Shadow drew in the dirt again,this time it said,'I have been like this since I was one month old and it will never change. It's a curse.',and then she looked back up at her with a sad look in her eyes and moved her neck to were she could see the neck lace.

Shadow read through the book quickly,but found nothing and shook her head,'I told you.',she wrote and looked towards the forrest. She had a feeling something ediable was it her territory and a deep growl came from her throat.

Shadow tried to ignore the urge to attack the thing in her territory,but wasn't strong enough to fight the urge. So she took off running to her territory and once she reached a young man,around the age of twenty,had intruded on her territory. She quickly jumped at him,killed him and then ate him,"Freaking curse!",she roared out as she headed back to the village,but this time she flew instead of walking and watched them from above.

Kristi was cutting nicks in a tree with an axe, collecting tree sap for syrup. She hacked niches and put a spout with a valve on it, letting it drip into a bucket over time. It took hours, but to Kristi it was better than playing with slobbery little babies.

Zack laughed a little bit, watching the little kids. "Atleast we know how to talk. By the way, I found tons of blackberry bushes in the forest. Maybe theres enough to make jam for extra credit." Kristi glared at Zack, as if he shot someone with a gun. "Zack, you know we're not allowed in the forest."

Shadow noticed the newcomer and smirked as she dove down into a hideing place near the forrest in a tall patch of grass. She let her tail rise up from the grass to signal to the girl that she was hideing there and then put her tail back into the grass patch as quick as she could.

Kristi looked at Shadow without turning her head too much. She mouthed What the heck are you doing here? Zack squinted to see whatever Kristi was looking at. He saw Shadow's tail. "Uh... Thats a really big cat to have such a big tail..." Kristi laughed nervously. "Heheh, doofus... Theres no cat there!" Kristi blushed like a freak. Zack put his hand on her shoulder. "You okay..? You look like a tomato..." Kristi nodded, but shivered while Zack touched her. She shook her shoulder away.
