The minute everyone was asleep, he carefully got out of his nest, still with a slight limp as he got to Rougeheart's and his meeting place. "Hey." he said, popping his head through the bushes and walking awkwardly into view, sitting strait.

"Hey." She mewed softly and turned her head. "Thid might sound kind of.... Odd." She said quietly and leaned in a bit closer. "I don't want you dead. I don't want to hurt you. You, out of all the cats in my own clan, and in yours, Are the only one I want alive with me." Shw whispered.

Owlcomet's tail twitched nervously. He didn't know quite what to think of her really. Any second she could loose her temper, and if he was with her at the time... well, you know. "I don't want you dead or hurt either, nor do I want any cat dead or hurt." Owlcomet replied, not revealing anything. "You got named Rougueheart I heard?" he asked.

She slowly pulled back and nodded. "And you are now Owlcomet?" She mewed and lay down. She realized that he was thinking about last time... She sighed. "That was an accident last time. I promise, If I can, I will never hurt you."

Rougeheart gazed up at the stars, then back at Owlcomet. She sighed softly. "It's cruel, But sadly the truth.... If I could change it, I would. But sadly, That is the only way for me to survive. I try to wait until someone that deserves to die, or become one of bloodclan comes along." She replied quietly.

Owlcomet thought for a minute. If there was anything he didn't want, it was to become a vampire. Of course, he didn't want to be killed by one either. "If it wasn't the truth, maybe we could be together." Owlcomet said. "But it is." He paused and scuffled his paws in the dirt. "So I guess we can't..."

Rougeheart flicked her gaze to Owlcomet and cut him off. "Our appearance, and what we are is one thing, But we are all judged by what's inside. "Your a normal cat. and i'm a vampire. That's just our lifestyles, but we are all the same cats on the inside. What we are, or what we do, does not seperate us." She meowed. "I like you, owlcomet. I just doon't know if it's a friend like... or something more...." She mumbled and let her gaze flicker to the ground.

Love is somethnig you can't stop, Owlcomet. It has no boundaries." She said softly, the last part coming out as a whisper. She gave him a small lick on the shoulder. "I like you. Probably alot more then I should."

Owlcomet sighed. "Love isn't strong enough" he repeated. "The boundary between us is too big." he said. "I have to go, the sun is rising, I've gotten no sleep so far, and I have to meet a kittypet before sun high" he said. "Good-bye Rogueheart." he finished, leaping over the bush back to his territory before she could reply, curling up in his nest before she could catch up.
