Klaus admired the chihuahua's tactics. He watched with a smirk carefully at her moves - only him noticing the tilt of her wing that petrified Bruno so much. He would've applauded if he had hands.

Bruno howled, snapping at plain air like a mad dog. Then he seemed to realize Ribunny was the source of his misfourtune. So he zeroed in on her and leapt with a mighty snarl.

Klaus tilted his head softly to the side as he watched this intelligent little animal work. His chocolate eyes glowed in interest at her clever tactics, and he grinned slightly as Bruno cringed. "Clever chica," Klaus murmered, the corners of his lips pulling up into a charming, crooked smile. "I have a feeling that your not like other baitdogs, seniorita." Klaus had learned many languages over his years in New York city, Spanish being one of them. It came in handy more times than he thought it would.

Ribunny looked over at Klaus.  One of her ears was still turned towards Bruno, just incase he tried to spring at her, which she doubted.  "You don't know the half of it."  She replied, smirking.  

She then turned back to Bruno, taking a step towards him.  "My demons are pretty hungry today, but they could possibly settle for a few mouse and rat souls if you back down."  She tilted her head to one side, and made the 'demon' go past Bruno again.  "Make your choice soon, they don't like to wait."

*Klaus's new color - now my posts'll look like the American flag :P * Klaus smirked at the chihuahua - clever, yes. Good enough for him? Doubtful. He wasn't the trickee - he was the trickster. He could smooth-talk any dog into making a fatal wrong-move.

Bruno whimpered, batting at the small chihuahua again, but slowly stepping backwards until his rump hit the wall... as soon as he felt the wall behind him, he was jolted into reality ((or maybe fantasy)) and rolled onto the ground in submission.

Ribunny nodded to Bruno.  "Good choice."  She said.  She smirked again as she listened to the amazed crowd.  Some people cursed, since they bet all of their money on Bruno, others just stared in amazement, their mouths wide open.

A human came up next to Ribunny, who folded her winds back up neatly as he walked over to her.  He was slightly afraid of her, and Ribunny snickered slightly when he jumped away as she walked towards him.  He tentatively put a catch pole on her and brought her to a new kennel.  This one was bigger, and much nicer then her older one, it was also right next to Klaus.

Ribunny trotted into the new kennel, her head held high.  She listened as the announcer talked over the loud speaker, and could tell he was trying to keep the awe out of his voice.

"This is a new moment in dog fighting history!  A mere chihuahua, as strange as she may be, has defeated one of our biggest dogs!  This pip-squeak may have potential to be a champion!  Give it up for..  THE MUTATED MUTT!"

*Klaus is magically in his kennel now* "Nice fight, Mutated Mutt." Klaus smirked. He was impressed, despite his casual slump. "Turns out a mere chihuaha can make a big difference. Especially when she has "demons" on her side." Klaus chuckled at her, flashing a kind smile.

Ribunny smirked at Klaus.  "Thanks."  She replied, sitting down in her new kennel, looking around.  "Mutated Mutt.. I like that."  She chuckled slightly.
