugged. "Ah, well, it was worth a try," he said, looking fairly disappointed. He had hoped he would have been able to talk himself out of this one-- he didn't feel the want to fight anymore. He sighed. It was going to be a long day. One thing he was surprised about was the fact that Cedric was human. He had seemed like he had given off the same aura as a Hunter... Almost even deeper than that... ((-is hinting at Cedric's History-)) Squall's eyes then focused on Tara. Squall smiled. Though he probably wouldn't end up finishing this battle, he would have to fight a little in order to get away. He would use his speed... When he became a Killer, the one thing that had quadrupled ((Spelling phail e.e)) was his speed. Trinity and Cedric were tensed, ready for any little movement from the Killer to attack. But then suddenly he wasn't there. They had barely blinked and he was gone. Where was he? Squall was behind Tara, getting his dagger he had with him ready. "Are you sure you're up to fighting me, darling?" he said coolly. He was close to her, very close. The very edge of his dagger was laid on the pale skin of her right arm, just drawing a fine line of crimson.

(( I suppose ferritz isn't gonna post? o.O )) James watched silently, adding another piece of gum to the other 4 pieces already in his mouth. This was interesting, he looked al of the Hunters up and down, resting on the blind girl Tara and the mind control Hunter in the corner. "Hmmmmm" He murmered. I have great seats he thought to himself. There was a hidden Killer as wel, though he didn't think anyone else sensed her presence. He would have to watch her, he could practically /feel/ the power rolling off of her in waves.

James sighed and stood up, he blew a bubble and made it crack, drawing deliberate attention to himself. His deep ocean blue eye half closed out of boredom. "I came to join the party." He announced, standing up. He put his weight on one leg and ut his hands in his pockets. "But please do continue, this is quite amusing." He smirked. Zoey let the Male Killer slid to the floor, he wasn't a threa at the moment anymore. She turned as she detected the presence of a New Male Hunter. She sneared, A cocky one... she thought. "Being cocky will get yourself killed here boy." She called to him. "You should go home now whilst you can." She advised, her highly sensitive ears could detect the Killers on their way.

"So, Tara, you want to fight me, then?"the Killer purred. Tara hissed, her upper lip raised on instinct. The power she had scared her and impressed her. It was so animal, so raw. It was volatile and dangerous. It was so much fun. "But it's not a fair fight, is it? Three hunters against one? Come, now." Fair? who ever said anything about fair? when has anything ever been fair? Tara thought snidely. She tensed as the human came closer. Tara felt like laughing as the human voiced her opinions. But, she kept her face blank, showing no emotion. In a flurry of movement Tara could barley comprehend, the Killer was behind her. A sharp intake of breath, Tara was startled to find that it had been her own. She tapped her foot on the ground. Listening for the echos, she gauged what was going on. A blurry picture formed in her mind. The Hunter and human off to the side, the Killer behind her. And.... something else. Another Killer. Tara almost groaned, this was bad enough as it was. The blade danced across her shin, cutting a shallow wound at her neck. The other Killer commented. Tara hissed. She hated this. Was she actually going to stand for this? To be treated like she was weak. Tara was many things, but weak wasn't one of them. Tara flicked her head back, slamming it into his neck. Then, having her head away from the knife, she dropped to a crouch and scuttled away from the Killer. Straitening, she decided on another tactic. "A worthy opponent, I don't doubt. To even up the playing field, why doesn't your friend join in. 3 poor, weak Hunters against 2 totally ripped Killers is totally fair." Tara sidled up to him, and ran her wicked sharp fingernails across his shirt, ripping it slightly. She turned and walked a couple steps away. Tara flicked her head back, like she was looking at him. "Now, that's not quite fair even now. So, I will have to know your name, what is it?" ooc: wow, Tara turned tempest somehow, wweeeiirrddd.... awwww.... byebye ferret!

