Impulse nodded. "Sure." he said. Impulse trotted off to tell Jailbreak. He sat down beside him. "Jailbreak, Arrow wants to go hunt. He asked me to ask you if you'll come with us."

Jailbreak yawned and got up. He lapped up some more water. "Sure." he said. "Maybe we can catch something interesting." Jailbreak added with a chuckle.

"Maybe." Impulse laughed. "If it doesn't attack us first." he snorted.

Nightfall grinned. "I'd be honured to." she said. Nightfall turned to the others. "Looks like they're coming too."

Arrow nodded, remaining silent, and eyed the others. They knew what to do. Carefully, he inched around the group, remaining in the cover of the brush. Finally, he was crouched in front of the group, directly across from Nightshade. He looked around to see where Impulse and Jailbreak were. 

((It's okay. XD You called Nightfall Nightshade. O3O))

 Nightfall lowered into a crouch. She let her tail float above the ground, but no higher or lower. her gaze was locked on a brown rabbit not too far from her.

Impulse dropped into a crouch and moved into his position. He kept an eye on the group. Just in case.

Jailbreak sunk towards his post. His tail quivered slightly as he felt his claws scraping the earth just the tiniest bit.

((Grah! I was thinking of that one RP I was in with Nightshade a while back. :c I wish she didn't leave.))

Arrow saw that the others were ready. He scanned the group. There was a large brown hare in the middle. He wondered if rabbits were anything like dogs, and this was their alpha. All the other rabbits were snow white or grey, like domestic pets that had escaped. Surrounding the hare were several smaller bunnies and on the outside the females. The whole warren was there! His tail shot up. The signal. He sprang forward and bit the male's neck. Most had scattered, but he managed to stun one of the tiny ones with a paw. 

((Oh, I see. I miss Nightshade, too. :< Did she quit Res or is she on hiatus from rping...?))

 Nightfall was pleased to see a bunch of the others hopping towards her. She shot out, not exactly jumping. Nightfall bit one of the females and slapped as many as she could with her arms. Nimbly, she twisted to hit some others trying to escape.

Jailbreak spotted a nice-sized one hopping towards him. He lunged forward and bit it. Jailbreak slashed as many other bunnies as he could, claws flailing.

Impulse managed to snag a female. He dropped her and began to attack a few of the others trying to escape.

((I have no idea. She just disappeared for like- months. She said it was a school work thing, and I had hoped she would come back for the summer, but she hasn't. *sniffle*))

Arrow killed the tiny baby rabbit before the rest had scattered. "Good job everyone." he said, proud of them ."We won't have to eat those funny smelling pellets from the humans today" 

((*huggles* Maybe she's busy. Or went on vacation.))

Nightfall smiled. "Indeed." she said. Nightfall began to bite the stunned ones that hadn't escaped yet before they could get up and hop away. She got three. Two awfully small ones, and one with fur. Not too bad.

Impulse helped her. There were quite a few. He reached down to bite a small one.

Jailbreak nodded. He had nothing to attack; the rest had escaped. There were just a few baby rabbits left, but the others managed to get those. "Let's go." he said.

Nightfall picked up a few and trotted after him. She still held them when she nodded to his suggestion. Nightfall followed him into the barn and put her batch down. "Alright." she said. Nightfall glanced at the entrance. The humans weren't coming. Good.

Impulse picked up a bunch of rabbits and brought them back. He placed them on the pile.

Jailbreak picked up the rest and followed them. He set them down carefully beside the others. Actual food! He was happy just thinking about it.

Ngihtfall nodded. She bent down and picked up two very young rabbits and brought them away from the pile. Nightfall bit down on one of them, savouring the warm flesh of fresh-caught prey. She licked her muzzle happily. It tasted good. She took a paw and gently tore it open. The flesh ripped easily, because it was still developing and everything. She ate it carefully, because it was delicate.

Impulse took a female rabbit for himself. He took it to the wall of the barn and clamped down on the tasty meat. Blood flowed into his mouth. He took out such a large piece that he had to re-tear the chunk. 

Jailbreak nodded gratefully. He picked up a female that he caught and trotted outside. He would let the others eat in peace. He would eat on the gras.s. Jailbreak ate it slowly, savouring each and every bite.
