Sighing, Skalteen stood up. He decided this may be the first science teacher he didn't like. Stood up, he was a full head higher than Lily. He approached the top of the class behind her, hoping and praying he didn't trip or stumble again. If he did, he just knew the whole clss would burst into laughter.

Lilly made it to the front of the class and looked around at all the unfriendly faces ,Is this teacher nuts? Lilly thought Most of these kids look like the type who beat up smart people."Now class"Mrs Rosenburg said "These two students have completed the set work to an impecable level ,and you have yet to finish at all if these two students can finish the work this well then you can too".

Skalteen stood up there, head lowered, wishing he could bury his fce in his hands. Oh great, he thought, I get to start school year by getting beaten up. He glared at the teacher, that single look dripping venom. He heard one of the students shout from the back of the class, ''No we can't, miss! We're not as clever as they are!''

Skalteen slapped his face mentally. Why had she said that? Didn't she realize what they'd do later? He shook his head, and ignored the glares coming from practically every student in the class. Oh, how fun Lily was turning out to be. He quickly decided he'd go home for lunch.