Squall grimaced as Tara's fingernails ripped across his shirt, ripping it, drawing blood. Sunlight flashed across her eyes that gazed, unseeing, at him. If she became a Killer, surely she would be able to see again... Or become even more dangerous he thought absently. He wondered why the Hunters were so opposed to them. They should join them, not fight them. This earth was rotting. The toxin was everywhere, killing everything. Being a Killer had its perks because of this... Besides, they had a greater goal... ((possibly. lol. But that's for you to decide, Casanev xD)). "So, I will have your name. What is it?" Tara asked him. Squall stared at her. Had she seen the look on his face she probably would have laughed; it was the mirror image of when he had asked her name. Completely shocked. Asking the name of a Hunter was indeed unusual, of course, but asking the name of a Killer? Then his face cracked into a grin. Really, this Hunter was something else... It would be such a shame to kill her... "It's Squall," he said, the answer bringing along memories. Memories of when he had changed. Strangely, though, memories before then were fuzzy and mixed up. He only vaguely remembered feelings of warmth and security; then a blurred scene of crimson everywhere, the stench of blood, and fear. And one voice. A name. But he couldn't remember the name. Whenever he nearly remebered it, it slipped out of his fingers. It was like trying to catch smoke with one's bare hands. It was impossible... He shook his head. Now was not the time to dwell on such things. "Pleasure to meet you," he added. It really was a pleasure. He said it with complete sincerity. He did enjoy meeting Tara. "And you," he said suddenly, jerking his over and looking to Cedric. "Who are you?" Cedric's eyes narrowed. "What's it to you?" he muttered. Then he answered, "Cedric." Squall's gaze traveled to the girl hunter, the one with white hair. "It's Trinity," she answered, seeming to know his question. Squall smiled evilly at them all. "Now that we're aquainted with each other..." Squall shifted his weight to his left foot. The floorboard under it creaked a bit. It gave his position away to Tara, but it was purposefuly; he wanted to get to know her fighting style. His thoughts were going fast now... Tara relied on hearing and feel. She would be quite perceptive. This came as a disadvantage to him since his speed was meant to trick people's eyes; it wouldn't trick her as easily. He would have to be careful and strategic. He threw his dagger at Tara, aiming for her feet. At the same time, Cedric fired his gun at Squall. Squall leapt out of the way, then charged at him. Cedric didn't move. He waited for Trinity. Trinity saw everything happen in slow motion. She watched Squall charge at Cedric. He would attack him with his fingernails and would only graze Cedric. It was a smart tactic; the Killer was getting used to his enemie's fighting style. Soon he would have a good idea of how everyone would react to his attacks. Though Trinity was impressed, it made matters hard for her. This fight was not one that should be drawn out. For now, she'd need more energy, more luck... She whipped of her right hand's leather glove. As Squall p*censored*ed her, she reached out with her hand and caught his arm. She gripped it tightly. Squall stopped, trying to pull away, but Trinity's grip was like iron. A faint silver glow appeared where Trinity's bare skin came in physical contact with Squall's arm. Squall could feel a curious tingling sensation as something went from his body and flowed into hers. Trinity then let go. As soon as she took her hand away, Squall suddenly felt different somehow. He felt suddenly more tired and more prone to mess up. Trinity smiled at him. She was feeling moer energetic, much more confident now. "Sorry, I couldn't help it," she said. "I just stole some of you luck. Don't worry-- your's will regenerate sooner or later. But for now..." she paused, enjoying this moment thoroughly. "Try and not to get hurt...Even though fortune's back has turned against you." Of course, she didn't say how much of his luck she stole. But she had stolen enough... Enough for him to be unlucky for a good solid ten minutes. "Now," she said to Tara, "would be a good time to attack him."

Tara jumped the dagger. it hissed by, inches from her feet. With a thunk and reverbarations, it imbeded itself in the creaking wood behind her. Landing agian, Tara tried to make sense of the goings on. But it was so hared, they were moving so fast. Tara's mind was chaos. The blurs of motion and vibration painted colors though her brain. Blues tinged with gold for Trinity's very but meaningful movements. Deep greens with black for Cedric's instincful lunges. And worse, the deep sinful red of Squall. Hissing, she shook her head, trying to clear the backgroud noise. Focusing again, she heard the fight going on. Trinity was using energy, but that wasn't quiet it. She was getting more as hers depleated. Tara smilked as Trinity explained. "Try and not to get hurt...Even though fortune's back has turned against you." She almost laughed, but this was so not the moment for it. "Now, would be a good time to attack him." Trinity said. Tara nodded, and lunged, springing forward, her body parallel to the ground. The plan formed in her mind. If he didn't move, she would talkle him, pinning him to the ground. If he moved, she would cartwheel, hitting her feet on the ground and sending her the way her ran, which would esentially have the same effect. Exept it would launch her on his back, which would be wrose for him. Honestly, it was his choice now. "Make your move Squall." She whispered quietly, but he would hear, oh yes, he would hear her.

Squall winced and whipped his arm away from Trinity, clutching it protectively. I need to watch them too he thought to himself. He had been careless. Fortune's back has turned against me, eh? Great... He watched as Tara's eyes suddenly flashed and she charged at him. Squall saw that he was trapped. It was a no win/no win situation. He grimaced. It seemed like he was going to have to endure a couple of beatings until his luck came back. But when will that be? he wondered. He needed it now... For Tara to suddenly accidentally trip on a loose floor board. Of course he wouldn't be lucky. Squall swore he saw Trinity smile faintly at him. He let out a low growl. Then he came to a decision. He didn't move. He stayed in one spot. He heard Tara's footsteps on the old floor... Thump Thump Thump Thump... She drew closer, her sightless eyes flashing. "Make your move Squall." Squall narrowed his eyes. Somebody had spoken these words to him before... He snapped out of it. Still he stayed rooted to his spot. Thump thump. He grimaced, knowing what would happen. Thump thump He tensed himself, readying himself for the blow... Thump- Then Tara sprang in the air... Squall felt the force of Tara's weight as she pinned him down. His back hit the floor. He was on the ground yet again... "Well," he whispered to her. "What are you going to do now?" His eyes dared her, dared her to kill him... His voice rang with the challenge. Cedric and Trinity gazed upon the scene.
